Was ideal for our needs Spa and pool area is like the pictures and really good and fun Hotel itself is a bit old now but still 4 star. I assume in Poland many hotels are older. It's looked after though. Super excellent value for the price we paid.

Kolejny raz korzystam z tego hotelu i nie ostatni. Odpowiada mi i zaspokaja wszystko czego oczekuję.

When we arrived, I immediately went down to the sauna and pool (that's the only reason I booked there) and we discovered that the sauna was not active and it took a while until they activated it and it was possible to use it. Other than that, the hotel is fine. The reception is fast and good, and the check-out is in the morning.

Wygodne łóżko i czystość.Mimo pewnych uciążliwości związanych ze spotkaniem firmowym,przyjemny pobyt i uczucie sielskosci;) Idealna odległość do spaceru do centrum Ustronia.Z pewnością odwiedzę Państwa kolejny raz.

The swimming pool was very small and just 1 jacuzzi for 125 apartments. I did not have a chance to use, because was always full of people.

Nice hotel on the way from Katowice airport to the city. Convenient 24h reception for business travellers.

Gorgeous location, underground parking, lovely room. Most of all, the staff are exceptionally helpful.

일주일 숙박했는데 친절하다 조식은 매일 동일한 메뉴이고 저녁은 메뉴로 스테이크. 사슴 고기등이 있고 많은 향식료를 첨가한 것 같다 유럽이 다 그런건지 칫솔 치약이 없고 슬리퍼도 없다 샴프. 바디케어 바디로션이 제공되고 물은 탄산수 와 물 500ml 각각 하나씩 제공 된다
