สภาพแวดล้อมของโรงแรมดีมากและสะอาดมาก! มีตัวอย่างหมีสีน้ําตาลและหมาป่าในล็อบบี้ซึ่งงดงามมาก นอกจากนี้ยังมีเครื่องชงกาแฟแบบบริการตนเองและน้ําร้อนฟรี ซึ่งสําคัญเกินไปสําหรับฉันที่กลับมาจากภายนอกต่ํากว่าสิบองศา! ! ! แต่! ! ! ไม่มีบริการในโรงแรมเลย พักห้าวันไม่เคยทําความสะอาดห้อง ไม่รู้ว่าโรงแรมอเมริกันเป็นแบบนี้หรือเปล่า

I was pretty disgusted to see the N word written in dust on the window in our suite. The food was overpriced and was definitely nothing special. Didn't matter after dinner though; there's no microwave to reheat left overs, and with how cold our room was, our food got cold and hard pretty fast. The wallpaper is coming off the wall, the hooks are coming out of the wall, we had the heat on friday-sunday but could never get it up past 68 degrees despite it being on for days. The water got shut off while we were there, parking was crowded/limited. We booked a room for 5, only to be put in a room with only 2 beds and told they couldn't provide us with a cot because of fire hazards; after complaining that I'm not putting my child on the very used/old carpet, they upgraded our room to include a couch for my 3rd child. The pool required a reservation but they didn't check reservations and the pool was over crowded. I was REALLY uncomfortable with how secluded I was from everyone when going to the locker room... it felt like the perfect spot for someone to catch a woman or child off guard. Everything is very old or outdated or broken in one way or another, and everything was VERY overpriced. If they want to claim they're a resort and charge resort prices, they need to start looking like a resort. Next time we need a weekend getaway, we'll be going to Denali instead!

Lands End Resort is always an amazing experience being at the end of the spit in Homer Alaska. My husband traveled this time and was pleased with the room, service and restaurant.

Booked and paid in full online. They have our credit card on file. Didn’t expect they want to charge extra money for room deposit. No problem we can handle the additional payment except Their machine didn’t work scanning my Apple Pay. The older lady was rude and told us we couldn’t stay. That was not our fault. It really hurts! they should fix their machine problem first rather than blaming customer. Finally the younger staff on training figured out how to charge my Apple Card by keying in the numbers. Overall check in was not as friendly and professional as it should be. Breakfast was okay, oatmeal was not done correctly super dry, a simple fix is adding a bit water , yet no one cared. Eggs are not real , artificial eggs. Just a bit disappointed. Rooms are warm and bathrooms is clean.

Lovely Hotel great spot to be in the center of Anchorage and is close to the freeway, just be careful parking is not attached, the staff early early Feb 14th was so helpful lovely and kind 3 girls(posted their names on the yelp review)

Strategic location hotel, near airport with airport shuttle, and affordable price. Some restaurant nearby. The staffs are friendly and helpful, breakfast complimentary. Room spacious, clean and nice.

Although the hotel is still pretty new, there's a frightening amount of wear and tear already present on all furniture, doors and walls. While the cleanliness is as expected, sound insulation is non-existant, which is why it was hard to sleep when you could hear every vehicle outside as loud as if you were standing next to it (and our room was on the highest floor). Neither the check-in lady at the front desk nor the kitchen staff were very friendly. The breakfast was probably the worst we ever had. It's advertised from 6:30-9:30am but when we arrived at 7am, most must-have items like bagels were already gone and weren't refilled. Also, the pancake machine was broken. All in all, it was a very disappointing stay.

ขนาดห้องกําลังพอดี และสุขาภิบาลก็โอเค ฉันให้ห้องข้างๆ ชั้น 1 อาจเป็นห้องโปรโมชั่นด้วย เพราะฉันพักหนึ่งคืน ด้านหลังโรงแรมเป็นแม่น้ํา คุณสามารถไปตกปลาได้ เดินเลียบแม่น้ําทั้งสองฝั่งของแม่น้ําเพื่อดูวัฒนธรรมการตกปลาในท้องถิ่นก็ยังมีความหมายมาก ไม่สะดวกที่จะขึ้นเนินจากใจกลางเมืองประมาณ 20 นาที แต่อยู่ใกล้กับสถานีรถไฟมากและทางโรงแรมมีบริการรถรับส่งฟรี บริการนี้ดีจริงๆ และเป็นหนึ่งในเหตุผลที่ฉันจองโรงแรมนี้

酒店雖然比較舊，但房間好大，二張1.5米的大床，房間也很整潔，大堂有茶吧，免費供應開水，茶包和咖啡，酒店也提供免費接送機服務，對這次入住很滿意，就是感覺房價有點小貴！

Room is clean, essential items are all available. Blackout curtains are effective. Only a 15 minute walk from the train station. Easy access to both downtown and the shore. Staff is friendly, though there is sometimes a short wait to talk to the staff.
