ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมและบริการที่ยอดเยี่ยม ห้องค่อนข้างเล็กเนื่องจากเราจัดสรรให้อยู่ห้องด้านข้างห้องหนึ่งและโซฟากินพื้นที่มาก เตียงและหมอนก็โอเค ไม่ได้สบายที่สุดแต่ก็ยังนอนหลับสบาย มีคราบเล็กน้อยและมีเส้นผมสองสามเส้นบนผ้านวม ไม่ใช่ปัญหาใหญ่สำหรับเรา แต่จะดีมากหากไม่มีเลย ห้องน้ำกว้างขวางแต่เป็นสัดส่วน พื้นที่อาบน้ำแคบ ฉันต้องบีบจากด้านข้างเพื่อออกเพราะประตูเปิดเข้าด้านในเท่านั้น วิวสวยดี (ดูรูปด้านล่าง) แต่อีกอย่างปัญหาห้องข้างคือหน้าต่างเล็กกว่าครึ่งเท่านั้นและมีคราบน้ำเต็มหน้าต่าง สระว่ายน้ำเล็กและกลิ่นตลาดฝั่งตรงข้ามมีกลิ่นคาว ห้องออกกำลังกายเป็นสิ่งที่ดี ในที่สุดเราก็ไม่ได้ใช้เวลาอยู่ในโรงแรมมากนัก จองทัวร์ดีๆ สักวันเพื่อเพลิดเพลินไปกับชีวิตที่มีชีวิตชีวาของ KK :)

Never expecting this such great location, Just walk within 10 min to Pasar Philipin,wet market,grocery and so on . Amenities well prepared, staff was so kind. I forgot her name. Check in late evening and she really helpful and full of greeting. And one more things, i LEFT MY WALLET here, And after arriving at the airport i noticed my wallet was lost or missing. Then i call the receptionist, THEY KEPT my wallet . 😭 All staff members are so kind! From cleaning services till the front desk ! KUDOS! I will come again!! THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU! I cant thank you enough.

Had a wonderful stay at Sheraton — definitely one of the more memorable hotel experiences I’ve had. I really appreciated the thoughtful anniversary setup: towel decorations, balloons, and a nicely prepared dessert plate. Small details like this show good service culture and make the stay feel personal rather than just transactional. Location is also a strong point — convenient access to the city area while still feeling calm inside the hotel. Overall ambience is quiet, cozy, and suitable for both couples and business travellers. Overall: great hospitality, comfortable room quality, and good attention to guest experience. I’d definitely come back again.

The location is good. But is still a distance to Imago mall. The hotel do provide one-way transport service to Imago mall or Suria mall. The room size is big and do have table and chair suitable for business traveller. The receptionist service is good and friendly. They willing to change a damage hair-dryer for us although it is taking a long time to get a good one. The facility a bit old but overall still ok.

Thank you for providing an all-in-one environment for busy professionals like me. A place where I can work, meeting old friends, and at the same time allow my 3 boys to enjoy themselves safely. The availability of both a swimming pool and a small beach, with lifeguards on duty, gave me peace of mind throughout the day. the room was also clean and convinient for us also to enjoy beautiful morning sunrise. I was able to continue my work comfortably, spending time reading and writing on my laptop by the pool, surrounded by beautiful seaside scenery while watching my son playing. The experience was further enhanced by the availability of good food at the restaurant despite busy with customer, waitress e.g Ms Shamira and all were very helpful. Added with relaxing drinks in the evening while listening to live band performances, and quiet moments of healing by the beach, resting on the sofa with the sound of the sea. The staff were friendly and helpful, e.g Mr Alex and the team, who made our stay even more pleasant. Hopefully, we will have the opportunity to come again.

ฉันพักที่อาคารคินาบาลู สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกค่อนข้างเก่าฉันได้ห้องพักบนชั้น 5 และสามารถมองเห็นทะเลได้ อาหารเช้าธรรมดามาก อาหารไม่เยอะ และคนเยอะมาก! เราจองบาร์พระอาทิตย์ตกไว้ล่วงหน้า แต่ที่นั่งที่ให้มานั้นธรรมดา ต่อมาเราเลือกที่นั่งเองและสั่งเครื่องดื่มให้แต่ละคน แถวแรกสามารถชมพระอาทิตย์ตกจากโรงแรมได้ เมื่อเราเช็คอิน แผนกต้อนรับส่วนหน้าบอกว่าเราต้องการเงินมัดจำ 400 ริงกิตต่อคืน ต่อมาเมื่อเราบอกว่าเราไม่มีเงินสด เขาก็บอกว่าไม่เป็นไรถ้าเราไม่ได้ฝากเงินไว้ เข้าใจ! วันรุ่งขึ้นเราก็ไปเกาะต่างๆ ของโรงแรมด้วย เราไปเกาะซาปีกัน เวลาและราคาอยู่ในสองภาพสุดท้ายครับ อาจจะแพงกว่าข้างนอก แต่สะดวกกว่า และคุ้มค่าแก่การเยี่ยมชม!

The location is good, and the room was very clean. The customer service was outstanding. On the first day, there was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom and a blocked drain. After notifying customer service, they promptly addressed the issue during the next day's room service. While the odor remained somewhat, the drainage was significantly improved. The only downside is the absence of an elevator. If you have a lot of luggage, you'll need to carry it up and down the stairs yourself.

The room is quite huge, comfy and clean. The plug point near to the beds is only one, so need to have a extension but there is plug point opposite of the bed. The toilet is okay, clean. Provided with the toiletries and slippers. There is also massage parlour downstairs, can make payment by cards

Had a wonderful Christmas Eve stay here. I stayed in a golf field view room, which was incredibly peaceful and calming. Even with the golf field view, I could still see parts of the ocean, and the sunset was absolutely beautiful. I spent some time at the pool and was able to enjoy a stunning sunset from there as well, overlooking the pier by the beach — it was truly an amazing view. I ordered room service during my stay and was very impressed with how prompt and friendly the service was. The room was cozy, clean, and very comfortable, and I especially enjoyed relaxing in the bathtub after a long day. Overall, everything felt calm and well taken care of, making it a perfect stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.
