น้ําร้อนออกมาได้ดี มองไม่เห็น Mahal เพราะมีหมอกตอน 7 โมงเช้าของวันที่ 2 กุมภาพันธ์ หลัง 10 โมงก็เริ่มเห็นช้าๆ มีกาแฟหม้อกาแฟ ชา และน้ําดื่มบรรจุขวดให้ด้วย ความชื้นในอาคารดูเหมือนจะหลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้

ฉันคงไม่พักในอักราเกินหนึ่งวัน และโรงแรมนี้เหมาะมาก ห้องพักของเราสะอาด สะดวกสบาย และเงียบสงบ ห้องน้ำอาจต้องปรับปรุงบ้าง แต่ก็สะอาดดี เราทานอาหารที่ห้องอาหารบุฟเฟ่ต์ทั้งเย็นและเช้า อาหารสดใหม่และหลากหลายสมกับที่เป็นโรงแรมระดับนานาชาติ ทำเลที่ตั้งก็โอเค แต่เราไปอักราเพื่อชมป้อมปราการและทัชมาฮาล ไม่ใช่เที่ยวชมเมืองที่แออัดและวุ่นวายเกินไป เหมือนกับที่อื่นๆ ในอินเดีย พนักงานจะขอทิปบ้าง แต่ก็ไม่ใช่เรื่องน่ารำคาญอะไร

Amazing hotel! It deserves the 5-stars quality. The hotel staff especially has a sense of hospitality. Actively, they were asking customer needs like asking for additional foods at a breakfast venue, giving us cake assorts with a handwriting letter for me, and setting enough drinkable water with eco friendly recycled glass bottle. Passively, whenever we asked by phone, they replied and actioned as soon as possible like giving us additional towels, lending us a wine opener, and letting us know info related to sightseeing around the hotel. When I come to Agra and my friends have a trip to it, I strongly come to and recommend it.

Fantastic hotel in great location - a true experience with history too. Service is great and pool side relaxation.

Floor was chipped in places and some bed sheets had stains. Customer service was good and we don't mind tipping, but some of th workers made it feel like we were expected to tip because we are foreigners, which we did not really appreciate.

The food is not that amazing, but the amenities and pool are nice. Very friendly and efficient staff.

Perfect, high quality and service hotel, we enjoyed it! Feels like not in India, lots of greenery, modern interiors, new bathrooms Recommend!

Superb! The hotel located in city center, very nice room, good breakfast and very friendly staffs and helpful. With fitness center and swimming pool, they open 24 hrs. Excellent choice and value for money. 👍
