I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Poland! The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet each morning—plenty of fresh and local options. The location was perfect for exploring the city, close to public transport and major attractions. The hotel also had a relaxing spa area, which was a lovely bonus after long days of sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back soon!

Recomendado, una experiencia agradable. El hotel es muy bonito, moderno y bien cuidado. La ubicación es tranquila y cómoda, ideal para descansar, pero a la vez bien comunicada para moverse por la ciudad. Sin duda, un lugar recomendable para una estancia agradable.

เป็นโรงแรมพื้นฐานที่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเรียบง่ายมาก อยู่ติดกับสถานีรถไฟและเข้าถึงชานชาลาต่างๆ ได้ง่ายแม้ไม่ต้องผ่านโถงหลัก ห้องอาบน้ำของโรงแรมเสีย เล็กมาก แม้แต่การพลิกตัวในห้องอาบน้ำก็ยังลำบาก แต่ที่แย่ที่สุดคือหมอน ไม่รู้ว่าซื้อมาจากไหนและคิดว่าใครจะชอบ ถ้าคุณมีรถไฟตอนเช้าอาจจะเหมาะที่จะพัก (เพราะพวกเขาบอกว่าเป็นโรงแรมราคาประหยัด) พนักงานต้อนรับให้ความช่วยเหลือดีและเป็นมิตร

โรงแรมค่อนข้างอยู่ใจกลางเมือง ห่างจากใจกลางเมือง 650 ม. ห่างจากปราสาท 850 ม. และจากสถานีหลักประมาณ 1.5 กม. ห้องใหญ่มาก ห้องน้ำน้อยเป็นสัดส่วน พอมาถึงเจอน้ำ 2 ขวดอยู่ในห้องแต่แค่วันแรก ในห้องน้ำมีเครื่องจ่ายสบู่ในห้องอาบน้ำและอีกเครื่องอยู่ที่อ่างล้างหน้า ไม่มีตู้นิรภัยหรือมินิบาร์ อาหารเช้าที่ต้องรีวิว ไม่หวานมากและมีคุณภาพปานกลาง เน้นไปที่อาหารเช้าคาวมากกว่าเล็กน้อย แต่สำหรับ 3 เช้าเราพบสิ่งเดียวกัน คุ้มค่ากับเงินที่เสียไป ถ้าคุณไม่คาดหวังมากก็ไม่เป็นไร

Good quality for price, excellent breakfast and position. Only thing I would improve is dimensions of the room, which was indeed small

Very nice location in the historic area of Krakow. As there is no reception, checkin is done through e-reception which is an interesting solution. Rooms are very clean and despite being surrounded by nightlife the rooms are quiet.

The hotel is right opposite to the Krakow Main Station and a big shopping mall, and is around 10 minutes from the gate of the Old Town. The hotel has a cool lobby too. The staff was friendly and polite. The room was slightly too small but it got a very decent and cool decoration and could be controlled with a tablet (including the TV). The bed was comfortable. Yet, the lack of a gym/pool might be an issue to those who want to exercise. Overall, this is a hotel of very decent quality and professional staff!

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι εντάξει για την τιμή του. Είναι όμως μακριά από την παλιά πόλη της Κρακοβίας. Το πρωινό είναι εξαιρετικό για την τιμή του. Γενικά είμαστε ευχαριστημένοι, ωστόσο, καλό θα ήταν να φροντίσουν να διευθετήσουν το πρόβλημα με τις πόρτες των δωματίων. Κλείνουν απότομα και κάνουν αρκετή φασαρία, με αποτέλεσμα να διακόπτεται διαρκώς η ξεκούρασή μας. Επιπλέον, μια smart tv θα ήταν προτιμότερη. Τέλος, ζητήσαμε 2 μέρες υπηρεσία αφύπνισης, και τις 2 φορές δεν έγινε, με αποτέλεσμα τη μία μέρα να χάσουμε προπληρωμενη εκδρομή μας. Ενώ, αργότερα, μας κάλεσαν κανονικά για το check out. Καλό θα ήταν να ληφθούν υπόψη τα παραπάνω για τη βελτίωση της ποιότητας υπηρεσιών.

Great customer service! Room was a decent size. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the fact that we can order our eggs how we want vice getting scrambled from the buffet.easy to get Uber and taxi. We walked one night from the town square where the chriatmas market was and it took us about 30 minutes. Short drive to Schindler factory and jewsih walls. About 30 min drive to Salt mine.

I stayed at Tribe Hotel in Kraków with friends while celebrating my birthday, and we had such a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and really took great care of us throughout our stay, which made the celebration feel even more special. The hotel itself is awesome — stylish, modern, and with a really great atmosphere. Everything was clean, well designed, and comfortable, making it the perfect base for our trip. 5/5 Thank you to the team for helping make my birthday celebrations so memorable. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would happily return. 5/5!
