Here are my reviews for turi beach resort, as my first time solo travellers. The locals are nice, the location is good too. With welcome drinks once you check in the hotel( which i did not drink as i was busy checking in but looks delicious 🤤). It was good to unwind, to relax your mental health. The staff gave me a nice room which made me more appreciated. The only thing I'm not okay with is there is no lotion in the room which makes me a little bit sad as i expected to have one. But the overall experience is good. I love the place and the staff are friendliness. I also love the sunset and sunrise . Especially at the island bar restaurant.I will definitely come back there

ข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับการเช็คอิน: พอลงจากรถบัสแล้ว ให้รีบเช็คอินเลย ไม่งั้นต้องรอคิวนานมาก ส่วนการเช็คเอาท์ สามารถทำได้ตอน 12:30 น. ไม่งั้นก็ต้องรอคิวเป็นครึ่งวันเหมือนกัน ห้องพักมีอาหารเช้าทุกวัน และยังรวมอาหารกลางวันหรืออาหารเย็น 1 มื้อระหว่างการเข้าพักด้วย มีร้านอาหารสองแห่ง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นแบบสั่งอาหารตามสั่งหรือบุฟเฟต์ รสชาติก็ไม่ค่อยน่าประทับใจนัก และที่ร้านอาหาร Lagoi ริมทะเล ตอนกลางวันก็มีแมลงวันบินไปมาเต็มไปหมด พนักงานที่ Pool Bar ดูเหมือนจะสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษไม่ค่อยคล่อง ทำให้การสื่อสารไม่ราบรื่น ยกเว้นเรื่องอาหาร สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอื่นๆ ของโรงแรมก็ดี สระว่ายน้ำสบายมาก และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องก็ดีด้วย Kids' Club ค่อนข้างเล็ก ของเล่นหลายชิ้นก็ชำรุด ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดี มีชายหาดส่วนตัว มีเก้าอี้ชายหาด โซฟาบีนแบ็กของโรงแรมวางอยู่บนหาด การเดินทางจากท่าเรือมาโรงแรมโดยรถบัสก็ไม่ไกล โดยรวมแล้ว ถือว่าคุ้มค่ากับราคา

Checked in on my birthday and the hotel prepared a slice of chocolate cake for me in my room. It was such a pleasant surprise. Staff are friendly. Buffet breakfast is good. Location is excellent - just 5 mins walk from BTC ferry terminal. Opposite is megamall. I will definitely be back!

To the management and staff of Doulos Phos The Ship Hotel. My husband and I were attracted to Doulos Phos The Ship Hotel for to its rich and unique history, the conversion of a cruise ship to become a hotel! From email communication to the end of stay, it was a great experience. We wanted to celebrate our wedding anniversary, the hotel offered a package of decoration with a slice of cake at a certain price but we told them that we can do without it but we were pleasantly and happily surprised when we entered the room, the bed was nicely decorated for our wedding anniversary then a knock at the door with the delivery of the anniversary cake and a personalised card anniversary card! Another pleasant surprise was the ship specially organised a Heritage Ship Tour for us at a timing on 24/10/25 that we can make it. We were so happy with the heritage tour as we very much wanted to know more about the history of the ship, to visit the engine room etc...Tuti, our lady Heritage Tour Guide was friendly, knowledgeable and quick into action when we needed some information about the rooms and hall ( in case we may want to book in the future) Another thumbs up for the hotel. Overall, the staff was polite, smiling always, eager to serve. We will recommend this unique ship hotel, something different from other hotels and the great service!

Wide food selection for breakfast, hotel have great gym, pool and even kids club! Located Quite near to one batam mall. Fom indra was also exceptional when assisting me during check in. Thank u!!

เมื่อถึงโรงแรมตอนเที่ยง ไม่อนุญาตให้เช็คอินก่อนเวลา หลังจากเช็คอินแล้ว เมื่อไปที่ห้อง ไฟดับกะทันหัน น่ากลัวมาก ไม่มีไฟเลย ของใช้ในห้องน้ำ เช่น สบู่เหลวสำหรับผิวกายและสบู่เหลวสำหรับอาบน้ำ ได้มาแค่แพ็คเล็กละ 1 แพ็คสำหรับ 2 ท่านในห้องเดียว กรุณาเตรียมสบู่เหลวสำหรับผิวกายและสบู่เหลวสำหรับผิวกายเพิ่มด้วย เนื่องจากห้องที่จองไว้สำหรับ 2 ท่าน และเราต้องอาบน้ำวันละ 2 ครั้ง

เป็นที่พักที่ดีสำหรับการพักผ่อนในราคาประหยัด พนักงานที่แผนกต้อนรับน่ารักและช่วยเหลือดีมาก ให้ห้องที่มีวิวทะเลที่สวยงามตามที่ขอ ห้องน่าเศร้ามีเตียงเดี่ยว 2 เตียงแทนที่จะเป็นเตียงขนาดคิงไซส์แต่สามารถรวมเข้าด้วยกันได้ดังนั้นมันจึงไม่แย่ขนาดนั้น อ่างอาบน้ำ/ฝักบัวใช้เวลานานมากในการระบายน้ำ ซึ่งค่อนข้างไม่สะดวก ห้องน้ำชั้น 1 ค่อนข้างสกปรกและมีกลิ่นเหม็น ถ้าทำความสะอาดบ่อยๆ จะดีมาก ไม่ค่อยได้ใช้สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกมากนักเนื่องจากรีสอร์ทค่อนข้างหนาแน่นและฝนตกอย่างต่อเนื่อง คงจะดีมากถ้าพวกเขาสามารถให้บริการรถรับส่งไปยังใจกลางบาตัม บริการรถแท็กซี่ของโรงแรมก็มีราคาแพงเกินไป สตีฟที่ท่าเรือข้ามฟากช่วยให้เราเช็คอินเรือข้ามฟากได้อย่างราบรื่นและรวดเร็ว ชื่นชมบริการของบาตัมวิว เนื่องจากคิวค่อนข้างยาวในช่วงสุดสัปดาห์ปีใหม่ ขอขอบคุณพนักงานทุกท่านที่ทำงานในช่วงสุดสัปดาห์ปีใหม่อันยาวนาน

The indoor pool water colour was murky and looked stagnant. We booked 4 rooms and 2 out of 4 room toilets had water leakage, 1 of which forced us to change rooms at night Service was prompt in attending to all the water leakage issues. Any other requests were attended to promptly as well.

The Biz Hotel's prime location is its biggest asset. It's perfectly positioned right across from a massive food court that features a diverse array of culinary choices and live entertainment at night. Plus, DC Mall is just a short walk away. Although the rooms are compact, they are kept spotlessly clean and the budget-friendly pricing is very reasonable. We appreciated the easy access to Grab services and the friendly, helpful service from the reception team.

I had an excellent experience during my stay at this hotel. The service provided was remarkable, from the front desk to the housekeeping team. Every staff member displayed a high level of professionalism and friendliness, creating a comfortable environment throughout my visit. The efficiency and attention to detail demonstrated by the team exceeded my expectations. Without a doubt, this hotel is an excellent choice for visitors to Batam who value top-quality service.
