Great roo for such price. Honestly, the overall atmosphere of the room feels more like a 5-star hotel than a 4-star. So it's a 5 out of 5.

The hotel is located in a quiet little neighborhood next to the major bus station. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, they even gave me an extra sleeping pillow upon request. The room was livable, shower was tiny, and the view looked out into a cute backyard. The breakfast options were phenomenal and often went back for a second portion.

Everything was good except for the fact that the only reason we booked the hotel was because of the outdoor pool on the top floor, since it’s the only one of its kind in Zagreb. Nowhere did it say that the pool would be closed when we made the booking. What compensation did we receive? Access to a pool at another hotel. The problem was that those pools were indoors. After several complaints and calls to Trip.com, we received 15% of the booking fee back. In my opinion, that was not sufficient, but it is what it is. Everything else was fine.

Hotel is located conveniently, especially if traveling by car. When I arrived, while taking a shower I realized that the bath drain was clogged and had to clean it myself (as I was already soaking wet). Obviously, clearing out other people's hairs wasn't my idea of a well maintained bath in a 4-star hotel so I complained at the reception. They apologised, but it was all a bit too late. In general, the shower could use some TLC as the toiletry shelf inside the shower was not clean as well (had some mold on it). Other then that, the room was adequate, and the location of the hotel allows for a good sleep, even with windows open as it is far enough from busy streets. Breakfast was mediocre - croissants were semi-baked, almost raw inside and definitely just baked to finish from frozen (not freshly made in hotel bakery). The selection of food was meh, but it wasn't horrible.

the hotel is so clean, big room, good breakfast, serve halal food as well. but the location is a bit far from the old town. overall its good hotel

部屋のドライヤーが故障しててフロントに行ったが人がいなくて、電話をかけたら、ドライヤーを届けてくれた。部屋は予約したタイプより広い部屋になり、良かった。立地は便利。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれ助かりました。少し部屋の温度が高く、温度調整できない点が残念でした。暑いときは窓を開けてくださいとのことでした。

The hote is an excellent location in central Zagreb. The rooms facing the street are really large and quite nice. There is a nice roof-top patio with views of some of the sites of the city. The breakfast was excellent. I appreciate that the staff were polite, responsive, and helpful. I would stay there again.

Cosy, boutique -style hotel decorated with whimsical touches. Friendly staff, free and fast Wi-Fi, good water pressure and a small basement gym. Limited, though adequate breakfast buffet selection. My room's mattress showed its age as it was sagging to one side. Staff were prompt in retrieving lost property and posting to my next destination. As Zagreb is a compact city, the hotel is within easy walking distance to all major attractions, with convenience stores at the doorstep and the central train station 2 blocks away.

สิ่งที่เริ่มต้นด้วย น่าสงสัย ราคาไม่แพง ออกแบบอย่างสูง ตั้งอยู่อย่างสุดลูกหูลูกตา กับหัวใจและรอยยิ้ม ตลอดวัน1 กลายเป็นฝันร้าย น่ารังเกียจ เหมือนอะไรที่ออกมาจาก โรสแมรี่ เบบี้ ไม่เคย ตลอดทั้งวัน ในชีวิตของฉัน , ในทรัพย์สินหลักร้อย และคืน พันๆ ๆ ในทุกๆ อย่าง ตั้งแต่ แบ็คแพ็คโฮสเทล ไปจนถึงห้องสวีท ห้าดาว , เคยถูกตําหนิ ไม่ใช่แค่การบริการที่แย่ (แก้ไขได้) แต่อย่างตรงไปตรงมาและไร้กลับใจ , การข่มขืนและการลงโทษของพนักงาน ไม่น่าเชื่อ ในฐานะสุภาพบุรุษและมืออาชีพหลายคนรู้จักผม ผมด้วยความจริงใจ รายละเอียดข้อผิดพลาดต่างๆ เรียกร้องให้มีการประชุม GM แนะนําโซลูชั่นที่เรียบง่าย มีการประชุมติดตามหลายครั้ง และสมมติว่า ไมโครโทรคมนาคมที่ขัดขวางจะมีความวินัยและ พวกมันไม่ มันก็แย่ลง และแย่ลง คิด ไล่ล่า ประตูชน พนักงานจับมือไอแพดของฉัน (verboten) ขาดการเปลี่ยนแขกเวลาจ่ายด้วยเงินสดในบาร์ (พยานหลายครั้ง) มี รปภ.ก้าวร้าว เรียกให้กินในบริเวณสาธารณะอย่างอื่นห้านาที เกินที่ท ไม่รู้จัก ”กฎ” ถามผมซ้ําๆและชี้แจงว่า ”ผมจะอยู่นานแค่ไหน” คุณได้ความคิด เลย สุดท้าย ดิฉันยกเลิกการจอง 2 อาทิตย์ (ซึ่งน่าจะขยายเป็น 6+) และประท้วงด้วยเท้าดิฉันก็ออก. ออกไปเที่ยววันหนึ่ง และฉันก็ยังรู้สึกอารมณ์เสีย ไม่แน่ใจว่าฉันเพิ่งเห็นอะไร เท่านั้นที่รู้คือถ้าพฤติกรรมของผมกับลูกค้าหรือแขกเข้ามาใกล้เรื่องนี้ผมจะเป็น 1 และน่าจะถูกยกเลิก 2 ในการเข้าพัก นี่ไม่ใช่การตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร แต่บางทีอาจเป็นผมเอง บางทีนี่อาจเป็นทริปแอดเวนเจอร์ของโครเอเชีย ยังไม่พอทําให้ผมตกหลุมรักกับ Zagreb1แต่ใกล้ๆ โลกที่น่าสนใจ
