โรงแรม 3 ดาว ในมาโซเวีย โปแลนด์

ห้องพักสะอาดแต่เล็กมาก ไม่มีรองเท้าแตะและไม่มีน้ําให้ ไม่มีไดร์เป่าผม อันที่จริงไม่มีอะไร มีเพียงตู้เย็น ไมโครเวฟ กาต้มน้ํา และเตาไฟฟ้า (ฉันไม่ได้ใช้สิ่งนี้) แต่จําเป็นต้องใช้รองเท้าแตะและเครื่องเป่าผมมากกว่า 🙌🏼

Hotel was central in Warsaw. Breakfast was included but very crowed. Hotel room wasn‘t really clean. I had to call room service recieve toilet paper. Room wasn‘t cleaned daily. My Hilton Gold member status benefits were poor. Only a chocolat and water. Had to ask for the benefits.

โรงแรมค่อนข้างดีเมื่อเทียบกับราคาที่โฆษณาไว้ ถึงจะดูเก่าไปหน่อย แต่ก็ถือว่าโอเค สามารถเดินทางไปใจกลางกรุงวอร์ซอได้สะดวกด้วยรถบัสประจำทาง ใช้เวลาประมาณ 15-20 นาที อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลายและรสชาติดี พนักงานเป็นมิตรและให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมากตลอดการเข้าพัก อย่างไรก็ตาม! มีปัญหาใหญ่คือระบบน้ำอุ่นถูกตัดไปสี่วันระหว่างการเข้าพัก ทำให้เราอาบน้ำหรืออาบน้ำได้ไม่สะดวกเพราะน้ำจากก๊อกเย็นเฉียบ ค่าตอบแทนที่ได้รับคืออาหารเช้าฟรีที่โรงแรม ซึ่งไม่คุ้มค่าเลยถ้าอยากอาบน้ำอุ่นตอนเช้าหรือตอนเย็น ไม่มีการเสนอทางเลือกหรือค่าตอบแทนอื่นๆ พวกเขายังคงขายห้องพักออนไลน์บนเว็บไซต์ของตัวเองโดยไม่แจ้งว่าไม่มีน้ำอุ่น ทั้งที่ทางโรงแรมก็รู้ว่าไม่มี ซึ่งไม่ยุติธรรมกับลูกค้า เรื่องนี้ทำให้ต้องเสียคะแนนไปเยอะทีเดียว

Не пришла инструкция по заселению, в чате ответ получила на следующее утро. На звонки не отвечали. 2 часа искала этот ресепшен 🤦♀️ Если заселение бесконтактное, то и сопровождение должно быть хотя бы в течение часа.

Amenities & Service Breakfast: The morning spread was comprehensive and delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Staff: The reception team deserves a special mention—they were incredibly kind and welcoming, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. Veredict: Whether you are in town for business or leisure, I highly recommend Hotel Metropol for its unbeatable location and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, room was clean enough. Staff very average, in reception and bar staff was very polite. In a morning cleaner did not even say hello to guests passing by. At a breakfast staff was behaving like they don’t really want to be there… general staff impression below expectations …. Could be more smiling and engaged to their job role …. Impression and body language it’s very important when hosting people…

Great hotel for the price very very near the airport, just a short Uber or Bolt away, cost between 5-10 euros. Would stay again if transiting.

Видно що хтось гуляв добре в номері попередньо. Штори були замащені і пробита гіпсокартонова стіна. Трохи такі залишки від прпередніх відвідувачі гапрягають. Трохи плісняви в стиках там де душ. Але власне душ мені сподобався, плитка не слизька. Персонал помірно ввічливий і тактовний. Дякую за побит!

Нам всё понравилось. В пешей доступности от автобусной станции West . Чистый аккуратный номер с удобными кроватями. Душ и туалет общий на несколько комнат. Переночевали, отдохнули и продолжили дальше наше путешествие.
