Ну очень уставший отель. Отношение персонала не на 4 звёзды.завтрак тоже очень скудный. Мебели в номере лет 30-40.. нормально остановиться на 1 ночь.но точно не на длительное пребывание желания вернуться нет.

Great location near the beach and very great support from the receptionist for most of the enquiries. The only few down side is that the housekeeping are slow and halfhearted. The food is of great quality but lacks variety, you may be bored of the food after 1 day.

рядом с трамвайной станцией, удобно добраться до любой точки города. район тихий и чистый, нет городского шума.
При заезде в отели не увидели оплату через Trip.com, попросили дать депозит на 900 долларов, что превышает в 2 раза сумму всего периода проживания. На вопрос об уточнении оплаты проживание ответили, что сегодня выходной и не могут уточнить данные, не ясно почему так вышло, оплачивал за 3 недели до заселения. На следующей день увидели оплату и вернули депозит. Думаю вышло недоразумение, но чувства не приятные остались.
В остальном без проблем, рекомендую

Плохое состояние. Сырость с океана дает о себе знать. Дверь сломана, грязная, пожелтевшие полотенца. Хотя холл выглядит не так страшно. Стулья на завтраках как будто в плесени. Из хорошего - приятный и улыбающийся персонал, к ним вопросов нет

The hotel was nice and check in was easy. The rooms were beautiful just like the pictures! Shower was hot enough and the towels were huge, new and fluffy. Wasn’t a fan of the breakfast. I ate one day and opted out the next day. Sweetopia a few minutes away in Mega Mall has great breakfast! This hotel is walking distance to the Medina and a mosque. Would stay again!

Понравилось! Все было супер! Чисто, уютный дизайн в отеле, видно,что новый ремонт. Персонал делает хороший сервис. Расположение удобное. Завтраки тоже неплохие.Советую!

ผผู้เข้าพักI stayed for 1 night, June 16-17. The service was very good as well as the facilities. The next day after checking out I checked and found that my t-shirt was left behind, then I went back to ask about it, but they said they couldn't find it. I'm sure my t-shirt was left there. How can a hotel as good as this have something left behind and not stored first? Even didn’t care about asking me my contact information so if thy ask the staff and found it thy will contact me!! Thy are not doing that

Additionally, I want to thank the front desk manager, Samiya Bernoussi, for accommodating our request for a late check-out after we learned about our flight delay. Your attentiveness and kindness are greatly appreciated.

ผผู้เข้าพักMy sister and I stayed at this hotel for a few days and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk and concierge team, and the service was exceptional throughout our stay.
We had a room on the 18th floor, which offered a beautiful view of the ocean and the mosque—such a peaceful and scenic spot.
A special shoutout to Youssef from the concierge team, who truly went above and beyond. He was always checking in to make sure we were enjoying our stay, offering great recommendations for places to eat, and helped us with booking a taxi on our last day. We’re so grateful for his kindness and helpfulness. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.
We will definitely be back again soon!

Everything was excellent except for the air conditioning, which seems to be centrally limited for the entire building, making it difficult to cool the room properly. There was also no possibility to open the window, so the room felt quite warm at night, especially after staying in the much cooler riads in Chefchaouen and Fes.
