Hotel is OK at best. Prime location and beautiful building, but it's all show and no heart. Breakfast is a let-down and staff stops replenishing it hours before it ends. Cheap and tasteless bread rolls, limited choice, flaccid coffee - a range of disappointing quality choices extending to the cheap sparkling wine offered as a luxury finishing. Small hotel room with next to absent sound insulation. Bathroom was downright chilly, shower tepid at best. Staff is friendly but trained to courteously deny and deflect any demand which doesn't allow for extra charges. This hotel is run by a management only interested in the bottom line, and is cutting all corners that do not endanger their 4* status. It deserves a team with passion for the hospitality business, in which case I wouldn't even mind paying more. As it stands, a disappointment if you expect a 4* treatment.

Great stay overall. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my visit. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, dining, and transport options. Only issue is AC control is quite obsolete it took me sometime to figure how to use it plus it took time to cool the entire room down but in general I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Questo hotel è stato fantastico, uno dei migliori in cui abbia soggiornato, la camera era pulita e spaziosa e l’ubicazione centrale. L’hotel offriva poi servizi unici per il prezzo che aveva come la piscina tiepida, le saune non affollate e la sala giochi. La colazione era ricca e ben fornita, ma non eccezionale. Il personale molto gentile ci ha fatto stare nelle zone comuni dell’hotel anche dopo la fine della nostra prenotazione. Hanno anche il deposito bagagli!! Tornerei a eindhoven solo per soggiornare lì!

Good hotel. The check in is quick. The hotel was so full. I got the room very far from reception. Good part is that they build Good connection, can walk from inside. Room is good, spacious and luxurious.
