This luxury villa is in a quiet residential cul de sac, but just a few minutes drive away from the main Coral Bay resort and beautiful beach. The villa has a cul de sac position on a large enclosed landscaped plot with Large 10M swimming pool (heating at additional charge €40 pd excl jan to end feb). Sea views from the first floor. Ten minutes walking distance from Coral Bay Beach and the main strip. The private swimming pool has Roman steps is surrounded by patio and a landscaped garden and fruit trees. Three bedrooms, one en suite with large outside lounge terraces, with fab views , dressing room to the first floor, second and third bedroom and bathroom to ground floor .The kitchen is large and well equipped, with granite worktops and breakfast bar. Lovely lounge with leather settees, fireplace TV, DVD, sat TV and WIFI. The brick built barbecue stands in the garden close to the covered outside dining. There is plenty of off road parking space along with a covered pergola for shade.
