We arrived before 9am and could check into our room straightaway. Very grateful to be able to do so and focus on getting to Iguazu Falls. We had no idea how to get there and the receptionist swiftly settled for us by helping us book return transport. The room was spacious and had good views. Nothing luxurious but serves it's purpose well. See pic. The breakfast was nothing fancy but decent. There are 2 swimming pools. One at ground level, one at 9th floor. You can fill up your bottles at the gym, basically all I needed.
achei um pouco dificil a reserva pois nao tinha operado ainda com este site, quando chegamos estava td certo e fomos acomodados num quarto com carpete e um incrivel mau cheiro, reclamamos na portaria e a atendente prontamente nos realocou num quarto piso laminado, ficou perfeito. acho que a questao do carpete ja passou em hoteleria.
Our stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, the staff claimed we hadn’t paid for our stay, despite presenting both the Trip.com invoice and credit card statement. Thankfully, Trip.com’s customer service responded quickly to resolve the issue, but we were still hassled until the morning.
The rooms lacked basic amenities and were uncomfortably humid with mold. There was no complimentary water provided, which was inconvenient. The food at the hotel was overpriced and did not meet expectations in terms of quality.
Overall, this experience fell short of what we expected.
Room was big and clean. Location was great, walking distance to bus terminal, good restaurants and river iguazu. Breakfast was basic but sufficient.
Service could have been much better for a 4-star hotel. I am travelling around ARG and stay mostly at 4-star accomodations and i must say the service here can be improved.
Staff, although provide information when asked, had a snappy attitude. There was only one male staff at the reception, who speaks good English, who rendered good service, was polite and understand customer service in hospitality.

1. При заезде на 2 человек была только одна бесплатная бутылка воды 0.5. На второй день и ее не положили. При такой цене отеля и отсутствия магазинов в шаговой доступности - очень странный подход.
2. Не было геля для душа. Шампунь, кондиционер, даже лосьон для тела были, а геля - нет. Тоже очень странно.
Die Lage ist ein wenig weg von Schuss, aber die meistens Restaurants sind 15min zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausblick von Zimmer war sehr gut!
Außerhalb der Hauptsaison gab es leider keine Polster für die Liegen am Pool oder Handtücher.
Das Personal war freundlich, aber nur wenige konnten Englisch sprechen.
Alles in allem aber ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

The hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop 5 min walk outside that takes you to the airport and the waterfalls at hourly frequency. There is also a taxi operator right across the hotel.
The hotel staff immediately walked out to assist with our luggage upon our arrival and was extremely hospitable. A complimentary 25 min visit to the sauna was included, gimmicky but it was a nice touch.
The room was large, spacious and clean. AC was reliable as was the hot water and water pressure. Breakfast was basic but there was a large spread.
We had an enjoyable experience.

El spa atiende solo 5 horas al día y es difícil conseguir turnos para la cantidad de huéspedes del hotel, y si reservamos a las 15, podemos ingresar a las 16 porque tardan 1 hora en llenar el hidromasaje y el personal no llega hasta las 15. El restaurante no abre de noche, por lo que hay que ir a cenar al hotel de al lado, a unos 150 metros de noche y sobre la ruta.
Lo mejor del hotel, el servicio del restaurante y la atención de altura y rocio.
