We had a fantastic stay at Hyde Perth. The hotel is very new, modern, and kept exceptionally clean. Its central location in the city makes it very easy to walk to nearby shops, restaurants, and transport. Best of all, every member of the hotel staff was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed. We are very happy with our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Perth

Very nice staff and also rooms were good. Except for the subsequent nights we stayed and the rooms were not cleaned up as well. Otherwise, wonderful stay.

Every staff member I encountered at DoubleTree by Hilton North Bridge was professional, warm, and dedicated. From check-in to housekeeping to dining, the entire experience was nothing short of excellent. Especially Mr. Eranda and Mr. Henricus are professionalism, efficiency, and genuine willingness to help me to solve my reservation problems. If I have the chance to visit again, I will definitely stay here. Thank you for everything!

We booked it to catch a complimentary shuttle bus for an early flight next morning. Only afterwards did we find out its not available on the weekend. It was also noisy during the night from revellers but it was a Friday night. Will not come again even for the great location. Also looking in part a but tired but could accept for the convenience to airport.

We enjoyed a family overnight stay to celebrate a birthday. The location is convenient, and we appreciated the hotel’s facilities. However, there were a couple of aspects that detracted from the experience. I was genuinely surprised that there wasn’t even a complimentary bottle of water provided in the room. Having stayed in many hotels, both within Australia and internationally, I have never experienced a hotel that didn’t provide complimentary drinking water as a basic amenity. It’s a small gesture, but one that makes guests feel welcomed and cared for. Unfortunately, the service at the Atrium also fell below expectations. It took quite a while for staff to take our drink orders after we were seated, and when the drinks did arrive, they came out individually over an extended period rather than together. This wasn’t the level of service I would expect from a hotel of this calibre. More broadly, I found the overall customer service lacking. Having stayed in a range of prestige hotels around the world, I’ve come to expect staff to acknowledge guests with a smile or greeting, or simply pause to allow guests to pass in hallways. These may seem like small courtesies, but they are what distinguish exceptional hospitality from average service. During our overnight stay, I didn’t experience these simple gestures once, which made the service feel impersonal and not particularly guest-focused. Overall, while we enjoyed the facilities and location, the level of hospitality did not match what I would expect from a premium hotel experience.
