I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Boston Crosstown Center for four nights during a business trip, and had a great experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to downtown and public transportation. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable—perfect for getting work done and resting after long days. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. Overall, a reliable and comfortable stay for business travelers. I’d definitely return on future trips to Boston.

It was a generally good stay, with nice amenities and a spacious room. There was one issue that came up: the Trip.com website stated that the room would be on the 27th floor. However, when checking in, the reception at the Encore hotel said the highest they could give me was the 17th floor, 10 floors below what was promised, even though I showed them my reservation detailing that reserved room was on the 27th floor. A second issue to be aware: this establishment that calls itself a ”resort hotel” does not have a mini-fridge in the room. One can rent one for $40/night, which is a bit mind-boggling. The only fridge in the room is dedicated for the mini-bar. However, one cannot use that fridge because any movement of items in it would incur a charge since the sensor system, which tracks each bottle, would trigger a charge to the room. This meant I could not place my perishable item in the mini-bar fridge by shifting the alcoholic bottles to make space for my perishable items. Otherwise, this was overall a pleasant stay.

Really not that great for the price, it’s a very old building in the city centre, so it’s a little small and feels old too. Location is amazing, service is decent and overall clean. Resort fee is quite expensive and it includes a small daily non stackable voucher for use at restaurant which is not very useful.

ทำเลดีมากพร้อมวิวแม่น้ำที่ไม่มีใครเทียบได้ หันหน้าไปทางแม่น้ำชาร์ลส์ ฝั่งตรงข้ามคือ Great Dome ซึ่งเป็นอาคารหลักของ MIT และทางด้านซ้ายคือ Harvard ห้างสรรพสินค้า Coply Palace ชั้นล่างมีทุกสิ่งที่คุณต้องการ ตรงข้ามสี่แยกคือสถานี Prudential Center จุดขึ้นเรือเป็ด ข้างๆ กันก็มีซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ต Lv Tiffany lululemon เช่นกัน ..ร้านค้าต่างๆ รวมทั้งบางร้านก็แพง บางร้านก็ถูก ใช้เวลาไปซื้อของนานเลยลองดู รถไฟใต้ดินและรถไฟแอมแทร็กอยู่ตรงข้ามด้านหลัง คุณสามารถนั่งรถไฟไปวอชิงตัน นิวยอร์ค... คุณสามารถดาวน์โหลดแอปแอมแทร็กและซื้อตั๋วได้สะดวกมาก แนะนำให้ซื้อล่วงหน้านานกว่าจะได้ราคาที่ดีกว่า

Hotel doesn't privide slippers , toothbrush etc products. Make sure you have your own. Its kind of hard to order any food after 12pm. Its not a good place if you have younger kids .

The location of the hotel cannot be beat. Unfortunately our room had a few faults. The AC unit was extremely loud. The motor on the fridge was also very noisy. It made sleep a bit difficult. Our unit faces the loading bay of the healthcare center next door. So each morning, we are awakened by the early shift’s arrival. The free breakfast was good for the first couple days. But the lack of variety after one week was a bit disappointing. There is a Star Market and a Target not too far away from the hotel.

โรงแรมดี อยู่ในทำเลที่ดีเยี่ยมและมีทุกสิ่งที่คุณต้องการ แต่ไม่มีอะไรพิเศษ ห้องน้ำไม่สะอาด 100% และห้องพักอาจมีการปรับปรุงบางส่วน

พนักงานต้อนรับส่วนหน้าใจดีมากเพราะภาษาอังกฤษไม่เก่ง ตอนเช็คอิน อายจริงๆ 😅 ต่อมาช่วยฉันหาคนจีน (พนักงานโรงแรม) แปลให้ฉัน ทําเลที่ตั้งสะดวกมาก เดินประมาณ 15 นาทีถึงไชน่าทาวน์ 10 นาทีถึงจุดชมวิวของกิจกรรมชา ไปใจกลางเมืองเพื่อรับ Uber14-18 หยวน
