ที่ตั้งก็ใช้ได้ ใกล้กับบริเวณที่มีผู้คนพลุกพล่านแต่ห่างจากการจราจรติดขัด เดินไปยังสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวหลักและจอนเกอร์ได้เล็กน้อย อาจใช้รถยนต์ได้ แต่ต้องระวังรถติด ที่จอดรถอยู่ที่ชั้น 7 ซึ่งต้องเลี้ยวขึ้นทางลาดค่อนข้างไกล มีที่จอดรถชั้นล่างโดยเสียค่าธรรมเนียมครั้งเดียว พนักงานบริการสุภาพและเป็นมิตร โรงแรมโปรโมตบุฟเฟต์อาหารเช้า ซึ่งในความคิดของฉัน ถือว่าคุ้มค่า มีห้องออกกำลังกายและสระว่ายน้ำ สระว่ายน้ำดูเหมือนจะเป็นที่นิยมในหมู่เด็กๆ เนื่องจากเด็กๆ มักจะอยู่ที่นั่นเกือบตลอดเวลา สุดท้ายคือห้องพัก ซึ่งค่อนข้างแย่ ไม่มีปัญหาเรื่องความสะอาดและการออกแบบภายใน แต่ฝีมือการปรับปรุงแย่มาก

Overall i will give 2.5/5.0 The kitchen towel provided was not clean The toilet cleanliness was 3.5/5.0 The tv have no netflix, very hard to used smart tv Only provided 2 hanger, but for family of 4 not enough provided Bed and pillow was okay Hairdryer and iron provided was poor functioning - cheap brand For price rm 300+ stay overnight - given studio room no separation room/divider/small room And have to pay deposit rm 100 refundable and pay parking rm10 I feel so not worthy The price should be 200+ for this kind of room and services

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ดี ห้องพักดี ยกเว้นผ้าห่มเปื้อนนิดหน่อย ห้องอาบน้ำมีที่กดสบู่ ซึ่งเราคิดว่าน่าจะใช้สบู่ก้อนเดียว (สบู่ผมและสบู่ตัว) เพราะไม่มีฉลากหรือแชมพูให้ในห้องน้ำ เราไม่ได้ติดต่อกับพนักงานโรงแรมมากนักเพราะเราออกไปข้างนอกทั้งวัน แต่พนักงานต้อนรับก็ใจดีอธิบายเรื่องภาษีท่องเที่ยวให้เราฟัง👍

อพาร์ทเมนท์ 2 ห้องนอนสะอาดและจัดวางอย่างดี สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทั้งหมดดีและได้รับการดูแลเป็นอย่างดี ยกเว้นเครื่องปรับอากาศในห้องนอนใหญ่ซึ่งไม่เย็นมากนักแม้ว่าจะตั้งอุณหภูมิไว้ที่ 17 องศา สุดท้ายแล้วต้องเปิดพัดลมเพื่อให้ห้องเย็นขึ้น พนักงานดีและเต็มใจช่วยเหลือ ขั้นตอนการเช็คอินง่าย

Hatten Hotel Melaka offers an excellent stay in the heart of the city, conveniently located near key attractions like Jonker Street and A Famosa. The spacious, well-appointed rooms feature modern amenities and comfortable bedding, making it a perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers. Guests will appreciate the rooftop pool with stunning city views and the variety of breakfast options at the in-house restaurant. The hotel is directly connected to shopping malls, adding extra convenience. While the elevators can be slow during peak times, the overall experience remains exceptional for a central and relaxing stay in Melaka.

Overall, the stay was good, but the handling of an accident involving the room key was very unprofessional. I accidentally left the room key (only one set was provided) inside the room. When I reached out for assistance, the customer service staff seemed more focused on blaming me rather than helping to resolve the situation. The incident happened around 6pm. Initially, I was told that a staff member would come over, and I was even asked to prepare a tip for the assistance—which I didn’t mind, as I just wanted the issue resolved so I could have peace of mind for dinner. However, things did not go as promised. I was told to go out first and wait to be contacted when the staff was about to arrive. I went to a nearby shop for dinner and waited, but as expected, no update came. I tried messaging and calling multiple times, but there was no response. After some time, another staff member messaged in the WhatsApp group, suggesting that I go for a walk while they arranged for someone to enter the room to look for the key without my presence. I was not entirely comfortable with this, but I agreed as I had little choice. At around 9pm, the customer service staff contacted me again to ask where I might have dropped the key. I politely suggested checking the living room floor area. Unfortunately, the reply I received was sarcastic, which made the whole experience even more unpleasant. To keep it brief, while the property itself was fine, the customer service was unfriendly and the handling of the situation was disappointing.

Very clean and tidy also having the super seaview. Got detail label for every alert reminders! Also label the method to use the karaoke and game also smart tv,label with the photo of the bowl,fork and kitchen stuff. Bigger area with the super value price! Provide washing machines,har dryer, dispenser,towel ,backup bedsheet,game ,shampoo and body shampoo. Least waiting time of lift and attractiveness facilities with sauna swimming pool etc with guard register. Multiple vending machine and atm there. Nearest jonker street ,capital satay restaurant.Got provide quality karaoke for entertainment!immediately settle issues when you reflect and request for the client permission to fix it when not at home!got spare toilet paper,battery! Recommend for family trip ! Soft and comfortable bed and without any smell of bedsheet!provide fan and also air conditioning!

ที่แปลกประหลาดที่สุดคือฝ่ายต้อนรับรับเงินสดสำหรับค่ามัดจำเท่านั้น ไม่รับบัตรเครดิต โดยคิดห้องละ 100 ริงกิตมาเลเซีย สำหรับหลายๆ คน มะละกาคือสถานีสุดท้ายในมาเลเซีย หลังจากเช็คเอาท์ก็เดินทางออกจากประเทศแล้ว ต้องรีบใช้เงิน 100 ริงกิตที่ได้คืนก่อนออกจากประเทศ มันน่าหงุดหงิดมาก โรงแรมที่ดูทะเยอทะยานขนาดนี้ไม่ลงทุนซื้อเครื่องรูดบัตรเลยหรือไง? ห้องพักใหญ่แต่การออกแบบมีปัญหา มีขั้นบันไดแปลกๆ ตรงทางเข้าและในห้องน้ำ ไม่แนะนำสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ การบริการก็ธรรมดา ไม่ทำความสะอาดห้อง
