Hotel staff at reception desk is super helpful and very patient to assist customer. Room is super clean and breakfast is nice. We stayed this hotel for 4 nights for a golf trip. During our stay, there were a couple issues we have with car rental companies. Staff was very kind to help in local languange conversation with call center and local police individuals to effectively get thing done. I cannot image how long it will take for us to communicate with non-Japanese lauguage... Good job Route Inn hotel.

Brilliant hotel on the doorstep of Konpira Yama. Onsen was great, they have a variety of public/private baths and private is almost always available. Food was also a highlight for us, a very traditional Japanese course style dinner that was complimentary to a good bath! Last to mention is it’s late night noodles, a simple broth yet packed with flavour!

First of all, I must say the service was absolutely fantastic!! They really work hard and did a really great job, especially the lady with a pair of glasses! So sorry I didn’t get the name, please transfer my big thank you for the assistance for checking in, picking up my baggage and driving me from the hotel to JR station. You are very cute by the way lol Secondly, although the price is a bit high, I do recommended it if you come here for a rest, a celebration or even with friends. A quiet, spacious hotel which must try once in a lifetime.

部屋がとても綺麗でした！私たちは入っていませんが、隣にある温泉に無料で入れるチケットが貰えます。また、自由に遊べるボードゲームが沢山あり、とても楽しかったです！スーツケースを2個広げられる広さが十分ありました。お風呂はバスタブはなくてシャワーだけでした。中庭がありそこでキャンプファイヤーもやってるみたいです。またぜひ泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした！

The restaurant breakfast buffet is nice, there are a variety of choices. The staff is also friendly, they help us a lot.

Great service in a large Japanese Tradional Onsen hotel. Minutes from the famous Kompira Shrine , room is spacious with great facilities, the outdoor Onsen is good but provide no views. Hotel has free car parking in an area some distance away, though shuttle are free.

日式旅館依山而建，環境清幽，房數不多，大浴場景色極佳，有錯落人工瀑布景觀。👍🏻收費私呂無景觀，可放棄。餐飲一般，最困擾的是一直有蒼蠅在餐廳縈繞！🪰入住兩晚令人擔心四餐日式料理眾多冷盤的衛生問題！！！不明白餐廳為何不使用電動蒼蠅拍滅蠅！無數次日本溫泉酒店經驗中唯一一次受到蒼蠅困擾，否則綜合指數算高分旅館。當然，跟最近愈演愈烈的熊害比較，蒼蠅空襲不值一提😂第二天提供的瓶裝牛奶非常好喝！

プレオープン期間にお得に宿泊させていただきました。 正直なところ、そこまで大きな期待はしていなかったのですが、結果として非の打ち所がないほど最高な滞在となりました。 お部屋、立地、サービス、そして朝食のすべてが素晴らしく、大変満足しています。ぜひまた宿泊したいです。

こんぴら参道からすぐ、JR琴平駅、琴電琴平駅どちらからも近くて便利。アメニティは歯ブラシセットのみ他はフロント横で取る方式。 ティーパックはお茶しかないが、朝食後にコーヒーをカップで持ち帰れるようになっているのがありがたかった。 スーパーマーケットのマルナカまでは徒歩15分弱。
