Terrible experience of trapped inside the hotel lift for half an hour before the hotel technician helped open the lift manually to get me and my spouse out. We were very upset that no apologies were given to us for such terrible ordeal! Especially, during the trapped period, there's complete darkness with no air-cond., or not much air circulation at all.

โรงแรมเกินคาด! ! โรงแรมฝรั่งเศส สวนสวย มีสระว่ายน้ํากลางแจ้งและระเบียงขนาดใหญ่ เราพักอย่างผ่อนคลายมาก ไม่ไกลจากปราสาทแชงโป มีฟาร์มชนบทฝรั่งเศสย้อนยุคมากอยู่ข้างๆ สวยงาม เดินเล่นข้างๆ ค่ําๆ หลังอาหารเย็นจะเกินความคาดหมายของคุณอย่างแน่นอน!

Chambre pas très propre (toiled'araignée, etc...) les draps du lit pas changés. Réceptionniste très gentille, à l'écoute.

Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un agréable séjour malgré quelques problèmes mais le personnel fut à l'écoute et la politique de l'hôtel commerçant. Le point négatif reste la vue que nous avions de notre chambre (aucune notre fenêtre donnée sur des murs). La literie est excellente et la taille de la chambre correcte, en revanche l'emplacement des WC peut poser problème selon la morphologie des clients. Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour mais je m'attendais à mieux en terme de prestations pour un 4 étoiles

The hotel looks brand new, is really well kept, well clean and the service and the staff are very professional and friendly. The location of the hotel is great, right in the center of Amboise, and the parking is very convenient. Also the breakfast is great. The room was really good, great large comfortable bed. The only odd thing was that the hotel blocked 200 euros as a deposit in my credit card, as if I was renting a car, never saw this before in my multiple years of travelling.
