ทําเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดีมาก และใกล้กับสถานีรถไฟใต้ดินมากสําหรับการขนส่งเข้าเมืองได้ง่าย ตอนจองไม่ระบุว่าที่จอดรถเป็นค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่มเติม แค่มีที่จอดรถ ไม่ค่อยมีที่จอดรถ แต่ฉันจําไม่ได้ว่าฉันเห็นค่าธรรมเนียมที่โพสต์บนเว็บไซต์การจองซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่คาดไม่ถึง ห้องพักเพียงพอ - เล็กกว่าที่คาดไว้เล็กน้อย และห้องมีกลิ่นเปรี้ยวเล็กน้อยไม่แน่ใจว่าเป็นเชื้อราหรือแค่อับจากสภาพอากาศตะวันตกในฤดูหนาว แต่เราอยู่ที่นั่นแค่คืนเดียว เราเลยไม่จุกจิก พนักงานเช็คอินพูดภาษาอังกฤษน้อยกว่าที่คาดไว้ แต่ก็โอเคเพราะ Deutsch ของฉันดีพอที่จะพบกันตรงกลาง อาหารเช้าดีมากและพนักงานเสิร์ฟก็ดีมาก

When I was checking in, I was a little worried the staff would be unable to speak English. However the two receptionists who helped me were perfectly fluent and answered any questions I had. I did unfortunately have to pay a city tax on top of my room, but it wasn’t expensive and this is a common thing in most hotels in Europe. The room itself was pretty decent and had plenty of space for my suitcase and to walk around. The en-suite was great and had good towels and hot shower. The bed was comfy with a good mattress and duvet wise, but the pillows were a bit limp and didn’t have a lot in them. I spoke to another member of staff who spoke little English, who said he’d look and bring one to my room, but this never happened. Whatever the case, still had a good sleep, would have better with extra head comfort. As for breakfast, there was a great variety of choice from fry-up food (bacon, sausages, eggs) to continental pastries and drinks. I would say the only downside was there was not enough for fruit, as there was only a few apples and plates of sliced oranges. Would have been better if there was more to choose fruit wise, but everything else was great and was a good fuel up for the day in Cologne. When checking out, they also allowed me to place my luggage and bags in their storage room with zero charge which is great when you’re exploring for the day and have a later departure time. Overall, if you’re in Cologne for a day (like me) or two, this place is a great option and I would stay here again!

This comment may be a bit long. I come here for check in around 3:30pm, there are a group of elders checking in front me, I waited around 30minutes there. I think the reception is a responsible one but he can either speed up the progress, skip some of the elders questions, and also hotel to consider add one more staff there to support. The long waiting time of check-in delay my travel visit here. The room is very clean, and also new. The place is a little far away by not that far from main city. The room windows are all locked, it is a bit frustrated. The hot water suspended, and when i called reception for 5 times, they finally pick my phone up saying technical issues into 8am , which i have to leave the hotel at 8:15am for my flight... Finally, the breakfast is insanely good! You guys can have a try.

การบริการที่โรงแรมแห่งนี้ก็ดีเช่นเคย และตามมาตรฐานของเยอรมัน ถือว่าดีและอบอุ่นจริงๆ ข้อเสียคือเตียงเดี่ยวไม่ค่อยสบายและมีหมอนแค่ใบเดียว

Oteldeki çalışanların Türk olması beni hiç zorlamadı. Oda çalışanları çok nazik ve kibardıDı . Otelin kahvaltısı iyi di. Tek kötü sayabileceğim şey tuvaletin odanın dışında olmasaydı ama o da kişiye özel olduğu için hiçbir sorun yaşamadım. Otelin konumu çok iyiydi Köln merkez Tren istasyonuna 10 dakika mesafedeydi yani kısacası çok memnun kaldım tekrardan kesinlikle geleceğim

Found this hotel on my route to the Netherlands, came in late after midnight the reception is open 24 hours and the gentleman working that night was very nice. Location nearby the highway, rooms are decent and clean.

The hotel was nice if you're visiting Köln. But i guess we just had experienced a scary situation where someone was trying to Unlock the door at around 9pm when we're about to sleep. We got scared. Then when we heard that, i asked who's trying to open the door and it was a Family with 2 kids, so the receptionist gave us the wrong key for our booked room and they gave the Family the wrong key but with the same room number. No explanation was made what really happened at that exact moment from the receptionist , got no time to go down and ask the reception since we're tired from that day. But ofcourse we're already bothered and scared about that.

น่าเสียดายที่ที่จอดรถมีน้อยมาก โรงแรมมีที่จอดรถน้อย และที่จอดรถและโรงจอดรถในบริเวณโดยรอบก็มีน้อยและมีราคาแพงมาก ห้องพักของเราไม่มีรีโมตคอนโทรล พอถามทาง พนักงานก็บอกว่าทีวีทุกเครื่องในชั้นนั้นใช้ไม่ได้ อาหารเช้าอร่อยมาก พนักงานเป็นมิตรและยินดีให้ความช่วยเหลือเสมอ เตียงนอนสบายมาก การเข้าพักดีมากและขอแนะนำอย่างแน่นอน แม้จะมีเด็กๆ มาด้วย
