The room was good, even if a bit small for two people, the water pressure was weak. They have a laundry you can use, which is an advantage. BUT! The communication is very bad, especially for the hotel without reception. They didn’t send me check-in instructions in advance, and I had to have a written communication with trip.com support on my arrival day for the whole day to get them, which is unacceptable. And also, even though they say they have 24/7 support, the hotel responded to me about my inquiry only the next day. They were nice to let us check-in later, but we needed this information earlier than we received it.

I had a wonderful stay at HOLA Gdynia! The hotel’s modern design, comfortable clean rooms, and great location near the waterfront made it an ideal choice. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast selection was fresh and delicious, providing a perfect start to the day. I would highly recommend HOLA Gdynia for anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay in the heart of the city.

Pokój, w którym się zatrzymałem, był czysty i bardzo dobrze utrzymany. Wygodne łóżko zapewniało znakomity sen, a przemyślany wystrój sprawiał, że przestrzeń była zarówno funkcjonalna, jak i przyjemna dla oka. Śniadanie było świeże, smaczne i oferowało dobry wybór dań. Jeśli szukasz hotelu, w którym wszystko jest tak, jak powinno być: czysto, komfortowo, z miłą obsługą i bez żadnych niespodzianek - to jest to doskonały wybór.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The is super convenient—close to public transport, restaurants, and main attractions. The room was clean, quiet, and had all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Highly recommended for both short and longer stays.

트램이나 버스로 시내에 나갈 수 있었습니다. 그러나 트램 배차가 좀 길었어요. 물론 시내까지 걸어다녀도 되지만 30분 정도 걸려요. 숙소가 좀 오래된 것 같았고 그렇게 청결한 편은 아니었지만 쓸만했어요.

The hotel has a great location—very close to the old town and surrounded by many restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the area. Parking: The hotel offers underground parking located in a nearby building. However, it is quite expensive. Just across from the entrance to that building, there's a public parking lot available at about half the price. It might be worth considering this more economical option. Breakfast: The breakfast at the hotel is on the pricier side compared to similar hotels. Fortunately, there are plenty of nearby restaurants where you can enjoy a more budget-friendly breakfast in a relaxed, non-hotel setting.

Do niczego nie można się przyczepić. Pokój bardzo czysty, śniadanie WYSMIENITE, smaczne i świeże. Kawa? Od dawna nie piłam tak dobrej kawy na śniadaniach w hotelu :) serio. Jestem mega zadowolona i od teraz to jedyny hotel budget w GDN który moge polecić z czystym sumieniem. Ps. Dziękuję Panu z recepcji za cole i mam nadzieję,że batonik smakował 🙂

Great hotel. About 15 mins walk from the centre of the old town but only £3 in a taxi. Great room, very clean. Nice bar area with reasonably priced drinks. Would stay here again

Miejsce idealne na podróż służbową. Czysto i schludnie. Bardzo miła obsługa :) Dogodna lokalizacja.
