The service is good. All the staff are kind, accommodating, and considerate. But the location is quite hard to find. Yet we got a nice, clean, and peaceful stay.

If balak nyo gumala sa tagaytay at naghahanap ng mura pero maganda at madaling puntahan na staycation, ok dito sa SMDC WIND RESIDENCES. Along the highway lang at madaming dumadaan na Jeep, Bus at Tric na pwede mo sakyan if byahe ka. Madaming kainan at Coffee Shop sa tapat, malapit sa Sky Ranch na pwedeng lakarin. If need mo mag grocery merong malapit na SM Hypermarket at Robinson Supermarket. Malinis yung room, merong lutuan gaya ng rice cooker, microwave at electric kettle, meron na din baso, plato, kutsara at tinidor. Meron din TV at aircon. Wala lang Wifi yung Room na nakuha ko pero ok lang dahil malakas naman ang mobile signal. Yung Chairs nga lang medyo mauga na, sira din yung ilang drawer, walang sabitan ng damit at towel sa banyo. Hindi rin masyado nakagala noong time na yun dahil umuulan pero goods parin yung stay namin. Over all worth it yung Stay namin. Sulit din yung discounted booking dito sa Tip.com app 😍

We stayed at Regency 2. We had no trouble with cleanliness. Everything was clean and the location was good. There was a Mcdonald’s right beside the hotel and we were one ride away from SM Molino and SM Bacoor. A complain that I have is that the bathtub was unusable as the drain is open with no lid or option to close.

The place is very convenient. Located just before Sta. Rosa/Tagaytay Road coming from Manila. Budget friendly too of you are looking for a quick overnight stay. Wifi is good, fast and very reliable available 24/7. The place is situated near on almost all the beautiful places in Tagaytay and nearby Batangas and Cavite. We have a great stay. May schedule ang tubig, sana naman lagyan nyo ng water tank for continuous water supply. yung bagong pinturang room pina gamit sa guest sobrang sakit sa ilong. buti mabait staff

Upon entering the hotel, the lovely staffs greeted us and help us with our belongings and parking. From the lobby of the hotel to 2nd floor where our room is, the hotel is so mabango. Love the clean bed so much and they are generous for giving 4 pillows for us (2 each). The water pressure of shower in our room is quite weak but thats alright.

Breakfast had a decent variety, though I feel it could still be improved with more options. One area for improvement would be the noise level—sometimes I could hear sounds from the hallway. But aside from that, the stay was enjoyable.
