老闆和前台小哥非常nice，在酒店預訂一日遊行程，旅行社搞錯了，老闆幫忙溝通並解決了所有問題，前台小哥也積極幫我們溝通處理。酒店也自營餐廳，早餐也很豐富，酒店附近有A101超市和很多飯店，步行可達山下的大型百貨和黑海邊，非常便利

اولا اخذنا غرفة لمده ثلاث ايام على قدنا وكان الاستقبال جدا خدومين وفيها شباب سورين ممتازين خدومين ومتعاونين مره فيها الاخ محمد والاخ امين والشيف عدنان جدا ممتازين وكل الي فيها خذومين مره تعاملهم جدا كويس والغرف نظيفه وموقعها حلو يبعد تقريبا دقيقتين مشي الين البحيره طلبنا منهم دفايه وفرشة وعلى طول جابوها لنا اشكرهم على تعامله

The staff are helpful, but the hotel needs to improve its cleanliness, and the rooms are saturated with a suffocating and unpleasant smell of cigarettes.

We stayed one night in the hotel in Trabzon and then extended our stay for two more nights. The hotel has its own convenient parking next door. The furniture in the lobby is a bit outdated but still very comfortable. The hotel has two elevators, which is super comfortable. Beds and mattresses are very comfy, we had good sleep the entire stay. Breakfasts were very nice Good selection of cheese, olives and jams. They also served omelette with pepperoni, boiled eggs, fries and a selection of breads with local butter and honey. The staff was very welcoming. The hotel is located right across the street, but you can’t hear any noise from the station. We recommend the hotel if you want to stay on budget in Trabzon.

Thank you very much for your warm hospitality. The ground-floor suite was very suitable for our mother, who uses a wheelchair. It had two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms. The suite was exceptionally clean and had heating for colder weather. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, including a washing machine and a stove. Anas, who works at the reception, was extremely helpful and cooperative. The location of the apartment was also ideal. It is not down by the lake, so it is away from the noise, but it is not too high up the hill or difficult to reach. It is conveniently located in between. You can easily walk downhill, and on the way back, you can either walk or take a local shuttle. There is also a private parking space for each apartment. We truly enjoyed our three-night stay and had no complaints at all.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and I especially want to thank Erol at the reception for his exceptional hospitality. From the moment we arrived, Erol was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure everything was comfortable for us and was always happy to assist whenever we had a question or needed anything. His friendly attitude and attention to detail genuinely made our stay more enjoyable. It’s people like Erol who make a hotel stay feel special. He represents the hotel extremely well, and his service deserves recognition. Thank you, Erol, for your excellent hospitality and for making us feel so welcome!
