HOTEL STAFF were very excellent and courteous. Always helped with any problem encountered. Management and ownership were very professional and acted like they cared about your stay. Concerning the hotel accommodations and Staff interaction I would rate this hotel an EXCELLENT. However, my reason for selecting a 3//5 rating is THE FAULT OF WINDHAM HOTEL CORPERATE for the low score. I would rate them a 1/5. Here's why: 1. They don't seem to care about any customer that books through a non Windham agency. No rewards given at all. (We did stay in their facility didn't we???? Only if booked though them will you get any ”points”. At least give ”some points or rewards”. 2. Their policy on no accepting a virtual card for payment per their ”Out of Country Reservation System” (Real AMERICAN Supporting Corporation, HA!). Most people use virtual cards for safety and security. 3. The facility does not have a ”NO BACKING IN” Policy for parking. That leaves them liable if some one succumbs to Exhaust fumes from vehicles that are parked in backwards with the tail pipe very close proximity of the A/C unites in each room. We were in our room for over 2 hours to take a nap, and when we got ready to leave we had extreme headaches and felt very light headed and woozy. We realized that a vehicle had been backed into the space in front of our room while the engine ran the whole time we were in the room sleeping. The A/C had ****** in exhaust the whole time we had napped. VERY DANGEROUS. When advised the owner HE immediately told us that he would initiate a strict policy against backed in Parking. In talking with some of the staff during the more than sufficient breakfast of scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, huge waffles, and very delicious breakfast sausage, along with what is often standard for Economy Lodging of other companies of cold breakfast cereal and toast, rolls and perhaps some fruit and yogurt. Nothing too fancy but just what a traveler wants to start the day. Several indicated after we thanked them for the great breakfast that WYNDHAM was indicating that ”breakfast was being phased OUT???? !!!!!. That is probably the one thing that is a determiner of whether to stay or not. NO Breakfast!! NO STAY! I realize that it is probable to say that most of the WYNDHAM Hierarchy has NOT ever stayed overnight in the Days Inn Facilities across the country. I'm sure they stay in the HIGH CLASS hotels instead who have excellent breakfasts usually. Eliminate a good breakfast and eliminate a great many of your patrons. You will for sure get a big -1 rating for that. 4. There is NO place to hang your clothes while staying there overnight or for an extended few days. One likes to be able to hang up the clothes and relax instead of living out of the suitcase. No closet in the room. Only a colored board on the wall with two extremely large L shaped hooks that will not let a shirt even be hung without falling down. Hangers if you have them will not fit on them either. When asked about why the staff personnel simply stated that WYNDHAM removed the closets and replaced them with the ”two useless deformed hooks” (that's last part is my rendition” not what they really said.) When asked why, they said they have no answer simply lots of complaints about it. MY PLEA is: ”WAKE UP WYNDHAM” and stop being like so many corporations are who seem to only care about the ”ALMIGHTY DOLLAR” instead of being there to REALLY serve the public who may not be so wealthy and for whom the ”Economy Hotels” were made for. They still need to be comfortable and usable. l

Lobby เต็มไปด้วยแขก เป็นเวลากว่า 3 ชั่วโมง พยายามเช็คอิน มีแค่ 1 ใบ ที่ front desk ปรากฏว่าแขกบางคนจองผ่านออนไลน์แล้วไม่ได้อยู่ในระบบ หลังจาก 1 ชั่วโมง พนักงานต้อนรับอัธยาศัยดี พนักงานต้อนรับอัธยาศัยดี พนักงานต้อนรับอัธยาศัยดี พนักงานต้อนรับเป็นอย่างดี พนักงานต้อนรับ พนักงานต้อนรับเป็นอย่างดี พนักงานต้อนรับ ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส พนักงานต้อนรับเป็นอย่างดี พนักงานต้อนรับ เหมือนแขกบางคนจองผ่านออนไลน์แล้วไม่ได้อยู่ในระบบ หลังจาก 1 ชม. ขอบคุณ ได้กุญแจห้อง แต่รูดการ์ดห้องไม่ทํางาน จากนั้นก็พบว่ามันทํางานให้ห้องข้างๆ หลังจากอธิบายกับ front desk ได้ห้องที่ต่างออกไปอย่างสิ้นเชิง เครื่องปรับอากาศดูเหมือนใช้งานไม่ได้ดีมากแต่ก็พอนอนได้ อาหารเช้า กาแฟอ่อนมาก และคุ๊กกี้อาหารเช้าเป็นแพ็ค นี่แหละที่เค้าเรียกกันเป็นข้อโต้แย้งกันบ้างรึเปล่า ? โรงแรมนี้วิ่งโดย Krank Hospitality แน่ใจว่ากําลังวิ่งเพิ่มหวังว่าจะปรับปรุงเรื่องอาหารเช้า

Much better than the last time and I am absolutely grateful that we could work things out and the staff was amazing and the communication has definitely gotten so much better and what a blessing may all are so from my last review till now please exclude that I was disrespectful I wasn’t understanding And they have things going on that they had no control over and I should have been a better person which I was not absolutely amazing staff blessed by God and a heart of gold and I’m thankful that they took my apology for my rudeness of the last review. It was an all God trip this time and that’s the only way I can say it is Love God first and the things that we do wrong he’ll help correct even if we’re stubborn old mules, and I’m just thankful that they forgave me and what a blessed visit it was I’m cleaning this was 100%. They went above and beyond on all levels and just so much more so don’t question when you stay here I never will again they are very forgiving people even when we make mistakes and get misconstrued and I’m grateful for that, I thank God for this visit again and the ability to have a safe place to stay and very caring and loving people All ages  and hearts of gold so the one thing I can say I’ve learned all this before we use our sharp tongues and source to tear somebody down or tear a place down. Remember our wrongs cause no one is perfect even if we have to eat the crow at least do it with learning and understanding that the next time that could actually hurt a business and take away from them and that’s not right beyond lovely people people of God I’m grateful for everything and anything and I can’t say in detail, but I just can’t say enough that treat him like gold. They deserve it. Don’t treat him like crap. We’re all human. Please remember that God gave us a chance to love and cheer people up. Remember, they have good days and bad days too like we do. They deserve respect, honor, and being treated like class not beneath our feet, and these people are way above and honorable and classy, and I’m thankful for them! y’all have a blessed day just remember who you tear down you may not get a second chance to fix it hope and pray that God will let you fix it his way not our way. Thank you to the amazing staff the building and everything I was truly blessed to just be in the presence of y’all and magnificent of being around y’all and your nice building and I thank God for people like you have an absolutely blessed day and trust God with your life you’ll fix what we can’t fix!

I recently stayed at the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Austin Airport, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free, allowing me to start relaxing right away. My room was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect rest after a long day of travel. The room’s modern amenities, including a large flat-screen TV and fast Wi-Fi, made my stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of my visit was the complimentary breakfast offered each morning. The selection was impressive, with a variety of options to suit every taste. Whether I was in the mood for something light like fresh fruit and yogurt or something more hearty like waffles and eggs, there was always something delicious to start my day off right. The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs, being just minutes away from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. The complimentary shuttle service was a huge convenience, making my travel to and from the airport effortless. Despite its proximity to the airport, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, ensuring a restful stay. Great service, very clean, and very professional. Front desk associate was very friendly, professional, and understanding. We will stay here again and look forward to it.
