พัก 1 คืนพร้อมอาหารเช้ากับลูกชายและสามี มีห้องหลายห้อง (เตียงคู่และเตียงเดี่ยว) ห้องพักสะอาดมาก มีขนาดดี มีโต๊ะและเก้าอี้ ตู้เสื้อผ้า ไดร์เป่าผมและเตารีด นอกจากนี้ยังมีทีวีขนาดดีอีกด้วย ห้องน้ำก็สะอาดอีกครั้งและมีผ้าขนหนู เจลอาบน้ำ และเครื่องเป่าผมให้ด้วย โบนัสเพิ่มเติมคือการเข้าใช้ห้องออกกำลังกาย (สระว่ายน้ำและยิม) โรงแรมมีบาร์และพื้นที่ร้านอาหารแยกต่างหาก เราไม่จำเป็นต้องจองโต๊ะ เราก็ได้นั่งทันที อาหารมีราคาแพงเล็กน้อยแต่ก็เพียงพอ อาหารเช้าเป็นบุฟเฟ่ต์ จัดวางได้ดี มีตัวเลือกอาหารปรุงสุกและเย็นให้เลือกมากมาย สิ่งเดียวที่ฉันอยากจะพูดคือ ”ผิดหวัง” เล็กน้อย คือต้องจ่ายเงิน 7 ปอนด์เพื่อจอดรถในที่จอดรถส่วนตัวของพวกเขา โดยรวมแล้วเป็นโรงแรมที่น่ารัก ซึ่งฉันจะกลับมาอีกอย่างแน่นอน! พนักงานต้อนรับก็มีความสุขมาก เป็นมิตร และช่างพูดคุย 😁

Great location. A very nice spa. The hotel room is unfortunately quite old, the shower was cold, the bed was uncomfortable and the walls are very thin making it hard to sleep.

We booked a room for 3, which came with a King bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed is one of the worst bed I have ever slept on. You virtually could feel the spring cracking whenever you move.  I have to let my parents sleep on the king bed.  The room assigned was right at the end of the building. Hotel guests uses that exit door to get to the carpark. Each time a guest uses the exit, the corridor floor “crack” and follow by the door slamming shut. Just too noisy and affected our sleep. Otherwise, it would have been a wonderful stay. Hotel should strength the floor and add a soft close mechanism to the door.

Easy to check in and out. Plenty of parking and very clean. Had a room on ground floor and could hear a dog barking so not sure where that came from but it didn’t really bother us (odd bark at night and in morning). Really good that price includes pool and sauna etc. would definitely stay again for the price paid. We didn’t eat there as just slept there whilst visiting family nearby. Quality fittings and comfy beds and decor, much better than a lot of places around the area!

พวกเราเป็นครอบครัวสี่คนและได้จองห้องจูเนียร์สวีทไว้ 2 ห้อง และได้แจ้งขอใช้เตียงคู่และเตียงแฝดทั้งตอนจองและระหว่างที่ติดต่อทางอีเมลก่อนมาถึง เมื่อมาถึง เราได้รับการจัดสรรห้องที่อยู่คนละฝั่งของโรงแรม คนละชั้น และมีเตียงคู่ 2 เตียง ดูเหมือนว่าแม่บ้านจะกลับบ้านเพื่อพักค้างคืน แม้ว่าจะมาถึงก่อน 18.00 น. ดังนั้นจึงไม่สามารถแก้ไขเรื่องนี้ได้ โรงแรมมีเตาผิงแบบเปิดโล่งที่สวยงามในบาร์หลัก ซึ่งด้วยเหตุผลบางประการจึงไม่ติดไฟในคืนที่อากาศหนาวเย็นในเดือนธันวาคม เรารับประทานอาหารเย็นที่ร้านอาหารแบบบราสเซอรีของโรงแรม ซึ่งมีอาหารในเมนูจำนวนมากให้เลือก โดยที่พนักงานไม่ได้อธิบายให้เราทราบเมื่อถามไป ในเช้าวันรุ่งขึ้น เราไม่สามารถสั่งกาแฟได้เนื่องจากดูเหมือนว่าจะไม่มีบริการนี้ในช่วงสุดสัปดาห์ โดยรวมแล้ว แม้ว่าจะตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ดี แต่การเข้าพักครั้งนี้ก็น่าผิดหวังมาก

Everyone , the receptionist, the staff included very polite and helpful. I enjoyed the bar and food . The rooms are comfortable . They have a pool and spa.  I just didn’t get to go  It looked inviting., there  are towns and parks an Uber away . There is also a small path around  Hotel to take a short walk .

เราผิดหวังเมื่อมาถึงและพบว่าเราได้จัดสรรห้องมาตรฐานแทนที่จะเป็นห้องที่หรูหราที่เราจองผ่านการเดินทาง พนักงานต้อนรับดีมาก แต่ไม่สามารถให้ห้องที่เราจองได้เพราะไม่มีห้องว่าง เธอให้ห้องที่ดีกว่าเล็กน้อยแก่เราซึ่งก็โอเค แต่ดูเหมือนว่าจะพร้อมสําหรับการรีเฟรช เราต้องโทรหาแผนกต้อนรับเพราะไม่มีเครื่องเป่าผมในห้อง แต่ไม่มีคําแนะนําในการใช้โทรศัพท์ เมื่อเราทํางานออกมาไม่มีคําตอบ! จากนั้นเราต้องการแผนกต้อนรับอีกครั้งในภายหลังเพราะเพื่อนบ้านของเรากําลังเล่นเพลงดังมากและไม่มีคําตอบ นอกจากนี้โรงแรมดีมากร้านอาหารดีมากราคาสมเหตุสมผลสระว่ายน้ําดีมากและอาหารเช้าดีมาก เราจะพักที่นี่อีกครั้ง แต่จองโดยตรง

ทุกอย่างสมบูรณ์แบบ อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกมากมาย ห้องพักกว้างขวางมองเห็นวิวทะเลสาบ & การตกแต่งล็อบบี้ของโรงแรมที่สวยงาม จะกลับมาและจอง htl นี้อีกแน่นอน

Great hotel. Absolutely recommend the breakfast.

I stayed here with my family on Saturday night, as it was a nice close location to a car show we attended at Prescott (just 18 minute drive away). My whole family were thrilled with the hotel. The staff were welcoming and friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself is really cosy, clean and stylish - it had absolutely everything we needed. Our rooms were comfortable, the air con was superb and we had all the toiletries we could have needed. The location is fantastic - we absolutely loved having all the restaurants just across the road and shops so nearby. It really is a wonderful area. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! We could not have wanted for more. We will definitely go back when next visiting Cheltenham and can highly recommend.
