It’s my second time staying here, and both times the experience has been great. I landed late at night, and the hotel made sure I didn’t have to wait long at the airport—they were right on time for pickup, which I really appreciated. Food-wise, I was craving steamed momos, and they were good. Breakfast options were a bit limited, but apart from that, everything else was spot on. The room, staff interaction, and overall service were very good.

โรงแรมตกแต่งสวยงาม การเช็คอินและเช็คเอาต์รวดเร็ว มีระเบียงให้พักผ่อนบนชั้น 6 มีฟิตเนสและสปาให้บริการบนชั้น 7 ลิฟต์ให้บริการตั้งแต่ชั้น 1 ถึงชั้น 6 ห้องพักดี มีตู้เย็น สามารถขอเตารีดและที่รองรีดได้ อาหารเช้าแบบง่ายๆ รสชาติน่าจะอร่อยกว่านี้ได้ เพราะมีให้เลือกหลากหลายทุกวัน น้ำดื่มพิเศษคิดราคาขวดละ 50 รูปี เราพักชั้น 2 และพบแมลงสาบในห้องน้ำในวันที่ 2 โชคดีที่เราจับมันได้

โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้สนามบินมาก ถึงแม้จะใกล้แต่ก็มีบริการรถรับส่งสนามบิน ห้องพักสะดวกสบายมาก มีอ่างอาบน้ำและฝักบัว และมีระเบียงด้วย ฉันโชคดีมากที่ได้เห็นพระอาทิตย์ตกเหนือภูเขา!

Nice, clean rooms, big comfy bed and pillows. Shower was okay. Water did not get hot, lukewarm at best and refrigerator was not cold at all, I almost thought it was broken. Food was good if you stick to Nepali and Indian food options, but lassis were watered down. Drinks were also not cold. Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful, but I had two instances that really turned me off. They have a free buffet breakfast, but if you opt to skip it, they call you very early in the morning to ask if you're coming or not. This disturbed my sleep several times until I asked them to stop. Today was also my last day here and although check out is at 3pm, I received a call from reception at 10:30am asking when I'd be leaving. He informed me that a big group would be arriving and told me that the check out time was noon, when it was clearly stated otherwise online. He asked if I'd be staying another night instead as if I was bartering to not be pushed out of my room before check out time, when I was right. I've never had such an experience before and have traveled all over the world. Such a lack of professionalism and tact. That is not how you treat guests at a 4 star hotel. Not recommending this hotel to anyone!

Very nice , clean , comfortable hotel ! The location is perfect as it is a little bit outside of Thamel so it’s quiet , but it takes 2 minutes to get to the crowded streets ! There is a nice restaurant in the hotel with very good food! The stuff is friendly and helpful ! Nita from the reception is very nice , really appreciate her help with everything ! Highly recommend this place for short stay and long stay !

โรงแรมที่ยอดเยี่ยมมากครับ 5 เต็ม 5 พนักงานสุภาพและเป็นมิตรมากๆ เลย ห้องพักทุกอย่างใหม่เอี่ยมและสะอาดหมดจดครับ ใช้เวลาเดินทางไปสนามบินแค่ 10 นาทีเอง อาหารเช้าไม่ค่อยหลากหลายเท่าไหร่ครับ แต่ก็ยังพอมีให้เลือกทานได้นะ ใกล้ๆ โรงแรมมีร้านกาแฟ ร้านค้าเล็กๆ และร้านขายยาด้วยครับ แนะนำเลยครับ!

กลับมาพักที่โรงแรมนี้เป็นครั้งที่สองแล้ว ความสะอาดยังคงดีเยี่ยมเหมือนเคย บริการก็ดีเยี่ยมและพนักงานเป็นกันเองมาก บริการรับส่งสนามบินก็ยอดเยี่ยมและสะดวกสบาย อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลายและมีประโยชน์ครบถ้วน แม้จะมีสถานการณ์ภายนอกที่ไม่สงบ แต่ก็ไม่ส่งผลกระทบต่อประสบการณ์การเข้าพักของฉันแต่อย่างใด

The hotel is conveniently situated right behind of the Garden of Dreams. Just a short walking distance to the busy Thamel area. The vicinity has convenience stores, cafes, eateries and pharmacy. The room is quite small but it's alright for a short stay. The bed wasn't quite as comfortable as other hotels that I've stayed. Very basic fitness facility in the hotel, do wish that they would make the gym bigger and better equipped. The breakfast buffet is good enough for some fuel before heading out to explore. Omelette could definitely be improved but I do like the mushrooms and bacon with my omelette. They also have a soup station which you can pick what you want to go into your soup. The soy latte was nicely done. Some day they serve the chocolate cake which is a must try. Staffs are very well trained and speaks good english. I'd definitely recommend staying here for the value for money, fantastic location and good hospitality.

I stayed at Kusum Airport Hotel, Kathmandu 🇳🇵 for 3 nights (April 1st – April 4th), and overall it was a really good experience. The location is very convenient, especially for travelers since it’s close to the airport ✈️. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect to relax after a long day. What I enjoyed the most was the food — very tasty and satisfying, definitely something I looked forward to every day. A very special thanks to Sachin Thapa 👏 He was honestly one of the best parts of my stay. Always welcoming with a smile, very respectful, and gave excellent service every time. He made sure everything was smooth and comfortable, and his positive attitude really stood out. Staff like him make a place feel more than just a hotel. The only thing that needs improvement is the bathroom, which wasn’t up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. Other than that, everything else was great — good service, nice atmosphere, and a comfortable stay overall. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kathmandu, especially if you want a convenient location and good food 👍
