My stay at Ithia was very enjoyable. First time in Spain. The hotel is about 25 mins away from El Dorado Airport and check in was very smooth. My spanish is very basic but the staff was very patient and answered all of my questions. It is conveniently located right next to Museo National and within walking 15-20 mins walking

It was good value for money. Not hot water (neither that cold, it is caribean weather just not heated) and a bit far from the main hotspots (i use uber motorbike so for me was ok, is around 1/2$ per trip).

Le service de chambre est bon car il peut être quotidien et les employées sont amicales. Les réceptionnistes sont également amicaux.
Dans la chambre,il manque des petites tables près du lit ,un interrupteur pour la lumière. Il faut se lever pour allumer et éteindre celle ci.
Le téléviseur marche très bien et dispose de beaucoup de chaînes. Le wifi est très bon. Le rapport qualité prix est l'un des meilleurs de bocagrande.

ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อThe experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.

No slippers or robe or waters in the room. Felt like just two tv remotes and an empty bar fridge. Bathroom provisions basic as well.
Location is convenient for the airport and getting places, but not much around the hotel itself.
Breakfast was fine tasting, but the scene was hectic. Things were constantly running out, the omelet line was slow, and tables were mostly unclean and without cutlery.
This may make it sound bad, but it was decently satisfactory

ผผู้เข้าพักThe old historic centre of Cartagena de las Indias, is very expensive thus this was an affordable option. Uber and taxis are also affordable. The breakfeast was very good. The personnel is nice and does not want to cheat you. Airconditioning is working well in this town where temperatures are around 32 degrees. Nice view from rooftop. An Arentinian friendly place in Colombia

super amable, el desayuno estaba muy sabroso, Si tenía alguna pregunta el personal del hotel siempre me ayudó con consejos, Este es lugar seguro absolutamente. Me aloje en hotel durante dos semanas y las dos semanas se quedan sin un solo incidente. Estoy lleno de agradecimiento a personal el hotel, y recomiendo hotel baluarte a todos.

ผผู้เข้าพักWould not recommend depending on what you are looking for during your trip. The hotel is old, eveything is dated. The pool is filthy. That said, the staff is great. So you won't want to spend more time than necessary there but it is well located. The beach is across the street and there are plenty of restaurants. It's a busy area.

They charge 35$ for any visitors, even if you just invite your friend for prepaid breakfast. Not enough privacy and too much control.
