โรงแรมแห่งนี้ดีและสะอาดมาก บริการก็ดีมากเช่นกัน และที่สำคัญที่สุดคือทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก รถไฟใต้ดินสาย M2 อยู่ติดกับมหาวิทยาลัยอิสตันบูล โรงแรมอยู่ตรงข้ามถนนจากอิสตันบูลและหาได้ง่าย เดินเพียง 10 นาทีก็ถึงมัสยิดสีน้ำเงิน ฮาเกียโซเฟีย และอ่างเก็บน้ำบาซิลิกา อาหารเช้าก็อุดมสมบูรณ์มากเช่นกัน

หมู่บ้านเล็ก ๆ ติดกับปามุคคาเล (คล้ายกับหมู่บ้านเล็ก ๆ ในจีนจริงๆ) สภาพก็ดีและอาหารเช้าก็ดีด้วย กลางคืนฉันนอนหลับสบายมากและเห็นบอลลูนลมร้อนในตอนเช้า (มองเห็นได้จากโรงแรม แต่แนะนำให้ขับรถออกไปดูในระยะใกล้กว่า) ท่านสามารถจองกิจกรรมต่างๆ เช่น บอลลูนลมร้อนได้ที่โรงแรม โรงแรมมีรถรับส่งไปปามุคคาเล เริ่มเวลา 9.00 น. และให้บริการทุกครึ่งชั่วโมง เราขับรถไปปามุคคาเลประมาณ 10 นาที ปามุคคาเลจะสวยงามมากเมื่ออากาศดีและควรค่าแก่การเยี่ยมชม

My stay at Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel was nothing short of wonderful! The staff set the tone with a warm welcome, offering refreshing drinks and fruits upon our arrival. Despite our late check-in, they went above and beyond, even offering to send us to a nearby restaurant for a delightful evening meal. The receptionist, a knowledgeable older gentleman, became our guide to the area, generously sharing insights about the local culture and the do's and don'ts. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, enhancing our overall experience. Given the advice about tap water, the hotel took extra care to provide us with an abundance of bottled drinking water, completely free of charge. The attention to detail continued with a breakfast that exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options. During check-out, the staff demonstrated their commitment to excellent service once again. They not only assisted in booking a taxi but also gifted us a lovely souvenir—a Pamukkale magnet—a thoughtful touch that added a special touch to our departure. In summary, Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel surpassed my expectations with its friendly staff, generous amenities, and a commitment to making every guest feel valued. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional and memorable stay in Pamukkale.

ห้องพักสะอาด แต่เล็กเกินไป ไม่ค่อยดีนัก ที่นี่คนเดียวก็อยู่ได้ บริเวณทานอาหารอยู่ไกลออกไปนิดหน่อย แต่ซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ตใกล้ๆ ราคาถูกมาก และสามารถซื้อผลไม้ได้ที่นั่น อาหารเช้าอร่อยมาก

Het was een prima hotel, zeker in vergelijking met de omliggende accommodaties. De hulp, service, het eten en de hygiëne waren uitstekend. Helaas liet de spa-afdeling te wensen over, waarschijnlijk omdat deze werd gerund door een externe partij. Voor de massage was het personeel vriendelijk en beloofden ze veel goeds, maar na afloop bleek het afgesproken bedrag ineens hoger. Bovendien moest ik per se contant betalen omdat de eigenaar zei dat hij zijn personeel direct moest betalen. Dit vond ik erg onprettig. De houding van de eigenaar na de massage was onprofessioneel en irritant, wat mijn ervaring behoorlijk heeft verpest. Jammer, want verder was het hotel goed.

Would not recommend. It is so hot and stuffy in the room, and we tried to turn on the AC at night, it's not working at all ,we asked reception to help, they were not helpful and just said they can't do anything. Shout out to the laundry lady, she's the only one that helps with us. No fan or air flow in the room, found it very hard to fall asleep. Power went off a few times at the first night, hot water was not working for a while day. The place itself had a lot of issues. There is a balcony door, but there were so many mosquitoes in the room, we killed 10 in 2 days. Sewage smells super bad in the bathroom too. Pro- Location was good, breakfast was not bad, bed was comfy.

Душевный отель, чистенько, простенько. Расположение просто супер - утром нам говорили Good morning с пролетающих шаров! Очень мило! Озеро тоже за углом, рестораны рядом, бассейны Памуккале тоже. А из окна вид прям на эти бассейны. Вид нереальный. Завтраки турецкие, наелись хорошо. Бёрек самый вкусный!
