Dear Zuri Hotel Team, I would like to share my wonderful experience during my stay at Zuri Hotel on December 8, 2025. The location was excellent (5/5), making it very convenient and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding (5/5), and the overall service exceeded my expectations (5/5). The amenities were also top-notch (5/5), providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Most especially, all the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional, which truly made the experience even more memorable. The food was absolutely delicious and added great value to our stay. Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Zuri Hotel to others. The hotel is near SM Iloilo and is very convenient. Staff are very welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. Overall stay is excellent. Rooms are wide and clean, all rooms we booked has heaters. They change towels and cleans rooms everyday.

โรงแรม Henann Lagoon สะอาดมากและพนักงานก็ให้การต้อนรับดีมาก ตอนแรก ในฐานะกลุ่มเพื่อน 3 คน เราถูกขอให้จ่ายเงินมัดจําที่ไม่สมเหตุสมผลเล็กน้อยสําหรับการเข้าพัก 3-night 6,000 เปโซต่อคน (2,000 ต่อคืน) ซึ่งเราจัดการเจรจา พื้นที่สระว่ายน้ํากว้างขวางและเงียบสงบพร้อมบริการบาร์ริมสระที่ยอดเยี่ยม ทําเลที่ตั้งเพิ่งตั้งอยู่ห่างจากชายหาดเพียงไม่กี่ถนน - ซึ่งน่าจะเหมาะ - แต่เดินประมาณ8-10 นาทีเท่านั้น อยากจะแนะนําให้เพื่อนและคู่รักสําหรับการเข้าพักแบบส่วนตัวและผ่อนคลายอย่างแน่นอน

Lovely place 🦋✨ I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel, and I can't recommend it enough. The host is incredibly welcoming and goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel at home. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. I truly enjoyed my stay and can't wait to return

Located at the heart of station 2 where the fun starts. Walk to the beach as soon as you come out of the hotel but very busy. If you want a quiet and tranquil holiday this is not for you. It’s like going through a labyrinth everytime going home to your room but can get use to it. Check in was a bit of a pain since we came in a large group and felt a bit deceptive as our deluxe room (king bed) was upgraded to premier with double bed and a single which didn’t work for couples longing for a king bed. But I guess the upgrade was more for us to be closer to the beach. Would be nice if the reason was explained to us. But no big issue and would not fault the hotel for that small hiccup. The rooms are a dated but reasonably clean and the best was comfort if the bed and came in white sheets. Our room has balcony and iverlooking the pool. Got everything you need in a resort. Short walk to the shops and cafes you’ll never get hungry. Lots of fire dance in different spots of the whole stretch of station 2. Big thanks to France the hotel chauffeur who drive us to the hospital for my daughter’s emergency situation. It’s a shame that it wasn’t his duty when we checked out but hope that he got our tip in thanks to his efforts to us. Thanks to the entire staff including the nurse who assisted my daughter. Overall we were happy despite the short stay and will definitely come back to this brand of hotel. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The best service we have ever experienced! The Ferra Hotel is very centrally located and only a few minutes' walk from the water sports activities on White Beach. The facilities and amenities are very good for the price range. But there is one reason in particular why I can highly recommend this hotel: the friendly staff and outstanding service! We travel extensively in Asia and Europe and are accustomed to different hotel categories. But even compared to our experiences in significantly more expensive and exclusive hotels, the service at Ferra Garden is outstanding. From all the staff at the reception desk to the service staff at the bar or in the restaurant to the cleaning staff, everyone at this hotel is more than friendly and courteous. It is never fake or over the top, but always authentic. Every chance glance leads to a beaming smile, and every conversation shows genuine interest and helpfulness. As we sit in the next hotel restaurant and look back on the incomparable service, I realize that I now find the way of communicating in most hotels even more unpleasant because it feels somewhat submissive. This review may seem exaggerated, but I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for that experience and the management for this incomparable corporate culture.

We stayed from December 4–6, 2025, and overall had a pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was good — rooms and common areas were well-maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and very professional in addressing our concerns. Special shoutout to April, who assisted us when our originally assigned room was rented by a guest extending their stay. She handled the situation smoothly and even arranged an upgrade, which we truly appreciated. They also have a very interesting elevator system — it surprised us at first, but we eventually got used to it, and it added a fun, unique touch to the stay. Breakfast was plated, with limited options, which is the only downside of our stay. However, what was available was prepared well and tasted good. Overall, it was a good experience and definitely worth coming back to.

Had our team building and booked 4 rooms for the group. We requested for our rooms to be on the same floor and they delivered! Love the welcome drinks - something like lemon grass and ginger? not sure :D Rooms are very spacious and spot clean. On-going maintenance of their spa which led us to do room-in massage. Points for improvement: Suggest to improve front desk communication as we had some concerns with the arranged activities. i.e., massage are not room charged - we were asked to pay after the massage which shocked the group as it was NOT mentioned to us when we arranged the massage session. Good thing someone still have cash with them. e-trike was not booked as requested (morning) so we had our tour in the afternoon; good thing we had a very flexible itinerary so it didn't affect any other plans. Overall great stay! Will definitely book this hotel again in our next trip. Even recommended this to friends. 😉

เราลังเลระหว่างโรงแรม Aqua Boracay กับโรงแรมในเครือ Hennans แต่สุดท้ายก็ตัดสินใจเลือกพักที่ Aqua Boracay เพราะอยู่ห่างจากย่าน D'mall ที่เสียงดังไปหน่อย แต่ก็ยังอยู่ใกล้กับหาดไวท์บีชมาก แม้ว่าจะมีบางวันที่ไม่ค่อยเงียบสงบนักเพราะมีงานเลี้ยงของบริษัท แต่โดยรวมแล้วเราก็มีประสบการณ์ที่ดีมากที่ Aqua Boracay พนักงานใจดีมาก ๆ เพื่อชดเชยความไม่สะดวกนี้ ทางโรงแรมได้อัพเกรดห้องพักให้ฟรีสำหรับคืนที่เหลือ และนวดฟรีที่สปาของโรงแรมด้วย ฉันขอแนะนำสปาของโรงแรมเลย ฉันได้รับการนวดที่ดีที่สุดครั้งหนึ่งในชีวิต อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลาย (โดยเฉพาะวาฟเฟิลอบสดใหม่) สระว่ายน้ำสวย น้ำสะอาดและอุ่น มีร้านอาหารดี ๆ สองสามร้านอยู่ด้านหลังโรงแรม (ถ้าคุณไม่อยากไปทานอาหารเย็นที่หาดไวท์บีช) ขอแนะนำอย่างยิ่ง!
