First time stay in this hotel, location is very good where 5mins walk to Nagoya mall. Only thing is the water heater not hot and the basin is choked

The food was very delicious but only setback I had to pay for ice bucket 🪣 which is usually compliment from the hotel

We utterly enjoy our stay in Harmoni Suite, all the front desk staff are friendly & room are clean..

Staff is friendly and helpful. Water is yellowish brown. Not recommended if you want to wash up and shower. Location is near many places

The location is very convenient and easy to access. It is a good choice for travellers who want an affordable place to stay without spending too much. The hotel is close to many shops, restaurants, cafés, and other useful facilities, making it easy to buy food or daily necessities. Transportation is also convenient, and the surrounding area feels lively. Overall, the price is reasonable for the location and facilities provided. I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again in the future with family.

Convenience places with foods and shopping areas. The new batam grand mall is just few minutes away. Recommended for those who are lazy on travel far distances.

The hotel Air-Conditioning is very bad. I have reported to the receptionist, but they refused to fixed that. I slept with sweat body and the room feel warm. The location is very strategic. The room condition is very cosy. Everything is nice but the only AC is problem. Hope hotel management can fix the problem ASAP
