Please take note : extra ticket needs to be paid to enter this forest reserved area which has not mentioned during booking. Payment has to be made when driver enter this area. But it’s only a one time payment on first entry. This area is serene but not on raining day. They should have install a lamp on its outdoor resting area because there is the only place for food, and chill at night. Without lamp installation, it’s real dark. Kinda like dining in the dark. Else, please prepare your own portable lamp. Please bring an umbrella along as the weather is unexpected. The customer service is slow and I got stuck when I needed customer service. They only available on trip.com chat box and bobobox chat box. Food ordering takes around an hour to arrive after ordered and paid. 2 nights was just enough to explore this whole place and places nearby. A place to actually keep phones away and be with nature.

My stay was very enjoyable. The view is truly breathtaking and one of the highlights of the hotel. The facilities are diverse and well-maintained, offering many options for guests. There is also a small grocery store inside the hotel, which is a new and convenient idea that I really liked 👍🏻 The food was delicious and varied, and the laundry service was fast and well organized — I really appreciated that. However, room cleanliness needs more attention and stronger disinfectant scents to feel fresher. Also, they do not allow delivery drivers to go up to the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient.

Good hotel, big room, big building, high floor amd good location

ชอบทำเลที่ตั้งมาก ใกล้ที่เที่ยวทุกแห่งเลย อาหารเช้าก็อร่อยดี สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก อืม ฉันคิดว่าน่าจะลองพิจารณาดูนะ ห้องพักทุกห้องไม่มีมินิบาร์ ถึงแม้ว่าห้องของฉันจะมี แต่อุณหภูมิก็ยังไม่เย็นพอ แต่ถ้ามองหาที่พักที่เดินทางสะดวกก็คุ้มค่าที่จะพัก

โรงแรมสถาปัตยกรรมและสไตล์ทันสมัยพร้อมพนักงานที่ค่อนข้างหนุ่มสาวและเป็นมิตร สระว่ายน้ําบนชั้นดาดฟ้าที่สวยงามและร้านอาหาร / บาร์สุดหรูอยู่ข้างๆ (ราคาสูงและส่วนเล็ก ๆ) โรงแรมส่งมาอย่างดีสําหรับเงิน ฉันพบว่าเตียงและหมอนนุ่มสบายมาก 👍☺️ PS: หนึ่งในโรงแรมไม่กี่แห่งในการเดินทางของ Java ของเราที่มีทีวีที่มีแอพที่เหมาะสมเช่น YouTube และ Netflix

Actually, I've been wanting to stay at this hotel for a long time, it's really my dream, in the end I ended up staying with a friend, there was a little story that wasn't good, my friend's bed sheets and pillows a bit dirty, maybe they weren't changed or they weren't properly check. I recommended this hotel to her ,which wasn't good, I asked for the bed sheets to be changed, in the morning I had to leave immediately at the time I booked the hotel, not including breakfast because I was in a hurry, the photo below then went upstairs I think 5 minutes take the photo above for a moment, I wanted to see the view, there was an employee said that to take photos, you have to wait for breakfast to finish, namely 10 o'clock, hmmmhmmmm, the story is in a hurry, long story short, for the overall experience, the cleanliness is 4/5 for the view nice , but better you have time to a relaxing stay

The hotel is a nice one, with good facilities and friendly staff. Unfortunately it is facing a major uphill road. We couldn’t sleep in consistent rumble of motor cycles going uphill, especially deep at night and early morning.  The hotel should install double glazing to windows in rooms facing the road. Otherwise the hotel is a good place for long weekends, especially for families.

It’s been an amazing stay! It’s our first time here and we truly enjoyed it. The hospitality of all the staff has been wonderful. The security, front office, and housekeeping teams are all very helpful, always smiling and showing great kindness. Keep up the great work! The location is perfect, and the amenities are very complete for a 3-star hotel. We had a great experience.

โรงแรมอามารอสซา แกรนด์ ให้บริการที่พักที่น่าประทับใจ ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมและเดินทางสะดวก บริการดีเยี่ยม พนักงานเป็นมิตรและให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก ความสะอาดของห้องพักค่อนข้างดี แม้ว่าบางจุดอาจต้องปรับปรุงบ้าง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกก็ครบครันและสะดวกสบายดี แม้ว่าบางจุดอาจต้องการการปรับปรุงให้ทันสมัยขึ้น โดยรวมแล้ว การเข้าพักของฉันที่นี่เป็นที่น่าพอใจและคุ้มค่าที่จะกลับมาพักอีกครั้ง

This Ibis Styles is truly in a perfect location. It’s very central, surrounded by many nice cafés, and conveniently in the same building as Pullman. For those who prefer a more premium stay, Pullman is a great option, but honestly Ibis Styles itself is already excellent. The team was warm and genuinely hospitable, which made the whole experience even more pleasant. The bedroom was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Everything felt just right. They also surprised me for my birthday with a small celebration in the room, which was very thoughtful and genuinely appreciated. It made the stay feel even more special. One small note would be about the breakfast. I’ve stayed at many Ibis Styles properties around the world, and at this Bandung location the soto or soup tasted slightly mild for my preference. It is a very minor point and likely just personal taste. During the fasting month, the hotel thoughtfully arranges two breakfast timings. Guests who are fasting can enjoy sahur at the hotel, while those who are not fasting can have their breakfast as usual. It’s a considerate setup that caters well to everyone. Overall, I had a very good experience. I would definitely return to either Ibis Styles or Pullman when I’m back in Bandung. Thank you and cheers.
