Hot chocolate and biscuits to go with my stay - how cute and what's not to love! It's an impressive stay in a small, quaint village, with very hospitable and kind staff on hand. Thank you for a lovely stay!
We had a wonderful stay here previously and so returned for a night. This time it wasn't quite as pleasant. The toilet seat in the bathroom had a big crack in the lid and was more than just loose in the sense that it almost came off when sat on. The shower curtain was mouldy and uncleaned mirrors and cobwebs. The staff were all very pleasant and the bar and restaurant area were lovely. I did use the toilets at the bar. One was taken and the other 2 cubicles were soiled so maybe not checked as often as required.
Overall the room was warm and there was lots of storage space and a nice big bed. It wasn't unpleasant although I'd not be as keen to return again as I was last time.
The Pelham Hotel was a pleasant surprise! As a solo traveler, I appreciated the friendly staff and the cozy, clean room. While the location isn't in the heart of a bustling city, it's perfect for a quiet getaway. The on-site pub was a great spot to unwind after a long day. It might not be a five-star luxury, but for a comfortable and affordable stay, the Pelham Hotel definitely hits the mark!
Went to a ball on Saturday night and had stayed in the hotel. The jacuzzi bath didn't work, and we're given very little loo roll. The bed was so uncomfortable.
At the ball, the food was awful. Mass produced with no seasoning. The only nice thing i ate was the cheesecake.
