酒店很新，房間面積也夠大。地理位置不錯，出了酒店後門就有一片小沙灘，可以徒步，也可以租sup。sombra和rooftop bar提供的餐食也都還不錯，但早餐是真沒什麼可吃的。 酒店整體的佈局動線設計不合理。建築中心位置設定了餐廳，在開業時間可以通過餐廳到達泳池。但如果剛好在休息時間段，就需要上樓到大堂，再轉搭另一部電梯下樓，因此去garden曬太陽時常要繞遠路。 除此之外，服務人員雖然都態度友善，但能明顯看出在旺季時人手不足，新人較多。到達酒店的時候沒有禮賓主動出來幫拿行李和代泊，在deck bar、rooftop bar和sombra都一直遇見相同的工作人員，housekeeping也安排得很晚，每天下午回房間休息時都剛好遇上。另外能明顯感覺到前台對工作內容不太熟悉，給的指示多數是錯誤的。同時預約了徒步活動到點也未見工作人員來帶領。 總之是一個硬件還不錯，服務質量不太匹配kimpton品牌的度假酒店。不過隨處也能看到manager在對新員工進行training。整體體驗中上但還能更好的酒店。

It's ok for a few nights. I stayed in a 'traditional' styled apartment. Some rooms are dark and musty. Ants are everywhere even if you don't leave any food in your room. The territory is huge with a swimming pool, gardens, cafes and a small supermarket. You can get a free tourist train card for 20 euro deposit.

Tonel Apartamentos was clean, close to all emenities, with parking right outside your door. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property while exploring the area.

Boa localização, sítio muito calmo e relaxante, com pequenas casas dispersas pelo meio do pinhal. Muito bom para quem viaja com animais. A piscina fica um pouco longe para quem fica nas casas mais afastadas. A limpeza é muito básica e as funcionárias não foram lá muito simpáticas.
