โรงแรมวิวทะเลในฮาลิสโก เม็กซิโก

Great location. Hotel is on the older side but it was a clean bed and cool room for the stay. 97% of the staff were very friendly and service was great. Unfortunately some have really bad attitudes directed only at particular guests. Strangely those were also not wearing name tags. With that said Jesus was one of the most helpful and friendly staff member. Not sure if it just México, but there seemed to be a form or paper needed to be completed for every step of the check in and check out process. Not very eco friendly and must need huge storage facilities for all that paperwork. Overall, a great stay and will stay there again.

I don't usually post negative comments, but if this will help another traveler make an informed choice, I thought I'd let you know a couple of things. First, I booked a junior suite with an ocean view. The rooms are very nice and spacious. However, our ocean view was actually of telephone poles and wires and the thatched roof of the club across the alley. I admit, the ocean was in view, beyond these obstacles. Our original room was on the 4th floor and the first night our roof sprung a fast leak due to the downpour outside. It was mostly cleaned up and we were told to let the front desk know in the morning that we needed to move rooms. I would have thought that due to the inconvenience of having to re-pack everything, that they would have given us an upgraded room. Instead, they gave us a junior ocean view suite on the 3rd floor with a closer view of the wires and rooftop. This room also had only one patio chair so even if we wanted to sit out on the patio, we wouldn't have been able to together. The resort itself has nice amenities.

ยังไงก็วิวจากห้องพักก็เยี่ยม ตื่นเช้าด้วยเสียงคลื่นด้วย สุดยอดมาก ทางโรงแรมมีร่มชายหาดและผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ด้วย เดินทางสะดวกมาก ติดทะเล ราคาสมเหตุสมผลแต่มีร้านอาหารริมหาดพร้อมกินเบียร์พร้อมลงทะเล ถ้ามีอะไรไป PV อีก จะไปพักแน่นอน

去曼莎尼約機場辦事，晚上順道來到風景優美的海邊度假酒店休息，酒店位於曼沙尼約機場大約三十公里，在一個高爾夫海灣度假區，環境非常不錯，酒店依山而建，獨具特色，房間很大想，有陽台可以坐着喝咖啡瞭望港灣，樓下有游泳池好幾個和遊艇俱樂部，早餐比較豐富，服務也非常周到，前台幫我們預約了第二天機場的車子，一路上司機時不時停下讓我們拍照，采芒果，性價比特別高，以後有機會度假可以住一週慢慢體驗。

โรงแรมที่มีพื้นฐานห้องพักถือว่าเก่าเหนือเครื่องปรับอากาศ มันมีห้องครัวจานแก้วกล่อง ฯลฯ ชายหาดเหมาะสําหรับการดําน้ําดูปะการังมีหินจํานวนมากมีสัตว์อันตรายมากมายเช่น Erizos เรายังเห็นงูทะเล โรงแรมเป็นร้านอาหารและเครื่องดื่มที่ดีมากแต่ราคาดีสําหรับอาหารของคุณ

Nuestra estancia ha sido una invitacion a volver y volver, empezando por el servicio al cliente. Un servicio de primera desde la persona que te recibe en el hotel y te abre la puerta del auto en donde llegas, las personas que amablemente te atienden en recepcion con una sonrisa y un autentico sentido de servicio, los maleteros que se desviven por pedirte un taxi y ayudarte a cargar lo que traigas sin que se lo pidas, y cualquier persona que trabaja en el hotel en el area de recepcion indudablemente esta para atenderte con la mejor disposicion de servicio. Tambien en el area de alberca, y restaurantes. El lugar impecable, contando con una belleza arquitectonica. Su amplitud y distribucion tanto del hotel, como de los cuartos, te acogen. El hecho de ser un lugar abierto, nos deja sentir el clima, y el viento que corre es un sensacion muy agradable. La decoracion del lugar es calida y de buen gusto, dandonos un sentir de estar ”en casa”. La ubicacion del lugar da pie a salir a caminar a la Marina, tanto de dia como de noche, con completa seguridad, y todos los lugares a donde fuimos estan muy cerca, a 5, 10, 15 minutos en auto: Walmart, Centros Comerciales, Malecon, Centro, Restaurantes, Terminal Maritima. El acceso a la playa es una delicia, con unas vistas a la puesta de sol inigualables. Disfrutamos las actividades extras que inlcuye la estancia en el hotel, y el hecho de no ser invasivas a nuestros momentos de estar. La comida es muy buena, y aunque el precio es poco alto, vale la pena qued**** en el hotel a comer. Quiero cerrar felicitando el programa de Servicio al Cliente que tiene el hotel, ya que seguro es una administracion que se toma su tiempo en el entrenamiento en esta area a todas las personas que laboran ahi. El servicio al cliente hace la diferencia en una experiencia, y eso es lo que buscamos al ir de vacaciones, vivir experiencias gratas y memorables. Felicidades por su excelente servicio a todas las personas que laboran en Club Regina Puerto Vallarta!

ฉันอยู่ที่สถานที่นี้เมื่อสองปีที่แล้วเมื่อมันคือ Grand Fiesta Americana เมนูและคุณภาพของร้านอาหารอาหารเย็นนั้นยอดเยี่ยม ในฐานะฮิลตันคุณภาพของอาหารในร้านอาหารลดลงจาก 8 ถึง 5 อย่างแน่นอน ความบันเทิงยามค่ําคืนแย่มาก พวกเขาต้องทํากิจกรรมสระว่ายน้ําและการแสดงยามค่ําคืนที่น่าสนใจมากขึ้น หลังอาหารเย็นไม่มีอะไรทําในเวลากลางคืน ฉันขอแนะนําให้ทํางานในการเลือกเมนูคุณภาพอาหารและความบันเทิงที่ดีกว่า ร้านอาหารเม็กซิกันส่วนใหญ่เป็นอาหารอเมริกัน ร้านอาหารอิตาเลียนมีตัวเลือกที่ จํากัด และอาหารไม่ดีเลย ฉันไม่สามารถแม้แต่จะกินอาหารอิตาเลียน แต่ทําเลที่ตั้งการบริการและมุมมองของโรงแรมนั้นยอดเยี่ยม ฉันเกลียดการเขียนรีวิวเชิงลบ แต่นี่เป็นรีวิวที่ซื่อสัตย์ ขอบคุณค่ะ
