All the staff were very friendly and The breakfast spread was good, and the location is extremely convenient—right next to the Batam Ferry Terminal. It made traveling very easy for us. The hotel is also very child-friendly, with shopping areas within walking distance.

Here are my reviews for turi beach resort, as my first time solo travellers. The locals are nice, the location is good too. With welcome drinks once you check in the hotel( which i did not drink as i was busy checking in but looks delicious 🤤). It was good to unwind, to relax your mental health. The staff gave me a nice room which made me more appreciated. The only thing I'm not okay with is there is no lotion in the room which makes me a little bit sad as i expected to have one. But the overall experience is good. I love the place and the staff are friendliness. I also love the sunset and sunrise . Especially at the island bar restaurant.I will definitely come back there

We could not find any 5 star hotel with lower price other than Alltrue Sydney hotel Batam Centre!! The hotel is huge. Included with own convenience store & souvenirs stall. The room we chose have everything you need to experience like a 5 star rooms. Can you imagine you're just paying SGD35 per night for this??!! The staffs all are friendly. Swimming pool is perfect for families, the gym have all the complete equipments you want to use. And especially the buffet restaurant, all the food & drinks are decent and very delicious! You cannot ask for more! Thank you so much for the great experience Alltrue sydney! We will definitely come back here again! 👍🙏

Location was great! Service and staff was very friendly. Massage conveniently located within hotel building at reasonable prices. Gym facilities was good as well. Pool was closed for maintenance during our visit. One thing to note is that there are 2 mosques nearby and guests might be able to hear the prayers in the early morning. One negative point about the room, we stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with two toilets. The drainage system for both toilets were bad, with flooding occuring after showering, especially the bathroom in the living room. Flooding occured accompanied with a foul smell from the drainage and we decided to just use the toilet in the master bedroom instead. Could be unlucky case of room with bad toilets, but other than that everything else was great!

I had a really pleasant stay, and I want to give special appreciation to the staffs, Revi and Rizki. They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile.Their kindness and excellent service made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. I recently stayed at Harmoni One Convention Hotel and had a mixed experience. We booked four rooms under the same reservation; however, the rooms were allocated on different floors and were scattered, which was inconvenient for our group. Room size was adequate and generally comfortable for a short stay. Unfortunately, there was a serious issue during check-in. After the process was completed, my passport was not returned to me. I only realised this the following morning and went to the front desk to enquire. The staff on duty initially insisted that the hotel does not retain guests’ passports overnight as it is against their policy. Upon my request, they agreed to investigate further and review the CCTV footage. It was eventually discovered that the staff who handled my check-in had inadvertently left my passport inside the scanner machine — overnight. While I appreciate that the team eventually located and returned the passport, this represents a significant lapse in check-in procedure and document handling. Passports are critical travel documents, and greater diligence is necessary to prevent such oversights. Overall, the room itself was acceptable, but the check-in experience requires substantial improvement to ensure guest security and confidence. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐
