What a nice place ..staffs are very accomodating specially the lady guard 😊.. i booked for regular garage room and i never expect that the room i booked have a parking lot i was so happy because i dont have to worry with my car where to park 😊 for those who have car choose regular garage 😊 i will definitely comeback and recommend it to my friends 💕

I do not have any problems with location and cleanliness. What puts me off is the customer service. I went there around 1:30 and they told me that my check in won’t be until 2:00. While it is fine to deny an early check in, I am disappointed that I went there early and yet my room was given to me 10 minutes past my check-in time. Moreover, some staffs are friendly but most act like they don’t care.

I just book for two nights but after 24 hrs, they keep knocking on the door and I asked why, they said check out time, however 23 is my check out time. I always check in on their hotel of course I know my check out time. Tho, it was still my to go hotel but maybe I'll try to explore other hotels for now.

Place is in the city near in all places, school, hospital, malls. Mode of transport easy to access its only in the front of the hotel. Staff is accommodating.

Reddoorz Plus near the Municipality of Luisian, Laguna is nice place to stay for an accommodation because the hotel staffs are very approachable, the room is generally clean but it needs to clean the shower equipment, window of the toilet, pale and the tabo. It is also very near to the plaza, church, restaurants and etc. There is no bottled water provided in the hotel but there is a water dispenser in the hotel lobby. But all in all, I recommend this hotel to all travelers in the philippines and in the whole world.

The room was clean but the flush was not functioning. But overall, our stay was comfortable. Wavepool is also clean. My children enjoyed the place so much.

It’s just so sad how the hotel associate treat me as first time guest. I hope I won’t experience this again. don’t look your guest base on his or her appearance on how you will accommodate them.
