ทำเลดี ใกล้สถานีขนส่ง ห้องพักสะอาดมาก จนอยากใช้บริการอีก ในห้องไม่มีไดร์เป่าผมแต่ผมแจ้งแผนกต้อนรับแล้วเขาก็ให้ยืมทันที ฉันไม่มีความกังวลเกี่ยวกับการบริการลูกค้า โดยรวมแล้วฉันต้องการใช้อีกครั้ง

โรงแรมที่ตั้งอยู่ในทำเลดีเยี่ยมซึ่งยังคงเสน่ห์ของโลกเก่าเอาไว้ เรื่องราวที่น่าสนใจเกี่ยวกับจุดเริ่มต้นของโรงแรมแห่งนี้ (โรงแรมแห่งนี้สร้างขึ้นเพื่อรองรับผู้โดยสารของรถไฟ Orient Express ในปี 1925) ห้องพักได้รับการตกแต่งอย่างดีพร้อมสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่ดี และช่องทีวีให้เลือกชมมากมายทั่วโลก โรงแรมมีร้านอาหารและบิสโทรชั้นดีหลายแห่ง วันหนึ่ง เราทานอาหารเช้าที่ Le Bistro ก่อนออกเดินทางไปสนามบิน จานหนึ่งใช้เวลานานกว่าปกติเล็กน้อยกว่าจะมา และร้านอาหารก็ยกเว้นบิลให้เราโดยไม่คาดคิด นับเป็นน้ำใจที่ใส่ใจมาก

ทําเลที่ตั้งดีมาก มีร้านเบเกอรี่มากมายในบริเวณใกล้เคียง สถานีขนส่ง ใจกลางเมือง และสถานที่อื่นๆ สามารถเดินถึงได้ไม่เกิน 20 นาที ทั้งโฮสเทลสะอาดมากและมีกลิ่นหอมมาก! ! ! เสียใจที่ลืมถามเจ้านายว่าใช้อโรมายี่ห้อไหน ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือถนนมีเสียงดังไปหน่อย คืนที่ฉันพักฉันไม่รู้ว่าใครกดแตรรถ... นอกจากนี้ (อาจเป็นปัญหาของฉันเอง) ฉันไม่พบไดร์เป่าผม แต่ปัญหาไม่ใหญ่ ～

Good location. Good services and facilities. The hotel is new and user friendly. I will recommend to my friend to book this hotel. The food at the restaurant is delicious and not expensive.

Location is perfect very close to major attractions. What makes my stay miserable is the noise. They have a bar right down below the rooms on the ground floor. On Saturday you would find yourself feeling like right inde the bar with your heart beat following the music rythm until 3:30am!! My worst experience in my life!

In need of refurbishment from a cosmetic perspective, as the carpet in my hotel room was worn and tired. No body wash and had to ring housekeeping for refill… perhaps this should be checked regularly with cleaning. Cannot fault the care demonstrated towards guests and breakfast quality. A grand old lady of Zagreb that will always draw me to her. Fantastic location. Highly recommended.

Badly maintained hotel with visibly old furnishings and with things falling apart ( see photos). Check in took a long time with only one staff able to perform check in spite of other available staff at the front desks. Phone in room was not functional on the first day so had to go down to front to desk to ask for help who redirected me back to the room again to call another number that also doesn’t work. Super unhelpful. Was expecting more from a Sheraton hotel. Plus points are - good location, indoor heated pool and good sized gym but also poorly maintained and rather dirty.

The hotel is at this little quiet corner which is also good since we had to open the window at night (aircon is centralised and it’s still “winter” despite in spring). We were given level 6 which is the highest floor so it helped with the quietness. The breakfast spread was amazing, lots of cheeses and cured meat. The cooked vegetables are the best, though it can get a little oily. It’s a convenient location to walk around the city, and visit the parks and museum. There are good food options around as well. However, we were there during Easter so most of the places are close but there was a pizza place within 6 mins walk which is open during Easter. Lots of supermarkets around, so it’s easy to get snacks and fruits.

The hotel itself is nice, but the room was very dirty. And I’m not talking about minor surface dirt - it was clear that proper cleaning had not been done for a long time. There were layers of dust, a dirty carpet, stained doors, etc. We also booked parking, but no one explained where exactly we should go or how to enter. When we called the hotel from the parking area, no one opened the gate. We had to go to the hotel in person and ask again. These are things hotel staff should explain proactively and clearly, rather than guests having to chase this information themselves. Overall, the hotel itself is not bad, but the dirt and the passivity of the staff completely spoil the experience.
