Nice place to stay. Superior room is not big, but ok. Breakfast: Nasi goreng + scrambled eggs. Water, coffee and tea. Everyday. Breakfast is from 7 - 10. However at 9.40 hrs the staff already started cleaning up.

This place is good for stay. Recommended if you come to this city and stay at this hotel.

The room is very clean and its very near to Masjid Al Hakim. Only 5mins walking distance to the beach too. The toilet also clean and they also provide water dispenser, so no hustle to worry to buy mineral water together with the iron (upon request). I also used the laundry service which is very good and the price also quite cheap. I went during Ramadan, hence anyone who want to discover Padang during Ramadan, i would really recommend to stay at this hotel!

Cuma sedikit dikasih masukan untuk victoria cafe yg join di aplikasi tdk ngecek baik2 siapa yg menginap, kejadian ini sudah ke dua kalinya sy alami, sy nginap sini dari baru buka smpai tahun 2023 suka nginap disini krn kenyamanan, tp yg buat sy g nyaman pelayanan pesanan lwt aplikasi kmr yg sy pesan sdh ada org lain yg mesan itupun lwt bookingan lgsg ke villa victoria kafe dan klu sempat sy tdk mendapatkan kamar sy sangat2 dirugikan pihak villa, sebab sy bayar full di aplikasi, voucher terbit dan nama yg nginap tdk ada di list, ternyata setelah di cek sy secara tdk sengaja menemukan nama pesanan sy ada dlm email, tentu sy g terima dong ya, krn dlu jg gitu uang sy dikembalikan krn double pesanan aplikasi dan bookingan lgsg, dan kejadian lg des 2023 bookingan sy tdk ada solusi awalnya dan refund uangpun dr pihak villa tdk ada, krn sy liat ada nama pesanan sy lgsg sy blg itu ada, barulah karyawan villa tdk bs mengelak, tlg dicek berkala y pihak manager villa victoria kafe lain kali mohon teliti agar tdk ada kerugian utk pemesanan selanjutnya, villa strategis pelayanan jg hrs bagus rattingnya 👌, pelayanan karyawan bgs, cm kurang teliti

The room was really spacious but could see there was the room not clean properly with dust and hair on the floor. Will be good and better if the room is cleaned properly.

This hotel soo comfort. I stay for 2 nights and they will topup wter bottle and neat your room next day. The linen so fragrant. Breakfast also so good. Variety of porridge. Staff also very polite. Very recommended👍

Room is too small but bath room is large space. Near Mentawai Fast and port. Easy to travel.
