Overall we have a great stay in this unit, the view is excellent...travelling with kids is a little bit difficult because there is no entrance in the main road going to skyranch we need to walk from back entrance going to the highway...for the amenities maybe they can upgrade their kitchen...more utensils like can opener and more cooking option aside from microwave and rice cooker...for the cr heater isn't working well and no rag for wet floor.

We stayed at Regency 2. We had no trouble with cleanliness. Everything was clean and the location was good. There was a Mcdonald’s right beside the hotel and we were one ride away from SM Molino and SM Bacoor. A complain that I have is that the bathtub was unusable as the drain is open with no lid or option to close.

The place is very convenient. Located just before Sta. Rosa/Tagaytay Road coming from Manila. Budget friendly too of you are looking for a quick overnight stay. Wifi is good, fast and very reliable available 24/7. The place is situated near on almost all the beautiful places in Tagaytay and nearby Batangas and Cavite. We have a great stay. Very small room but OK for overnight stay Recently painted l, paint was still drying and room smelled of paint. Staff was pleasant.

Upon entering the hotel, the lovely staffs greeted us and help us with our belongings and parking. From the lobby of the hotel to 2nd floor where our room is, the hotel is so mabango. Love the clean bed so much and they are generous for giving 4 pillows for us (2 each). The water pressure of shower in our room is quite weak but thats alright.

The location was convenient, close to restaurants and public transportation, making it easy to explore the area. Breakfast had a decent variety, though I feel it could still be improved with more options. One area for improvement would be the noise level—sometimes I could hear sounds from the hallway. But aside from that, the stay was enjoyable.
