Used this Motel during a layover in DFW. Airport shuttle was easy and convenient, just call the number they provide upon arrival and they will send a shuttle within 20 minutes. They had set shuttle times for the morning which made it convenient to get to the airport as well. Motel itself was bare minimum but you don’t really need much for a layover so it is good enough!

The location of the property was good as I was in transit and needed a new place to freshen up, rest and prepare for my next flight. I had about a 25 minutes wait for the hotel shuttle though. I was really tired and quite exhausted so that wait time was a bit much for me.

房間整潔，安靜，乾淨。床睡着很舒服，早餐有雞蛋餅和肉餅，酸奶牛奶品質都不錯，在美式早餐裏算好的了！就是房間有香水味還是香薰味，聞不太慣！位置在小道里，街角有個酒吧，晚上出入有點擔心，距離river walk步行8分鐘左右，沿途有個網紅BBQ餐館。步行到Alamo博物館13分鐘左右。很有性價比的一家酒店！

We booked a handicap room for my husband who is wheelchair bound, but the layout of the room and bathroom were not easily accessible. We were excited to learn that they had a free shuttle from the hotel to the airport and that we could leave our personal vehicle there for $10 per day vs. at the airport which was much more expensive. The shuttle was there on time and was wheelchair accessible which was fantastic! Upon our return, however, the shuttle was NOT wheelchair accessible, and the hotel denied having a wheelchair accessible shuttle (I guess we dreamed our departure). I ended up having to leave my disabled husband at the airport, ride in a dilapidated van and go alone to the hotel to retrieve my personal vehicle and return to the airport to pick up my husband. The hotel employees were very friendly during our stay but were very rude upon our return and belligerent when we requested a wheelchair accessible shuttle for our return to the hotel to pick up our vehicle. They even went so far as to tell us we didn't stay with them, even though I still had our reservation documentation/confirmation. That was very disappointing.

Wow. I was nicely surprised by this hotel. It used to be the Pear Tree and now is a Wyndham Heritage Inn. Save upgraded the hotel that looks great. It has a wonderful breakfast spread. The rooms are clean stylish and they allow pets. I'm recommending this hotel to all my friends.

Forgot to check out but turn in keys and took shuttle to airport, beautiful place to stay, friendly staffing and drivers. Pets allowed

The hotel was conveniently located right off of the toll road. Our room was extremely clean and smelled amazing! There was good quality shampoo in the bathroom, not your typical cheap hotel shampoo and bar soap. They had dove products! The complimentary breakfast was really good. Muffins, bagels, hot fresh cinnamon rolls, pancakes, and chobani yogurt. The staff were very friendly as well. I would certainly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an affordable hotel room this is certainly the place. Also conveniently located 25 minutes from Rockwall.

Booked for my driver As his flight was delayed he came 12 am to hotel unfortunately stuff of the hotel was rude even thought they didn’t let my driver to get in they requested extra money I do understand for early check in payment but it was not early check in it was whole another payment don’t reccoment
