good place and good foods.

No me encantó. Me quedé solo una noche y creo que no me quedaría más. El hotel estaba limpio, en la zona de resorts, pero está lejos de todo y no puedes entrar a ningún otro hotel si no estás hospedado. El servicio no fue demasiado amable y las instalaciones me parecieron anticuadas.

非常好，很推薦。非常靠近市中心，火車站，有很好的地理位置，對面有麥當勞快餐店等等的吃的。晚上很安全！

We visited in February 2024. We were a little worried when we read some of the reviews but we were more than happy. The only criticism we had was that we weren't aware that the hotel wasn't going to be fully open. We chose Les Dunes D'or because it had 4 restaurants, however, two weren't open. The criticism of the food being samey was really unfair. There was plenty of choice and not every day was the same but always delicious. Unless you eat everything on offer, every day I guess it would become boring. Also, they speak French in Morocco so why would we be disappointed that they spoke French in the hotel? The staff were more than able to understand and speak English too. We found all the staff to be helpful and polite. Les Dunes D'or isn't as big or flashy as the neighbouring Tui Riu hotels but that is part of it's charm. The rooms are clean and the grounds are beautifully kept..... The Tui rep visits the hotel right next door each day so it covered all our needs. I have no worries recommending this hotel as long as you expect a little sister to the big girls around it.

We came here at the beginning of April for some spring sunshine! We arrived around 8pm, hotel staff were great check was long ish only due to forms to complete. We were apprehensive about our rooms due to seeing comments …… however as you can see from my pictures the rooms were lovely. We are a family of 4 and we had two rooms that were interconnecting, We kept one room locked from the inside and the doors connecting open. It was great. Hotel was very clean staff very helpful. The only downside is the bar staff. They were very reluctant to give drinks out…… Food was okay the Buffet had something for everyone! I would highly recommend booking in on the restaurants there are three in total and you book at 4 pm for the following day. Kids love the pool and waterpark would definitely return.

Sunday 14-04-2024 the room is very good, the bed and the pillows were very comfortable, the receptionists, two girls, were very helpful and so polite, the room maid was so kind too. breakfast was a little bit poor. unfortunately couldn't sleep with the animation at night

Oh dear!!!! Holiday'd here on 21-25 March and can't say it was a great experience. The plus side - The staff - Lovely, very friendly and very helpful!! The rooms - Very clean and exceptionally comfortable (the best pillows!!) The Beach - Very clean - beautiful at sunset. The down side:- Food - Quality below average and not a great selection at all. Food Hall - Very unorganised - Advise not to get your food until you have a table - If you do you'll be very lucky to find one to sit at!!! There was a constant shortage of plates and glasses - these should have been replenished more frequently but were not. Main Bar - Long queues - clearly understaffed (only one bar serving alcoholic beverages) and only local brands (only open 11-11) - Again shortage of glasses/cups so were given drinks in the smallest and flimsiest of plastic cups. God only knows how this place copes in the height of the season. Pool Bar - Only soft drinks available. Towel Hire - Being fully Inclusive, we did not expect to have to pay a deposit for towels. Our towels were taken from our beds which resulted in us losing our deposit. In our honest opinion the accommodation is very tired and could benefit from a massive make-over. Be very mindful of the entrance to the reception when it rains. There is no grip under foot which makes this area extremely slippery. We, unfortunately, witnessed a young women take a very nasty tumble !!!!!! The resort overall was very nice (what we saw of it). Unfortunately, the weather restricted us from doing what we wanted to do which was disappointing as there are a good few tours/excursions available. A walk along the sea front is nice for a change of scenery and more importantly we felt safe and were not hassled outside of the resort. A short walk from the complex are a range of amazing places to eat. We ate at 3 out of 4 of them and the food was exquisite. We would recommend eating at any of the following:- El Toro - Steakhouse Jade, Asian Fusion Playa - Mediterranean The Italian restaurant I'm told is also very good, we just ran out of time! There are also a good few shops outside of the complex - the owners are really friendly and love to barter!!!!! Couldn't resist a mini shopping spree on our last day, they sell everything branded from hoodies, trainers, bags, sunglasses.....the list is endless. Definitely wouldn't rule out returning to Morocco, just wouldn't recommend Dunes D'or Ocean Club for your stay!!!

We had to really nice trip to this wonderful destination Morocco and especially the city agadir so when we chicken we found so lovely people they will come in as in the reception and also we like our room all the time clean the food so lovely stuff in the restaurant so friendly and also the entertainment team a recommend it for you ladies and gentlemen if you want to have a good vocation in this hotel I will come back soon

First time to Morocco and this hotel and I would do it all again. My 2 teenage daughters and I stayed here during Ramadan and were lucky enough to experience the hotel celebrations at the end… a great insight into the culture. All staff were welcoming, friendly and did their best to give you a great holiday. Food was plentiful and sufficiently varied. Entertainment/animation team were terrific. No pressure to join in but great fun if you did! Room was clean and the bed very comfortable. My youngest teen loved the alcove bed. Yes… on occasion we had to wait a few minutes for a table at peak dining times but the restaurant team cleared tables asap so we never waited long. When there were queues for favourite dishes, they weren’t long (compared to other 4/5* all inclusives I’ve stayed in) and guests were typically polite with no pushing in. Yes, there were plastic cups by the pool vs glasses to drink from but far safer! The only negative for me was the pina colada mix… it didn’t quite hit the mark…. But the gin & tonics more than made up for it! The pineapple juice by the pool was great too :-) We all said how safe we felt and how we didn’t want to leave. We’ll be back… thanks for a great holiday!
