I would like to share my wonderful experience during my stay at Zuri Hotel on December 8, 2025.
The location was excellent (5/5), making it very convenient and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding (5/5), and the overall service exceeded my expectations (5/5). The amenities were also top-notch (5/5), providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Most especially, all the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional, which truly made the experience even more memorable. The food was absolutely delicious and added great value to our stay.
Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Zuri Hotel to others. I look forward to staying with you again in the future.

Directly connected / very close to SM City Iloilo — extremely convenient if your priority is easy access to the mall. Rooms are well-equipped (TV, mini-bar or similar, etc.), and there are amenities like lobby bar, potentially meeting rooms if needed. Great for shoppers, people arriving late, or anyone who wants minimal commute. Good balance between comfort and convenience.
I love that our room is near the exit which leads to beach front. I suggest that they should have heater/hot water specially at night in the pool because it's soooo cold.
Buffet breakfast was so good and in our 3 days & 4 nights stay their dishes change. I also suggest that they should have a free take out food for guest that have early flight.
The best service we have ever experienced! The Ferra Hotel is very centrally located and only a few minutes' walk from the water sports activities on White Beach. The facilities and amenities are very good for the price range. But there is one reason in particular why I can highly recommend this hotel: the friendly staff and outstanding service! We travel extensively in Asia and Europe and are accustomed to different hotel categories. But even compared to our experiences in significantly more expensive and exclusive hotels, the service at Ferra Garden is outstanding. From all the staff at the reception desk to the service staff at the bar or in the restaurant to the cleaning staff, everyone at this hotel is more than friendly and courteous. It is never fake or over the top, but always authentic. Every chance glance leads to a beaming smile, and every conversation shows genuine interest and helpfulness. As we sit in the next hotel restaurant and look back on the incomparable service, I realize that I now find the way of communicating in most hotels even more unpleasant because it feels somewhat submissive. This review may seem exaggerated, but I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for that experience and the management for this incomparable corporate culture.
We stayed from December 4–6, 2025, and overall had a pleasant experience.
The cleanliness of the hotel was good — rooms and common areas were well-maintained.
The front desk staff were friendly and very professional in addressing our concerns. Special shoutout to April, who assisted us when our originally assigned room was rented by a guest extending their stay. She handled the situation smoothly and even arranged an upgrade, which we truly appreciated.
They also have a very interesting elevator system — it surprised us at first, but we eventually got used to it, and it added a fun, unique touch to the stay.
Breakfast was plated, with limited options, which is the only downside of our stay. However, what was available was prepared well and tasted good.
Overall, it was a good experience and definitely worth coming back to.
Had our team building and booked 4 rooms for the group. We requested for our rooms to be on the same floor and they delivered!
Love the welcome drinks - something like lemon grass and ginger? not sure :D
Rooms are very spacious and spot clean. On-going maintenance of their spa which led us to do room-in massage.
Points for improvement:
Suggest to improve front desk communication as we had some concerns with the arranged activities.
i.e., massage are not room charged - we were asked to pay after the massage which shocked the group as it was NOT mentioned to us when we arranged the massage session. Good thing someone still have cash with them.
e-trike was not booked as requested (morning) so we had our tour in the afternoon; good thing we had a very flexible itinerary so it didn't affect any other plans.
Overall great stay! Will definitely book this hotel again in our next trip. Even recommended this to friends. 😉
We arrived at the hotel at 12nn expecting to have to wait 2-3 more hours before we can check-in. But as we processed our arrival with the receptionist, we were already given our key cards to check-in. This added great convenience to our stay (do not expect that this would always be the case but it is good to note they allow early check-in if available). The room we booked was very comfortable, I have nothing to complain about. We requested to be put on a corner room which was obliged. All the staff was exceptionally accommodating and approachable. The hotel was conveniently located at a walking distance to Festive Walk Mall and all must-visit spots of Megaworld.
Overall, we had a great stay! I will definitely be booking again should I be back to visit Iloilo.

The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The place was spotless, with daily room cleaning, and the beachfront location was perfect. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks upon our arrival. Most of all, thank you for granting our special request for my father’s 70th birthday — it meant a lot to us. We’ll definitely be coming back next year. Again, thank you so much!
ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อWe stayed at Hotel Belmont Boracay for four nights. The staff was genuinely top-notch! They kindly provided an early check-in after our extremely last-minute booking, which was incredibly helpful.
We loved the peaceful, isolated location and having a private beach nearby was a big plus, though we wish the shuttle service schedule was more frequent.
Unfortunately, our stay was significantly impacted by room problems. Our original room on the 5th floor was extremely humid to the point where the floors and walls were visibly wet. We complained, and a technician was sent who changed the AC to a freezing 14°C… which apparently was the only way to reduce the dampness, but it made the room uncomfortably cold for sleeping.
Only after the first night did they agree to move us. While the second room was much better with the humidity, the cleaning was severely lacking:
· We found a lot of hair from previous guests in the bathroom.
· None of the amenities were switched out (face tissues, toilet tissues, tea bags).
· Most disturbingly, the shower smelled strongly of urine, which was extremely unfortunate.
This showed us the hotel clearly knows about the humidity issue but didn't proactively switch us, and the room change felt rushed without proper housekeeping. The breakfast was good, not bad.
Belmont is a hotel with extremely wonderful staff in a great location, but let down by critical maintenance and cleanliness failures. Double-check your room immediately upon arrival.
