โรงแรมไม่อยู่ใจกลางเมืองแต่ใช้เวลานั่งบัส 20 กว่านาที ตรงข้ามเป็นป่า ห้องอยู่ชั้น 1 ล็อกหน้าต่างได้ ไม่มีกาต้มน้ำ ให้ยืมที่แผนกต้อนรับ ห้องไม่ใหญ่ เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นอาจจะไม่ใช่วิธีการเปิดปิดแบบเดิมๆ เลย ตอนกลางคืนไม่รู้โทรศัพท์เข้าแล้วถามว่ารู้เบอร์แผนกต้อนรับหรือเปล่า ไม่ใช่เพราะไม่มีเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น ... อาหารเช้าดีและแดดแรง

We had a great stay at hotel, It is nearly 1.2-1.5 km from main railway station in town, you can either walk or go by bus to reach the hotel. Google maps is the best thing for bus timings and all. The hotel rooms were very good, clean and has all the facilities we need. The breakfast was good and has lot of varieties including vegetarian options. You can either go to market by walk and if it is snowing it is better to take tram. You can take day pass for all public transport which will be cheaper as well as free you from hassle of buying tickets every-time. The city is beautiful and hotel was also beautiful and comfortable.

ทําเลดี สามารถเดินจากสถานีรถไฟกลางได้ ดังนั้นจึงง่ายต่อการเดินทางไปที่นั่นโดยรถไฟและทางอากาศ สะอาดและใหม่มากเช่นกัน พนักงานช่วยเหลือดีมาก อาหารหลากหลายสําหรับอาหารเช้า เดินทางสะดวกไปยังสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวและแหล่งช้อปปิ้งของเมืองได้มากที่สุด และยังมีห้องซาวน่าและสระว่ายน้ําให้ฟรีสําหรับผู้เข้าพัก จะจองอีกครั้งเมื่อฉันกลับมา

น้ําพุร้อนค่อนข้างใหญ่ในฟินแลนด์ สิ้นสุดเวลา 21 นาฬิกา อย่าลืมไปแต่เช้า เราเช็คอินเวลา 2:30 น. และเราไม่สามารถแช่ตัวได้ดี โรงแรมใหญ่และสวยงามเหมือนสวนสาธารณะ และมีงานยุค 60 ที่ประตู

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir hatten ein großes Zimmer 50qm und somit genug Platz und Zimmer war gut ausgestattet. Eingangsbereich und die Lounge ob zum Arbeiten oder Verweilen war super schön und ganz besonderer Lob geht an das Frühstück-Buffet, die Auswahl, wie alles angerichtet ist, sehr freundliches Personal (haben sogar ein Rezept für Rote-Bete-Bällchen) verraten :) Was uns noch sehr gut gefallen hat, das Fitnessstudio ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Schwimmbad daneben und Sauna (leider getrennt, da wir immer als Familie gehen). Wir würden das Hotel Crowne Plaza Helsinki sehr weiter empfehlen!

Room was clean and with all the necessities needed. Good breakfast options. We asked the reception to borrow some slippers to use in the Pool area but they said those were only for certain rooms. We could not use the chromecast (tv went black as soon as we entered chromecasting and no options to connect appeared), asked reception about this and they rebooted the system but we could still not use it. There were no other apps to use so without this feature the tv had limited options. When we wanted to call down to the reception about this, the phone in the room didn't work. Overall, clean and good room but definitely lacking in service.
