Room was old and shabby, holes in blinds marks and dirt on walls. Room was not clean. I wad told could not move me as they were over booked. Website was still showing rooms available.I asked to speak with manager wad told away till 13th April. I had to feal with reasturant manager.
She advised me she couldn't help, although offered a free meal in reasturant. I was there for two nights. The cleaner had to come back twice, ad thick dust and rubbish behind headboard and under bed.

Our room was spotless , a comfy bed and a good shower , the pool+ hot room area were really good, but for reference there are 3 (members only) aqua aerobics classes a week which use the whole pool , and whose participants’warm up’ prior to the class -so it’s very busy to the class , there are a great selection of (pre bootable )classes , treatments and a well equipped gym (all obviously open to members ) , the meal options are delicious, and the staff are charming

Spotless room and amazing staff – Perfect location
Just stayed at the Radisson Stansted and it was incredible! The staff was attentive and welcoming, especially at check-in. The hotel is spotless and in an ideal location close to the Terminal. Highly recommend for a comfortable, clean, and well-located stay!”

Lovely modern room. Great wet room. We run out of toilet paper and no other left in room.
Bed was very comfortable. Hairdryer, iron and dressing gown in room.
Hotels fire alarm definitely worked as got woken at 7am to evacuate building. Security were very quick to sort issue, guest had lit candle in one of the rooms.
Used the swimming pool steam room and spa which was free.
Good variety of food at breakfast with good view of surrounding grounds.
Big car park free of charge

ฉันพักที่โรงแรมนี้เป็นเวลา 5 วันห้องพักน่ารักและใหญ่ฝักบัวอาบน้ําที่น่ารักผ้าม่านสีดําเตียงขนาดคิงไซส์ที่สวยงามอาหารเช้าคุ้มค่ากับเงินที่จ่ายไปน่าเสียดายที่อาหารหลักเป็นความผิดหวังครั้งใหญ่เพราะมีราคาแพงมากและ รสจืดมากที่จอดรถดีมากที่จอดรถมากมายมีเพียงทางเข้าเดียวของอาคารหลักเข้าและออกหนึ่งทางคุณต้องจ่าย 10 ปอนด์ต่อคืนผิดหวังมากที่จอดรถและหลัก อาหาร , พนักงานโดยรวมเป็นกันเอง สะอาด น่าพัก
