Staff were super friendly and left a note and cake for my bf when it was his birthday. Unexpected and very sweet. Great at giving different options for transport around the area. Location couldn't be better a minute walk to the bus terminal. We used the bus every day travelling to iguazu falls Argentina and Brasil side.

酒店前台接待服務熱情周到，房間寬敞，設施有點陳舊，早餐豐富。酒店出門走路3、5分鐘到汽車站，汽車站8點第一班車發出到伊瓜蘇公園大門，司機收現金，每個半小時一班挺方便。再往前走就是一眼望三國觀景台。

Check in on late time and Lucia understood that we were tired, so she's been very sweet to walk us to the room. The landscape of the hotel is stunning.
Our room overlooking to the swimming pool, but no time for swimming hhh.
The room is very clean, the bed was cool and shower room are perfect with very easy adjust the water temperature, no free water bottle, so i must purchase from the restaurant.
The breakfast is perfect with many variety of fruit, yogurt, pastry, snacks and drinks
and i love the omelet that i order from the kitchen.
When we don't have cash for taxi, receptionist help us to paid with 10% interest, which is fair.
Parking area is huge in the middle of the rainforest
All staff are very friendly and helpful, lobby is gorgeous too
Overall is our perfect stay in Iguazu Cataratas and I highly suggest to all type of traveler to check in here.

Came over after a terrible experience at Rainforest and it was like heaven on earth.
The hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop 5 min walk outside that takes you to the airport and the waterfalls at hourly frequency. There is also a taxi operator right across the hotel.
The hotel staff immediately walked out to assist with our luggage upon our arrival and was extremely hospitable. A complimentary 25 min visit to the sauna was included, gimmicky but it was a nice touch.
The room was large, spacious and clean. AC was reliable as was the hot water and water pressure. Breakfast was basic but there was a large spread.
We had an enjoyable experience.

เรามาถึงตอนกลางคืนตามแนวทางการนำทาง ตลอดทางจนถึงแสงสีดำ ฉันคิดว่าฉันไปที่ถิ่นทุรกันดาร โรงแรมที่ยอดเยี่ยมมาก ห้องพักสามารถรองรับได้ 2 ท่านเท่านั้น เด็กอายุมากกว่า 3 ปีจะต้องชำระค่าห้องพัก 60 หยวน ราคาครึ่งวันเกือบจะดังและราคาสุดท้ายคือ 40 ดอลลาร์ การออกแบบตกแต่งห้องนั้นเรียบง่ายมากแทบไม่มีการตกแต่งเลย ประตูห้องน้ำหันไปทางเตียง ห้องบนชั้นหนึ่งเรียบง่ายกว่า เตียงเล็กสองเตียงกว้างหนึ่งเมตรไม่มีพรม ในประเทศจีนไม่สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานระดับห้าดาวอย่างสมบูรณ์

El hotel está muy venido a menos con respecto al mantenimiento. El spa atiende solo 5 horas al día y es difícil conseguir turnos para la cantidad de huéspedes del hotel, y si reservamos a las 15, podemos ingresar a las 16 porque tardan 1 hora en llenar el hidromasaje y el personal no llega hasta las 15. El restaurante no abre de noche, por lo que hay que ir a cenar al hotel de al lado, a unos 150 metros de noche y sobre la ruta.
Lo mejor del hotel, el servicio del restaurante y la atención de altura y rocio.

โรงแรมก็โอเค ไม่มีอะไรพิเศษ ไม่มีอะไรโดดเด่น อาหารเช้าก็พอรับได้ มีสระว่ายน้ำ แต่น้ำไม่ค่อยสะอาด มีแมลงบินอยู่บนผิวน้ำเยอะมาก น้ำฝักบัวก็ใช้ได้ ล้างน้ำสะอาดดี
