The location of this hotel is excellent — just a 5–7 minute walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to the marina. The rooms are standard but clean, with most offering pleasant views of the pool and seafront. Unfortunately, the service and guest experience fall short of expectations for a 4-star hotel. Upon check-in, no information was provided regarding hotel amenities, Wi-Fi access, or room facilities. There was no welcome pack or in-room directory. Wi-Fi details had to be requested separately. The hotel does not offer room service, which is unusual for its rating. The bathroom in our room had a faulty shower screen, leaving the floor soaked after use. When I requested fresh towels from the front desk, I was met with an unhelpful attitude and told that towels would only be replaced during daily room service. However, on one occasion, our room was not serviced at all — the cleaners claimed they had done so, which was untrue. Even after reporting this to reception, only the bedding was changed; the rest of the room was untouched, and rubbish from the previous guest remained in the bathroom bin. Overall, the front desk and cleaning staff lacked warmth and professionalism, and communication was poor. While not speaking English is understandable, the unwillingness to assist guests is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Staff training in customer service would be highly beneficial. On a cultural note, this is a family-oriented hotel. Visitors from Western countries should be aware that, as Morocco is an Islamic country, some local guests may react with disapproving looks toward certain behaviors or attire.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. From the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team, everyone made me feel genuinely cared for. The service was consistently professional and warm, which truly enhanced my experience. location was a fair distance about 15 minutes walk to beachside and other locations. I have stayed in other places a bit closer for the same price however it is still fine. Room was cleaned daily with fresh amenities provided. Pool area and sunbeds were reasonably fine and clean. Only issue was that the aircon wasn't working quite well. Cant complain about nothing especially considering the price .Wouldn't hesitate from going again.

We werden verrast door de vriendelijke ontvangst en de uitstraling/ opzet van het hotel. Nadat we onze prachtige kamer en groot balkon, heerlijk bed (we hebben uitstekend geslapen) en geen enkele last van buitengeluiden zijn we op verkenning gegaan. De restaurants verdienen qua ruimte, vriendelijkheid personeel en opzet een micheline ster. Het eten was zeer gevarieerd, ruime keuze en voor iedereenom te smullen. Daarna naar buiten. Het zwembad binnen 5 en buiten 7 sterren evenals de toegankelijkheid naar het strand. De fitness ruimte was erg uitgebreid met moderne apparatuur. Klein minpuntje was wel dat apparaten welke het niet deden, niet (snel) gemaakt werden. Ander punt van aandacht is dat je net even iets verder moet lopen om op het deel van de boulevard te komen waar de bedrijvigheid is. Samenvattend, wanneer men de prijs concurrerend weet te houden, is het zeker een plek om alleen, samen of met je gezin naar toe te gaan voor een kort of wat langer verblijf. Kortom een echte aanrader voor een korter of langer verblijf

Mauvais rapport qualité prix. Le personnel n’était pas super gentil à l’accueil .. à éviter pendant la haute saison car l’hôtel sera pleins de touristes ; buffets tres basiques avec peu de choix, impossible de réserver des repas dans les 2 restaurants de l’hôtel, impossible d’avoir un transat à la piscine car ils serons réservés par les touristes très tôt le matin ….

โลเคชั่นของโรงแรมดีมาก รอบโรงแรมมีร้านค้าและร้านอาหารมากมาย โรงแรมมีที่จอดรถส่วนตัวซึ่งสะดวกสำหรับผู้ที่เดินทางโดยรถยนต์ สภาพแวดล้อม 1 ของโรงแรม โดยเฉพาะความเขียวขจี ดีมาก ; แต่สำหรับโรงแรมระดับสี่ดาว ทางโรงแรม สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกค่อนข้างเก่าและถ่อมตัว และซัมซุงในประเทศดีกว่านี้มาก โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งเตียงนอนไม่สบายและนุ่มเกินไป แต่พื้นที่ของห้องค่อนข้างใหญ่ อาหารเช้าก็โอเค มีชาวยุโรปและอเมริกันมากมาย บรรยากาศแบบนานาชาติก็ดี และไวไฟก็เร็วเป็นพิเศษ!

Magnifique hôtel , quelques soucis pendant le séjour mais d’aucune grande gravité car le personnel a. Toujours été là pour nous servir au mieux. Service qui vaut celui d’un palace ayant fait le ritz Paris ils sont au même niveau niveau personnel , surtout les attentions envers les enfants et notre anniversaire de mariage ! Bravo à bientôt
