โรงแรมนี้มีวิวแม่น้ําที่สวยงาม พนักงานดีมากโดยเฉพาะ Mr Mohamad Kiki และเจ้านายของเขาที่ร้านอาหารบนหลังคาลอยฟ้า อาหารเช้าอร่อยมาก ฉันมีช่วงเวลาที่ดีที่นั่น แต่หลายอย่างต้องปรับปรุง ช่องทีวี ช่องส่วนใหญ่ใช้งานไม่ได้และไม่มีช่องหนัง ไวไฟช้ามาก ผ้าเช็ดตัวเก่า ขนมของคาเฟ่และร้านอาหารต้องปรับปรุง โดยรวมแล้วโรงแรมนี้เป็นหนึ่งในโรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดที่ฉันเคยพักมา ไม่มีแอลกอฮอล์และมีมัสยิด

The parking is too far drom the lobby but it still okay, the staff are friendly

Room are OK but not clean when we enter the room . Wash basin , water taps are not properly designed so water from the basin tap always flow to the vanity top and drop onto the floor which made the floor wet most of the time . Location is at good point but can’t go anywhere as we don’t feel safe to walk around .

The location and view from this hotel is great, the service from the staff here are also excellent, bring our baby here and everything is handled well with the help from the staff.Plenty parking space, swimming pool, children playground, reataurant and many more available here.Near Taman Safari is one plus point from this hotel.

Bigland Bogor, location is kinda hidden, 7/10. Price is affordable and worth the price, 8/10. Cleanliness is decent, 8/10. My biggest turn off was only the elevator/ lift, super slow and sort of not having a good system. The lift need to go down first, then pick up people from each floor. It has many lifts, but all of the are super slow, expect long queue durung peak season. In the one corridor there are 3 lift, the left one and the middle was connected, but the right one is not connected with the others, you have to press 2 button. Just ******* slow. Biggest turn off, saw people complaining the same thing since few years back but today still the same, the management is not learning.

Immaculately clean, it featured a plush bed, a spacious balcony overlooking the lush greenery, and all the amenities one could need—including a stocked minibar,a dreamy rain shower and a bathtub overlooking the scenery. What truly sets this resort apart is the service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Pak Handy also come down on the 2nd day to check on our hospitality. From the attentive housekeeping to the friendly restaurant staff, everyone made us feel like VIPs. Speaking of food—absolutely delicious! Every meal was a culinary experience, with fresh ingredients, generous portions, and diverse options. Whether lounging by the pool with magnificent view and cooling weather and indulging in spa treatments, there was never a dull moment. The peaceful ambiance and pristine surroundings made it feel like we had found our own private haven. We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already planning our return And recommending to our family and friends. If you're looking for a getaway that blends luxury with nature and top-notch service, this resort is it. Five stars all the way!
