It was an impressive and pleasant stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a family room, which was perfect for our trip, very spacious and with great view. The bed mattress is one of the best in all my experience. I had great sleep during the stay. The cleanliness of the room was ok. The location is very convenient if you are driving - 20 mins drive to the walking trails and 10 mons drive to centre of Sheffiled. David from the restaurant provided highly professional and helpful service for our breakfast. All in all, we would consider staying at this hotel again if we visit this area again.

I was in Sheffield for 2 nights. V comfy bed. Shower and separate bath. Had an embarrassing issue with toilet as it's flush was almost non existent, but was resolved easy. Location fantastic re town and train station, and exotic garden in a fantastic structure. Pool, sauna and steam room great. Didn't fancy the ice igloo! Aroma room (a fragrant steam room). Was out of action. Work being done taking up large part of reception, which was a shame, but really didn't affect my stay at all. Didn't eat/drink in hotel so can't comment on those areas.

One day of work related visit. Very decent hotel in the heart of Sheffield with great amenities and good value for the price. Staff were very friendly and helpful, granted a complimentary late check-out with no fuss. Breakfast was really great, apart from not serving hot chocolate drink. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit Sheffield. Highly recommended

Superb in location and convenience, 5 mins walk from Interchange and Train Station。。。 will stay in same hotel again when visit to Sheffield

เราพักในเดือนมีนาคม 2024 และมีประสบการณ์ที่ดีในตอนนั้น แต่การเยี่ยมชมครั้งนี้ในวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์ที่ 11 พฤษภาคมที่ผ่านมานั้นน่าผิดหวังมากเราพบว่าห้องสกปรกและมีแมลงคลานอยู่ใต้เตียงเราขอเปลี่ยนห้องเราทํา แต่พบปัญหาเดียวกันที่ฉัน ชี้ไปที่พนักงานต้อนรับกลางคืนเขามาหาห้องที่สามสะอาดโชคดีตอนเที่ยงคืนตอนนี้เหนื่อยมากเรานอนหลับสบายและพูดคุยกับแผนกต้อนรับเมื่อเช็คเอาท์เขาเสนออาหารเช้าฟรีให้เราซึ่งดีมาก แต่มันไม่ทําให้คุณไม่อยากกลับมาอีก หากห้องถูกนําเสนอให้คุณสกปรกมากโปรดดูรูปที่ฉันเขียนถึงผู้จัดการโรงแรมเมื่อวันที่ 13 พฤษภาคม แต่ยังไม่ได้รับคําตอบ

Upon arrival the receptionist Chloe, made me think twice, did I book the right hotel! Her demeanour was not so welcoming, no smile, body language was off, no questions asked such as ”have you stayed here before”. She was quite blunt and straight faced. However, the room attendants, spa staff, and the young lady (blond hair) on the bar approximately 9pm on 20th February were very cheerful and polite, we had a brief conversation. The only downside, I found a mouse dropping on my duvet! Other than this, I would stay again.
