I definitely recommend this hotel to whoever is looking for hospitality, cleanliness and warmness. Both hosts were super friendly and polite. My flight arrived late at night and I was worried that no-one would show up to pick me up, but they both showed up and made my transfer to the hotel super easy. The lady host was very friendly and generous. Made me feel at home and part of the family. My stay was excellent. I definitely enjoyed it. Thank you so much for making feel at home.

My sister and I stayed at this hotel for a few days and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk and concierge team, and the service was exceptional throughout our stay. We had a room on the 18th floor, which offered a beautiful view of the ocean and the mosque—such a peaceful and scenic spot. A special shoutout to Youssef from the concierge team, who truly went above and beyond. He was always checking in to make sure we were enjoying our stay, offering great recommendations for places to eat, and helped us with booking a taxi on our last day. We’re so grateful for his kindness and helpfulness. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be back again soon!

Мне тут понравилось, из окна виден океан. Отель расположен рядом с пляжем. Номер был удобный, завтрак однообразный, но сытный.

Bel hotel, bel emplacement Cependant pour un hotel 4 étoiles on s’attend à certains standards plus élevés. Le personnel est gentil est réactif.

reat location, valet parking, comfortable rooms, and a good breakfast. Everything was excellent except for the air conditioning, which seems to be centrally limited for the entire building, making it difficult to cool the room properly. There was also no possibility to open the window, so the room felt quite warm at night, especially after staying in the much cooler riads in Chefchaouen and Fes.

Очень великолепный отель, уютный, красивый! Безумно красивый сад и холл! Хозяин просто супер, персонал весь хороший, прекрасная домашняя еда, уютные номера! Находится вдали от суеты, большая территория! Спасибо, за прекрасно проведённое время!

第二次住這裏了，房間大，乾淨衞生，服務員服務態度好，早晚餐都豐富，尤其是麪包🍰好吃！每天免費提供一瓶500ml的水，要是可提供2瓶且晚餐時也能免費提供水，會更友好，那樣會給全5分！附近有APIA可以買阿甘油，去海邊和哈桑清真寺也很近！

The Hyatt was the perfect place to end my stay in Morocco. The staff and facilities were outstanding. Perfectly located to enable easy access attractions in Casablanca. Exactly what you would expect from a 5 star hotel.
