Here are my reviews for turi beach resort, as my first time solo travellers. The locals are nice, the location is good too. With welcome drinks once you check in the hotel( which i did not drink as i was busy checking in but looks delicious 🤤). It was good to unwind, to relax your mental health. The staff gave me a nice room which made me more appreciated. The only thing I'm not okay with is there is no lotion in the room which makes me a little bit sad as i expected to have one. But the overall experience is good. I love the place and the staff are friendliness. I also love the sunset and sunrise . Especially at the island bar restaurant.I will definitely come back there

ข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับการเช็คอิน: พอลงจากรถบัสแล้ว ให้รีบเช็คอินเลย ไม่งั้นต้องรอคิวนานมาก ส่วนการเช็คเอาท์ สามารถทำได้ตอน 12:30 น. ไม่งั้นก็ต้องรอคิวเป็นครึ่งวันเหมือนกัน ห้องพักมีอาหารเช้าทุกวัน และยังรวมอาหารกลางวันหรืออาหารเย็น 1 มื้อระหว่างการเข้าพักด้วย มีร้านอาหารสองแห่ง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นแบบสั่งอาหารตามสั่งหรือบุฟเฟต์ รสชาติก็ไม่ค่อยน่าประทับใจนัก และที่ร้านอาหาร Lagoi ริมทะเล ตอนกลางวันก็มีแมลงวันบินไปมาเต็มไปหมด พนักงานที่ Pool Bar ดูเหมือนจะสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษไม่ค่อยคล่อง ทำให้การสื่อสารไม่ราบรื่น ยกเว้นเรื่องอาหาร สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอื่นๆ ของโรงแรมก็ดี สระว่ายน้ำสบายมาก และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องก็ดีด้วย Kids' Club ค่อนข้างเล็ก ของเล่นหลายชิ้นก็ชำรุด ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดี มีชายหาดส่วนตัว มีเก้าอี้ชายหาด โซฟาบีนแบ็กของโรงแรมวางอยู่บนหาด การเดินทางจากท่าเรือมาโรงแรมโดยรถบัสก็ไม่ไกล โดยรวมแล้ว ถือว่าคุ้มค่ากับราคา

อยู่ห่างจากท่าเรือข้ามฟากระหว่างประเทศ Batam Centre Point ประมาณ 3-5 นาทีเมื่อเดินเท้า พนักงานทุกคนเป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือดี อาหารเช้าก็อร่อยมาก ที่ตั้งยังสะดวกต่อการเดินทางไปร้านอาหารทะเลและคาเฟ่บางแห่งอีกด้วย จะแนะนำโรงแรมนี้ให้กับครอบครัว 🥰🥰🥰

Thank you Doulos Phos Hotel, for the unforgettable experience! My friends and I truly enjoyed our stay on your ship. From the moment we arrived, we felt a warm welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was abundant with food that reminded us of home in the Philippines, something we’ve really missed. The receptionists were very hospitable and guided us well on what to do during our stay. The pool was unique and aesthetic, and what amazed us most was the ship’s rich history, especially how it has touched many lives through charity. A special thanks also to the captain who gave us a tour of the ship (I even wondered if he’s a real captain!) On our last day, despite the bad weather, and although our check-out was scheduled for 12:00 PM, our ferry departure was not until 6:45 PM. The reception staff graciously allowed us to remain in our room until 5:00 PM. This thoughtful gesture meant a great deal to us and made us feel valued and cared for. Overall, our experience exceeded expectations. We are grateful to all the staff of Doulos Phos Hotel for their kindness and professionalism. The location of the hotel is very near Batam Center and a swing to one Batam mall and some nearby cafes. The front desk is kind enough to upgrade us to another tier of the room. And earlier check in as we have a baby. The spa a level 3 is also awesome. Kids room were good enough to keep baby occupied. Some things to improve : 1) the light system in the room. The switch are either all on or all off. Hard to control with certain parts to be lit up and some to be off. 2) Security system, request for extra keys, however they gave without checking identity 😳 abit scary I can be any Tom dick Harry. 3) not much food options beside the main ambrosia as morning buffet. In room dining menu can be updated too. 4) they are very particular with towels. Can only give 2 at anytime. If you have kids to share room with, you have to advance tell them. Overall still a new, clean and friendly staff..

I chose this hotel because I saw reviews on various platforms stating that sauna facilities were available. I am looking for hotel/s with Sauna !! My real intention. Compared to other hotels with saunas, the price here was very reasonable given the luxurious facilities and surroundings, which made me choose this hotel. However, I was quite disappointed when I arrived and asked the reception, only to find out that the spa and sauna services had long been discontinued / are under renovation. I honestly don’t have any other reason to stay here. That being said, I was very satisfied with the room. It was clean, 5-star standard, had a bathtub, the TV worked perfectly, and overall I was very excited and happy. The hotel facilities and environment were also beautiful and impressive – the lobby was elegant and exclusive, the lift area leading to the rooms was spacious and luxurious, the swimming pool was large and beautiful, the café was wide with delicious food, and paid spa services were also available. To sum up, everything was beautiful and luxurious, and I was very satisfied – definitely a stay worth the money. The only downside was not being able to experience the sauna. That’s it. 4/5 stars. Tip top.

เป็นที่พักที่ดีสำหรับการพักผ่อนในราคาประหยัด พนักงานที่แผนกต้อนรับน่ารักและช่วยเหลือดีมาก ให้ห้องที่มีวิวทะเลที่สวยงามตามที่ขอ ห้องน่าเศร้ามีเตียงเดี่ยว 2 เตียงแทนที่จะเป็นเตียงขนาดคิงไซส์แต่สามารถรวมเข้าด้วยกันได้ดังนั้นมันจึงไม่แย่ขนาดนั้น อ่างอาบน้ำ/ฝักบัวใช้เวลานานมากในการระบายน้ำ ซึ่งค่อนข้างไม่สะดวก ห้องน้ำชั้น 1 ค่อนข้างสกปรกและมีกลิ่นเหม็น ถ้าทำความสะอาดบ่อยๆ จะดีมาก ไม่ค่อยได้ใช้สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกมากนักเนื่องจากรีสอร์ทค่อนข้างหนาแน่นและฝนตกอย่างต่อเนื่อง คงจะดีมากถ้าพวกเขาสามารถให้บริการรถรับส่งไปยังใจกลางบาตัม บริการรถแท็กซี่ของโรงแรมก็มีราคาแพงเกินไป สตีฟที่ท่าเรือข้ามฟากช่วยให้เราเช็คอินเรือข้ามฟากได้อย่างราบรื่นและรวดเร็ว ชื่นชมบริการของบาตัมวิว เนื่องจากคิวค่อนข้างยาวในช่วงสุดสัปดาห์ปีใหม่ ขอขอบคุณพนักงานทุกท่านที่ทำงานในช่วงสุดสัปดาห์ปีใหม่อันยาวนาน

I had a truly wonderful stay here. From the moment I arrived, the peaceful and calm atmosphere made me feel instantly at ease. The surroundings are serene, creating the perfect environment to relax and unwind. The staff were another highlight of my stay. Everyone I met was friendly, cheerful, and genuinely happy to help. Their warm hospitality made the experience even more memorable. Overall, it was a comforting and refreshing stay. I left feeling relaxed and grateful. Highly recommended for anyone seeking peace, comfort, and excellent service.

Well cleaned, requested for higher floor to get more city view, has smoking rooms, but I like higher floor which their frirndly staff changes for me easily. Food was ok includes dialy breakfast but menu should change daily to aviod tired foods. quite peaceful since its a weekday, no kids running around, Good stay
