ที่ตั้งอยู่ห่างจากสถานีรถไฟนิดหน่อย แต่อยู่ในซอยเล็กๆ เงียบสงบมาก มีร้านอาหารและบาร์มากมายในบริเวณใกล้เคียง เจ้าหน้าที่แผนกต้อนรับสุภาพมาก และมีหญิงชราคนหนึ่งพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ค่อนข้างดี ฉันยังได้พบกับหนุ่มหล่อที่พูดภาษาจีนได้ และฉันก็สอนประโยคภาษาจีนให้เขาฟังว่า ”คุณกินข้าวหรือยัง?” สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของโรงแรมนั้นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง แต่จัดว่าอยู่ในระดับกลางเมื่อเทียบกับโรงแรมระดับเดียวกันใกล้สถานีรถไฟ ผมไม่เห็นรูใหญ่ๆ ที่ผนังห้องอย่างที่ลือกันไว้ มีแต่รูที่เป็นตู้เซฟ ห้องพักก็ค่อนข้างสะอาด ไม่มีแมลงตัวเล็กๆ ต่างๆ อย่างที่ลือกัน อาหารเช้าก็โอเค มีบาร์เล็กๆ อยู่ข้างแผนกต้อนรับของโรงแรม และห้องนั่งเล่นเล็กๆ ตรงข้ามบาร์ ซึ่งมีเฟอร์นิเจอร์คลาสสิกแบบต่างๆ และรถเข็นเด็กสำหรับผู้พิการ - โดยรวมแล้วโรงแรมราคาเดียวกันรอบๆ สถานีรถไฟถือว่าดีกว่าค่าเฉลี่ย

เราไปเที่ยวโรมระหว่างวันที่ 27-31 สิงหาคม 2024 โรงแรมสามดาวแต่ก็ตอบสนองความต้องการของเราได้ครบถ้วน พนักงานเป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือดีมาก เตียงนอนสบายมาก เราสนุกกับการเข้าพักมาก แม้ว่าเราจะใช้เวลาส่วนใหญ่ไปกับการเยี่ยมชมสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวต่างๆ แต่ในตอนเย็นก็ควรจะดูทีวีเพื่อผ่อนคลายสักหน่อย ดังนั้นการดูช่องภาษาอังกฤษสักสองสามช่องจึงมีประโยชน์ แม้ว่าจะไม่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการเข้าพักของเราก็ตาม ขอแนะนำโรงแรมนี้เป็นอย่างยิ่ง ขอบคุณที่ดูแลเราตลอดการเข้าพัก

Una piacevole sorpresa vicino alla Fontana di Trevi. Bella stanza con arredamento curato e molto pulita. Ottima esperienza soprattutto grazie alla disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario che ha fatto di tutto per rendere perfetto il nostro soggiorno! Ci torneremo!!!

Our stay at the Viminale View Hotel was an acceptable one - but we would unlikely return on a future visit to Rome. Arriving at the hotel in the early afternoon, we were pleased to be allowed to check in ahead of the published time (14:00hrs). The service was friendly and efficient and we were quickly shown to our room - that being a ‘deluxe’ room at the end of a corridor. Room number 1 was to be our home for four nights. The room was of a good size and well-equipped e.g. towels, tea and coffee making facilities, a small fridge (with optional mini-bar), a television and a bathroom - with an excellent free standing bath tub in the centre of the bedroom. Perhaps my biggest gripe with the hotel was the disappointing view from the room. A ‘Viminale View’ it most certainly was not. Interestingly, room number 1 was the only room on the wrong side of the building. All others, including cheaper standard rooms, had the all-important Viminale view. In fact, not from anywhere in the hotel could we see the Viminale, since the reception area too was without any windows. Our two windows looked out onto a gutter on one side and an adjacent building on the other. We paid a little extra for breakfast, which was of a simple but acceptable standard. Given the size of the hotel with just 10 rooms, an extravagant buffet was not expected. More a continental selection, there was enough to keep us going until lunchtime. Cold meats, cheese, bread, pastries, yoghurts, toast etc, with scrambled egg and sausage available as hot options. Hot drinks were made on request. As a smaller establishment, this accommodation appeared only ever to be staffed by one person at a time, which somewhat impacted service. Once seated for breakfast, we were provided with a hot drink and then left to it. There was no opportunity to request further drinks, which was a little disappointing. And on one occasion, we watched as a guest had to go in search of a member of staff in order to get a cup of coffee. Perhaps in the mornings, especially with breakfast to provide and guests occasionally checking out, a second staff member would be beneficial. House-keeping was of a good standard but returning on our last night, we were keen to enjoy a coffee, only to find that our supplies had not been replenished and our cups were still dirty on the side. As a hotel unstaffed after 17:00hrs, it wasn’t a simple case of calling for some coffee, rather just going without. Whilst an enjoyable stay, the view from the room and the lack of hotel staff beyond 17:00hrs just didn’t work for us.

I think it's one of the best room you can get with this price, very classy and with great location, the room is huge and the reception is very nice

Hotel is worth the price. 2km from all the famous attractions. Hotel staff very friendly and can speak English. Room a little bit small and no AC. (Or didn’t work) Restaurants nearby. Good value for money.
