5 star for facilities, 3 star for service. This lodge has great perks (outdoor Jacuzzi, Sauna, Indoor pool) and this makes it one of the best lodges out in Gudauri. My highlight was using the hot jacuzzi at 9 AM in the morning when it started snowing. The privilege of hot water out in the open was amazing. Breakfast is also decent but live station costs 10 LARI (for e.g Omelette) which came as a surprise to me. A-la-carte menu is well stocked. I especially liked the Shkmeruli in garlic sauce. These perks are from 8 AM - 11 PM. However, I didn't quite appreciate the service to be honest in general which is why I gave it a low rating. I came during an off season (once the ski season stopped). There were no smiles exchanged at either the reception, restaurant or the house keeping. One would argue that with fewer guests, the quality of service would increase but this instead went downwards. It felt borderline rude as in our country we treat guests with a smile and make sure they feel welcome regardless of it being an off/on season. The only pleasantries we could exchange with were with a middle aged Israeli couple who we met at the pool. Other than that the lodge was pretty much dead in April/May. Our only recourse was to spend the day outside, get back by 6 pm, use the facilities until 10 and then crash to bed.

The hotel is at good location, right on tge highway. You can walk or take a taxi to ski points or new gudauri. The best part is free sauna and jacuzzi in the hotel. The breakfast, though quite good has less vegan options so be careful. But overall good experience.

โรงแรมในเมืองคาซเบกีตั้งอยู่บนเนินเขา มีภูเขาคาซเบกีอยู่ไกลๆ เราเช็คอินคืนวันที่ 22 กันยายน โรงแรมเป็นอาคารเดี่ยวพร้อมห้องพักและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่ได้มาตรฐาน เรียบง่าย สว่างไสว และถึงแม้อากาศจะเย็นสบาย แต่ระบบทำความร้อนใต้พื้นก็ให้ความรู้สึกสบายมาก อาหารเช้าถูกจัดเตรียมเป็นพิเศษสำหรับเราสี่คน ซึ่งยอดเยี่ยมมาก! มีที่จอดรถและลิฟต์ ขอแนะนำเป็นอย่างยิ่ง

Fantastic location with breathtaking views all around, even pictures don't give them justice, you have to see this in person! Host was very accommodating and helped us a lot during our stay. Restaurant in this cottage was also wonderful, food was very good and had the home made vibe, and the views in the restaurant were also fantastic of course. This is the best place to just relax and enjoy the nature as it's located at the edge of the town near the mountains and it takes some time to walk there, but it's absolutely worth it! You can do some cow/horsewatching at your own pace. Everything is quiet other than birds signing every now and then, it's just so peaceful in general. Beds were comfy and all amenities were working and clean. Overall I'd highly recommend this place if you want to run away from the city and forget its problems 🦅🌸⛰

5日間の滞在。 日本で流行っている「おこもりステイ」のような雰囲気で、誰からも邪魔されずゆっくり過ごすことができた。ホテルを予約すると朝食に加えて、一日一度の貸し切りスパ&サウナがついてくる。また、夕食はレストランとして利用もでき、近くで運営されているシャトームフラニのワインに合わせたジョージア料理を楽しむことができる。 ★ロケーションについて トビリシからタクシーで40分（40ラリ程度)ほどで到着。 タクシーの運転手が村で見るところがないというが、牛がそこら辺を歩いていて飾らないジョージアの姿をみることができる。また、周りの住人も親切で人懐こいジョージア人の気質を感じる人ばかりだった。 ホテルから10分くらい歩くとシャトームフラニがあり、ジョージアワインのワイナリーを見学することもできる。(要予約) 希望する場合は到着時にレセプションに予約をお願いすることもできる。 タクシーを使えばムツヘタを観光することもできる。(30ラリ程度) ★サービスについて レセプションは非常に親切で、どのような要望も回答してくれる。また、掃除も丁寧に行われており館内やテラスがいつも綺麗に整備されている。 夕食時のレストランも利用したが、洗礼された味でシャトームフラニのワインとよく合う味付けにされていて是非一度利用するのがおすすめ。 サウナは、フィンランド式で自分でロウリュして室温を上げる事ができて気持ちが良い。スパは風呂と水風呂が準備されておりサウナに入ったあとに利用すると良い。 おすすめとして、早目の時間にチェックインを済ませること。ぜひスパやレストラン、そしてシャトームフラニのワインを楽しんで贅沢なお泊りにしてほしい。

เป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดีเยี่ยมสำหรับครอบครัว เช็คอินเร็ว ห้องพักมองเห็นวิวภูเขาและโบสถ์ ⛪️ ตอน 6:20 โมงเช้า เรายืนอยู่บนระเบียงและเห็นแสงอาทิตย์กระทบยอดเขาเป็นสีทอง เป็นการพักผ่อนที่สมบูรณ์แบบและดีมาก อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลาย รสชาติดี เป็นแบบที่ฉันชอบเลย โรงแรมโดยรวมแล้วดีมาก ยกเว้นน้ำร้อนน้ำเย็นปรับยากตอนอาบน้ำ นอกนั้นดีเยี่ยม เป็นการเข้าพักที่น่าพึงพอใจมาก ชอบมาก 👍👍👍

Beim Einchecken müssen wir die Aufklärung unterschreiben, dass wenn etwas nicht funktioniert und innerhalb 1 Stunden nicht gemeldet werden müssen wir etwas zahlen. Deshalb haben wir gleich nachdem einchecken alles geprüft und wir finden gleich ein paar Mängel. Am besten bevor man so eine Zettel macht, überprüft erstmal ob die Zimmer überhaupt richtig bezugsfertig sind. Der Licht bei Eingang ist aus (nachdem melden ist nichts gemacht),Seifenhalter ist kaputt (war auch nix gemacht), Flur war staubig und gibt noch Müll auf dem Flur (den Müll war weg nachdem 3x gefragt und trotzdem noch staubig, eventuell noch nicht gesaugt), Toilette ist fleckig war bestimmt schon lange nicht geputzt (da muss ich auch 2x zu Rezeption fragen weil die Dame war beim erste Mal kurz rein und schnell wieder raus mit eine Putzlappen ohne zu sagen ob sie fertig war oder nicht und habe ich zu Rezeption nett gefragt weil die Toilette immer noch fleckig war. Sie kommt das zweites mal jetzt mit ein andere Dame und hat mir gefragt wo genau die flecken und hat Sie endlich mit Edelstahlschwamm gereinigt) Ich möchte nur ein sauberes Zimmer bekommen, hier ist leider schwierig zu bekommen. Den Rest ist okay, Lage, Frühstück und Rezeption versuchen wirklich zu helfen, aber ich glaube für Sauberkeit braucht noch zu verbessern.
