Замечательная риада в Медине Феса! Хозяева очень заботливые, все сделано для комфорта гостей. Кондиционер, чистота, колорит востока во всем убранстве номера! Отлично провели два дня, невероятно вкусная еда домашнего приготовления, роскошный вид на террасе! Единственный нюанс- отдельный от номера душ, но вцелом это скорее специфика самой риады, нам это не помешало. Рядом есть парковка. спасибо хозяевам за такой теплый прием!

一次省心又温暖的古城住宿體驗 要給這次住宿體驗打滿分！ 來的時候正碰上古城封路，車開不進去。老闆主動聯繫我們，仔細説明瞭情況，並提前在路口等候，耐心指引我們步行到民宿，溝通非常及時、有禮貌。 民宿內部讓我們眼前一亮，打掃得一塵不染，非常乾淨，整體環境也很漂亮舒適。老闆還熱情地領我們去屋頂露台，介紹風景，並主動提出幫我們拍照，真的很貼心。 第二天早餐是亮點，簡單但美味可口，尤其是老闆做的煎蛋，很好吃。 最讓我們安心的是退房後的小插曲。我們不小心把信用卡和一些個人洗漱用品落在了房間裏，之後想起來返回尋找。老闆已經細心地將所有物品整理好，替我們妥善保管着，讓我們順利地取回。這種負責任的態度，讓人感覺特別靠譜。 總的來説，這是一次溝通順暢、住宿舒心、讓人很有安全感的體驗。老闆禮貌熱心，民宿乾淨整潔，細節處見用心。非常推薦！

C'est un jeu hôtel propre, très bien placé, Certaines chambre sont proches de la rue un peu bruyàte, mais comme en géneral au Maroc.

Cozy riad operated by warm hearted family. Decor is soooo nice it’s beyond words, just entering into the riad will make you note this is something very beautiful you never saw before. Designs should be made by someone who love the place from the bottom of their heart. Operations should be by someone who love the place so much. In Dar D’or fes, you will see everything on how our life should be. The best riad in Fes. Thank you for all your kindness. I was so lucky to meet you all.

We were pleasantly surprised by the Hotel Volubilis. We hesitated to book the hotel because of some bad reviews about not having hot water and the staff being unfriendly (especially to Asians). But we decided to book anyways because of its location and quite affordable price. We were arriving to Fez at around 5pm, and we were told staying at the Medina wouldn't be worth it. Since we were catching a flight the next morning, we thought it would be more convenient to stay in the new city. So, despite some of the bad reviews, we decided to spend the night at Hotel Volubilis. Its location turned out to be great. It's right at the center and by the main avenue. There are lots of places to eat at walking distance and there are several Carrefours closeby also at walking distance. The staff was nice and they welcomed us well and took our request for a taxi to the airport in the morning. So, we have no complaints about the staff. Our room was big with a terrace. The room was old but clean. The terrace had no table or chairs, but it was okay. The bathroom was also big and we had no issues with the hot water. We showered at arrival and in the morning and water was hot and with pressure. The thing that we missed the most in the room was a fridge. Other than that, all good and acceptable. Though we agree with the other comments saying that this is not a 4-star hotel by ”global” standards.

Bonjour j'ai été déçu de notre séjour dans cet hôtel car nous avons précisé qu'on était des nouveaux mariés arrivée fatiguée à la chambre il manquait beaucoup de choses. la chambre était vide pas de bouteille d'eau pas de verre pas de chausson chambre plein de poussière. Un hôtel 5 étoiles la chambre devrait être irréprochable. Donc je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel.

If you’re staying in Fes, I recommend you stay here. Staff are super friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself as a great traditional Moroccan feel. Mohammed et al. made us feel very welcome. The location is great, walking distance from medina mazes. Brilliant stay and enjoyed Fes very much.

The contact person is so nice that helped us arrange city tour and transport to another city. Even though we had to leave at 8, which was not the breakfast timeslot, the house keeper prepared food for us to take away. We had so much fun here.
