The location of this hotel is excellent — just a 5–7 minute walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to the marina. The rooms are standard but clean, with most offering pleasant views of the pool and seafront.
Unfortunately, the service and guest experience fall short of expectations for a 4-star hotel. Upon check-in, no information was provided regarding hotel amenities, Wi-Fi access, or room facilities. There was no welcome pack or in-room directory. Wi-Fi details had to be requested separately.
The hotel does not offer room service, which is unusual for its rating. The bathroom in our room had a faulty shower screen, leaving the floor soaked after use. When I requested fresh towels from the front desk, I was met with an unhelpful attitude and told that towels would only be replaced during daily room service. However, on one occasion, our room was not serviced at all — the cleaners claimed they had done so, which was untrue. Even after reporting this to reception, only the bedding was changed; the rest of the room was untouched, and rubbish from the previous guest remained in the bathroom bin.
Overall, the front desk and cleaning staff lacked warmth and professionalism, and communication was poor. While not speaking English is understandable, the unwillingness to assist guests is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Staff training in customer service would be highly beneficial.
On a cultural note, this is a family-oriented hotel. Visitors from Western countries should be aware that, as Morocco is an Islamic country, some local guests may react with disapproving looks toward certain behaviors or attire.
I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. From the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team, everyone made me feel genuinely cared for. The service was consistently professional and warm, which truly enhanced my experience. Rooms with Oceanview were equipped with sound resistant glass. Mrs. Mariam, the header of house keeping responds to guests needs in& Out hotel with cheerful faces. Hotel is strongly recommended for families.

Front desk staff are amazing. It was our wedding aniversary and they gave us an upgraded room with a pool and sea view and had it decorated! Highly appreciated.
The food was great in all restaurants. The only ”less positive” (not a critic) thing I would say was that the BLU restaurant which is supposedly for seafood, but on the evening we were there, had no seafood (at least what we consider as seafood in Portugal) and was mainly about fish, which was all well cooked in any case and we did enjoy the food.
The facilities around the pool area are very good. Bar at the pool side serving pizza and hot snacks all day! Kids area and a bar serving drinks all day.
24/7 Cafeteria in the hotel lobby. Pastry and f drinks plenty of of high quality.
Could not ask for more honestly. If we´re ever back in Agadir, this will with no doubt be the place where we´ll be staying!

Mauvais rapport qualité prix. Le personnel n’était pas super gentil à l’accueil .. à éviter pendant la haute saison car l’hôtel sera pleins de touristes ; buffets tres basiques avec peu de choix, impossible de réserver des repas dans les 2 restaurants de l’hôtel, impossible d’avoir un transat à la piscine car ils serons réservés par les touristes très tôt le matin ….

KKat1190A bit run down hotel but good location. Pool is not heated and its freezing cold as well ocean too, so don’t plan on swimming, you can relax by pool. For breakfast you can get eggs, pancakes, fresh orange juice and small selection of musli, as well various salads. Small 0.33 beer by pool and in hotel is 5€ which felt super pricey. Fast food inside of hotel has good selection for aprox. 5€ p/p. Our hotel room had moldy smell so we needed to keep window open at all times. No shampoo/conditioner provided and hairdyer was broken.

AAlexanderVery nice place. Open with lots of space around the multiple swimming pools. Main pool busy but others quiet. There is a lot of walking to do as it's a big complex. Fun animations team. More English travellers so more staff speaking better English. Food is ok, small selection at breakfast, bigger selection at lunch and good choice of different meals for dinner. Lovely friendly helpful staff in general. Good value for money. Nice big spa for different treatments and good service. Lots of cats as is normal in a lot of hotels
ZZbawaI had a wonderful stay at Anezi Tower Hotel in Agadir! The location is perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The views from the hotel are stunning, especially at sunset. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. It was a great place to relax with my family, and my child especially loved the pool. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We’ll definitely be coming back!
