Faced a few issues at the accomodation- air conditioning in the room didn’t work and the temperature in the room was 31 degrees. Sheets and pillows were very dirty. Accomodation is going through major renovations which caused a lot of inconvenience. Some of the staff will try and force you to plan your day as per their agenda. Carry water with you as only 1 small bottle is supplied per person per day. Roof top restaurant is not clean and un hygienic and very hot. Overall didn’t have a pleasant experience.

Good hotel in the old city of Varanasi near the ghats. The location is perfect if you want to start a trip of Varanasi on foot. Good restaurant with terrace on the roof top . Room clean and large. Good and quick room service. Everybody really very kind.

Very good service hospitality and cleanliness,Rooms and washrooms were near and clean..people were very good..good to go when you are visiting banaras..this was our first stay at this hotel...quiet satisfied with the service they provided

Staff was very helpful and humble........... We were 5 girls on trip and felt very safe .......... while staying in heritage inn..... Breakfast was so delicious......... Washroom was also very neat and clean...... Over all great experience.

Nice clean room. Excellent well trained staff Good food. Hotel staff did extra mile to get a TV chanel for my mother to watch her favorite TV Chanel. Good location. Sure will come back again & recomend this to other friends & family. Thanks to all the staff who made our stay very special in this historic city 🙏🙏

This hotel( located 500m from assi Ghat) is the one of the worst in terms of service standards. They lost 5 of my clothes which I had given for laundry and didn't bother to tell me the truth for about 2 hrs the day before I checked out. Mr Tripathi was the only sane person who apologized for it and co****sated for the same. Food is good but Restaurant service staff doesn't understand difference between spoon and fork!!!!!?? Very poor training Rooms are decent though room #30 although it's a triple bed room is quite small. Bathroom was very poorly designed with no hangar in close vicinity. Walls of room very thin with conversation across rooms clearly audible. Housekeeping forgets to replenish towels. They run out of pillows in full capacity Only saving grace is food.

About 12 min walk to the Assi Ghat. There is a shortcut that takes 7 mins. On a quiet alley with easy access to transportation. Room was clean, great shower(nite water was cool) beds comfy. Sound was an issue from next door but not so unusual for an older hotel. Restaurant staff were great- so inviting and responded so quickly. Lovely outdoor eating space. Door*** always met you with a big smile and hand to his heart. Charge too much for use of their car. If you are looking for a “best western “ experience this isn’t your place. This hotel gives you a wonderful sense of india at reasonable price.

Breakfast at hotel this morning was really lovely. Good selection of fresh food. Staff attentive and very welcoming. Highly recommended . Rooftop seating has a nice ambience as well as view of the ganges

Nice experience overall stay good. Close to ghat. Food service nice. Hospitable staff, car service of the hotel is also good. Hotel is located in close proximity of the Kashi vishwanath temple and gaudoliya chowk.
