The service is getting bad year after year Internet is very bad Rooms are clean and spacious But the services are not worth the value paid Very expensive

The least that can be said is that it was creative in every detail, from the crew to the smallest detail. Thank you to all the staff.

สุขอนามัยดีมาก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องมีครบ แต่ต้องใช้เตารีดแยกต่างหาก อาหารเช้าของโรงแรมค่อนข้างเรียบง่าย โดยมีผลไม้น้อยชนิดและผลไม้น้อยลง มีเพียงแอปเปิ้ล แคนตาลูป และแตงโมเท่านั้น

It was good hotel but only things they should focus on the customer service like receipts, if you try to reached them at night it's difficult to get them, they ignore customers calls without getting back to the customer while calling. Also while checking out I've requested them to check.the minibars if there's anything missing there were very slow to check it and I was waiting for more then 5 minutes. I think they should train them professionally so that hotel standard increases more.

An outstanding hotel experience. The hotel is genuinely excellent, with a prime and highly convenient location. The level of service is exceptionally refined and professional, reflecting genuine attention to detail and guest comfort. I stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the hotel very much. It is conveniently located next to the major subway station so I could travel within town without being stuck in infamous traffic. I had a suite and it was tastefully decorated and had all the modern levels of comfort, including the smart light system and a stand alone tub. Since it was my birthday, I also was given a very delicious complementary cake to celebrate this occasion, along with a basket of fruits and Arabic coffee. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. P.S. One note - I wish they had a concierge because none of the reception employees knew anything about the celebration of the Founding Day, not even the fact that the roads to the hotel were blocked by the police and it took extra 30 mins for the taxi driver to go around.
