Nice place and good experience the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out seamless. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with all the amenities i needed. I particularly enjoyed [mention any specific feature, like the view, the bed, or the bathroom. The location was perfect for my needs, allowing easy access to [mention nearby attractions or conveniences. I also loved [mention any specific service, like the breakfast, spa, or gym. Everything was great except the speed of service. Also there should be an option for taking food to the room instead of boufet without any additional charges. We had to buy food if we wanted to take food to our rooms.

Property has a lot of negatives. 1. Breakfast buffet was stale, everything tasted like plastic and we even found actual plastic in coffee. 2. Property staff are polite but do not know how to actually manage guests especially on crowded days. 3. Rooms are worn out. 4. Our room Ac was not working. 5 There is no manager in property during morning hours, as we wanted to meet the manager, we got to know that the manager comes to the property at 11 am. Till then its only staff which manages the property. Only 2 positives of this property is staff is polite and the location is 2 kms from Har ki Pauri with easy access to rickshaws.

Property was located in tapovan. It was easy to find. Food was just delicious. All amenities and services provided were excellent. Every staff at the property greeted us nicely whenever they met us. Overall a great experience.

I was very very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were so helpful, the room was spacious, clean, a really comfy bed, hot shower, beautiful touches in the room, the communal spaces were well maintained and lovely. They have a spa on site that I didn’t use but my friend did and said it was excellent. The whole experience was great. The location slightly let it down, being on the edge of Tapovan but it was only a 10minute walk in which was no problem at all and the hotel were really helpful to help you get around. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thanks YogVed 🙏🏼

Great hotel in an ideal location within walking distance of the Parmarth Niketan Ashram and Aarti, plus other temples, ashrams, cafes and shopping area. Lovely, helpful staff and clean rooms. Pros: Super-friendly welcome and service from highly responsive and attentive staff. Clean, comfy rooms with nice toiletries. Wonderful roof terrace with views across the mountains and the Ganges. Tasty, well-cooked food and good menu options in the rooftop restaurant. Cons: Weak Wi-Fi, continually dropping connection. Coffee machine broken, so no freshly brewed coffee at breakfast (only powdered Nescafe). Ask for hot water so you can make an international style coffee. Limited breakfast choices for international guests. If you’re not keen on an Indian-style breakfast, there’s only white ‘air’ bread toast, jam, fruit, curd, cereal (no cold milk). No egg options (this might be due to religious reasons). Suggestion for management: fix your coffee machine or add a hot water urn. It would be great to include a more nutritious brown bread option, honey and a few sealed bananas at breakfast when you have international guests staying.

The location of the property is very good, all staff was courteous and prompt in service, quality of foods was very good and they provided kumaoni food also at our request, restaurant staff if very courteous, room service is good. Overall we had a great experience in staying there. The property is also well maintained. We had experienced bonfire also during our stay.
