Second time booking here and it's a good improvement from our last stay. Some of the morning waitresses are now smiling and greeting us back. Some still don't but this is an improvement from my last review. The check in was smooth but the kids didn't get a coloring book this time 😆 Maybe it was only for first-timers. We got cleaner and better rooms this time probably due to the renovation. The waterpark is still great and clean. We definitely recommend this hotel to families with children and even to peoplw who enjoy swimming, lounging, and saunas. The location is great because it's a hop away from a tram station. Definitely recommend!

Superb location, very helpful staff, nice room and excellent breakfast. I will stay at this hotel on my next visit to Tallinn, which is a really great town for strolling around.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ห่างจากสนามบินทาลลินน์โดยรถแท็กซี่ประมาณ 10 นาที เมืองเก่าใช้เวลาเดินประมาณ 15 นาที ห้องพักสะอาดและตกแต่งอย่างเป็นกันเอง มีทีวีและห้องน้ํา (พร้อมฝักบัว) ลิฟต์ (สี่ชิ้น) เร็วที่สุด!

Dear sirs, Unfortunately arrival to this hotel on Sunday did not went as planned, we booked from you room for 2 adult + our 12 years old son however hotel gave us room without any kid bed only 2 twin bed and when asked for additional kid bed hotel told that it is not allowed for so small room so this room was not workable at all, how we could fit that room???? Luckily after long discussion of 45 min we were upgraded to deluxe room with kid bed but we were forced to pay additional charge of EUR 122,-!!!! Please advice if you can refund us same amount as it was booked correctly ?? Thanks in advacne, Brgds,Petri kalkkinen

ฉันเพิ่งเข้าพักที่โรงแรมเรดิสัน บลู และมีประสบการณ์ที่ดีเป็นส่วนใหญ่ ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม ใกล้กับย่านเมืองเก่า สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวสำคัญ และร้านอาหารมากมาย จุดเด่นของโรงแรมคือสกายเลานจ์บนชั้น 26 ซึ่งมองเห็นวิวเมืองแบบ 360 องศาที่สวยงาม ขอแนะนำให้มาเยี่ยมชมในช่วงพระอาทิตย์ตกดินและวิวกลางคืน มันน่าทึ่งมาก โรงแรมยังมีบาร์และร้านอาหารที่ชั้นล่าง และฉันชอบน้ำดื่มบรรจุขวดฟรี รวมถึงกาแฟและชาหลากหลายชนิดในห้องพัก ห้องพักสะดวกสบาย นอกจากนี้ยังมีพื้นที่เล็กๆ ใกล้กับแผนกต้อนรับที่คุณสามารถรับน้ำดื่ม ขนม และผลไม้ฟรี ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่ดีที่หาไม่ได้จากโรงแรมอื่นๆ การเช็คอินและเช็คเอาท์ราบรื่นดี และมีห้องเก็บสัมภาระฟรี พนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมากตลอดการเข้าพักของฉัน แต่รูมเซอร์วิสกลับน่าผิดหวัง พนักงานทำความสะอาดไม่ได้ใช้เวลาทำความสะอาดห้องพักหรือห้องน้ำอย่างทั่วถึงเท่าที่ควร ข้อดีคือเราได้ลองสปา ซึ่งยอดเยี่ยมมาก หากซื้อคูปองที่แผนกต้อนรับของโรงแรมจะมีค่าใช้จ่าย 10 ยูโร เทียบกับ 25 ยูโรที่เคาน์เตอร์สปา สปามีสระว่ายน้ำ จากุซซี่ ซาวน่า และห้องอบไอน้ำที่สวยงาม โดยรวมแล้ว ฉันมีความสุขกับการเข้าพักที่โรงแรมเรดิสัน บลู และขอแนะนำ

ripoff hotel 🙄they charge you with the water even you dont use them . Cleaner comes in and gIve you water bottles as soon as u use they charges without notifying. Big brands like this dont give you 1 water bottle which normaly offered in smallest hotels around the world . its a scam ,

It is Avery good hotel : delicious breakfast, convenient location and nice staff. Especially there are some complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby!

Good Hotel and very nice hospitality and food. The staff in hotel are very friendly. May be food should be multicuisine so that will fit in to the Asian travelers too.

房間設施比較老舊了，不過周邊生態環境很好，我住的房外是一片森林，很安靜。另外酒店建在海岸邊上，有不錯的海岸線，風景很善良，還有酒吧，也不錯！ 房間裏還有廚房設備，可以自己做飯，而且周邊附近有超市，所以我看到廚房設備齊全，就動了心，自己立馬採購了一點食材，過了一把自助做飯的癮，很適合親子家庭度假。

Good location, not too far to walk to Old Town. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was acceptable, had a little hiccup on our eggs. Hair was found in our omelet which really turned of us. So we decided not to have breakfast daily and went out instead. Overall stay was comfortable, room was big and soundproof was really good.
