Das Hotel lag total abseits von allem. Am ersten Tag waren viele weitere Gäste im Hotel, die den Unabhängigkeitstag gefeiert haben - und das mehr als laut. Man konnte im Zimmer alles hören und es war furchtbar. Der Fitnessraum war eigentlich nicht brauchbar. Es gab keine Handtücher und kein Desinfektionsmittel. Für das Wasser waren keine Becher oder Gläser da. Am zweiten Tag waren wir gefühlt die einzigen Gäste und das Frühstück somit komplett ohne Auswahl. Obst, Brot und Butter. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Pro Tag und pro Zimmer werden 3 Wäschestücke kostenlos gereinigt. Das war toll. Auch bei der Buchung eines Taxis haben sie geholfen und uns Wasser gegeben und Schirme

As a solo female traveler, I stayed in a women-only dorm. It was very clean, comfortable, and had large lockers. The bathrooms were spacious and could accommodate many people at once. The staff and guests were very friendly, and the location was perfect.

Проживали в отеле Pataco 5 дней. Все абсолютно новое, обслуживание на высшем уровне. Сотрудники приятные и дружелюбные. Предлагаются бесплатные велосипеды, что очень удобно для передвижения по району и к достопримечательностям Ниньбиня. Вкусные и питательные завтраки на любой вкус a la carte.

Spent three nights in the female dorm, the room was clean, bed comfortable and the room has two bathrooms/showers, two small towels are provided as well as soap shampoo and conditioner. The location is great, the outdoors area and the little terraces are lovely. The staff is extremely nice, I was sick when I arrived and they let me check in two hours in advance and even offered me the breakfast I had ordered, thank you again to all of them. Incredible value for the price!
