La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham DFW Airport South / Irving

Forgot to check out but turn in keys and took shuttle to airport, beautiful place to stay, friendly staffing and drivers. Pets allowed

I want not happy at all, the room I was so tiny and I asked to replaced it they said yea and then said no and the lady at the front desk lied to me that all rooms are the same size and the window faces a wall and no any view and she said that all the rooms the same , which is not true, even I asked to check out one day in advance but of course they refused and I was sure if that and I left the hotel.

What stands out about LaQuinta is the caring attitude of it's employees. The shuttle service to the airport and back is excellent!!

The overall visit was okay. The bed was comfortable. One of the night stands were dirty and there was hair and a dirty towel left behind the bathroom door. I called the front desk and was advised that someone would come “ take a look”. When I returned hours later nothing was done, the towel was still there. I understand continental breakfast but it was sad. No sausage, bacon or scrambled eggs

Sufficient room. Minimum toiletries. Would have liked hand lotion. 2 room keys did not work & had to call desk from hallway, then only 1of 2 keys brought to replace others worked. Might need to check outside key area Rm 506.

The bed was comfortable. Day one there was a previous used towel left behind the bathroom door and a little dirt ring in bathroom sink.. I called the front desk and told them ( they were concerned about me not being there three days before the cleaning was due). I got them to understand it was left from previous room use. I was advised they would have someone “come check it out!” I left and when I returned to the room several hours later both were still there. Also in the morning the cleaning staff would be talking loudly in the hallways and I was trying to sleep in. One morning they were playing their music way too loud. No ear phones, so rjey don’t disturb / wake the guest?

Great location. I have an issue with front desk. Upon registering I requested an additional night. I was assured it would be ok. So at midnight the phone in my room (539) rings. Before i am fully awake they caller hangs up. Moments later someone is pounding very loud on my door. When I ask Who is it? A male voice shouts "wakeup alarm!" I shout back that I did not ask for one. I call on my cell phone because the room phone is not working for some reason. At 6:50 AM or so I return my door key at the desk and request a receipt. I also inquire about the call and pounding on my door. The guy at the first tells me he is unable to furnish me one and that they were trying to contact me (to kick me out?) because they did not have a record of me approved to stay an extra night. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! I will send a copy of this to the highest level of your organization . NOT HAPPY with the staff at this property!

Bed was very comfortable. Quiet place. Shuttle to airport and back was great! The only thing I didn't care for was breakfast. Not much variety. Even though bagels and bread were provided, their wasn't a toaster. The bagels were not fresh.

The van driver was excellent. Very friendly and likeable. The desk clerk was also great. Very courteous on phone when I called for transportation. Would definitely stay here again.
