My stay at the hotel was pleasantly enjoyable! Extremely clean room, bed linen, bathroom and others! Very cordial and helpful service staff as well as front desk officials!
Not available for getting food and cab invoices at checking out, due to systematic issues, and leave my email for sending ASAP
After one day no feedback and made two calls by my Indian friend to front desk, and got the answers of “will send to you ASAP” and “will send you now”, but still nothing in my email……..
Writing email to hotel service email…..no response
Then made a call again via free calls from trip.com link of Countryard Hyderabad….. finally, got the invoices in 1min…….
I’m wondering what happen for this 4-star hotel having this kind of service……..
The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near public transport and restaurants. Staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out. Would recommend for business travellers looking for a hassle-free stay.
FEEDBACK FOR BOTH HOTEL AND TRIP.COM. Overall hotel stay was very good. However, hotel employee during checkout was inexperienced and was not trained by hotel. Also trip.com has NOT did NOT educate and communicate to the hotel that Trip.com is a legitimate online company, and when trip.com sends a prepaid reservation, customer HAS FULLY PAID FOR STAY. This lack of communication by trip.com and incomplete training by hotel management, left a BIG GAP in employee delaying checkout. Hotel employee never heard of Trip.com and was in a dilemma whether to charge me again in spite of stay being paid in full. This caused me excessive delay, and spoiled the entire stay experience. Hotel in all other aspects was excellent and world class.
MMegan LindseyCame here on Business... It was a beautiful stay. The location is convenient for Business if you are just staying in the Airport vicinity or Aerospace District.... but quite a ways from the ”real life” experience of India (i.e., Street food vendors, etc.). The staff are very kind and helpful... very attentive. The food is delicious with such a large variety. Seriously the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!
The only Con is that if you are coming from the airport and do not have a driver there to pick you up, you have to deal with all the scammers trying to extort you for the short ride... would be nice if hotel made it known that transportation could be arranged (I asked the police guards there and they said Novotel did not offer a service for pick-up) Maybe a miscommunication on their part. Other than this, PERFECT stay.

CCCM01233A stunning hotel with outstanding service. The main palace building is stunning and historic. The stay includes a free tour, yoga, traditional concert, and afternoon tea. Dinner was very nice, although expensive, and you are not able to order food from outside. However, as a special treat, I was happy to pay and the food was great. Award winning food.
The hospitality was outstanding, and all of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. At breakfast, there was live music, and they even offered me a champagne breakfast. The complimentary horse and carriage arrival was an added great surprise.
Highly recommend staying here. I've been fortunate enough to stay at a few different Taj Hotels across India, and this was by far the best one that I have experienced. I did not want to leave!

MMartinThis hotel is perfectly located if you want to overstay at the airport to catch an early flight the next day. However, you have to shortly go out of the airport and then come back at the hotel entrance where you have to pass an annoying luggage security check. The room was clean and very modern since the hotel is relatively new. A few months ago, they were serving a breakfast buffet but now it is a ”a la carte” menu which takes very long to be served, eg. about 30 minutes; important to know if you are in hurry to catch a flight.
