We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms at Naia Miraflores and found the room to be spacious, clean, and the bed very comfortable. The location is also great — central and convenient for exploring Miraflores . However, our experience was let down by some frustrating service issues. We arrived around midnight for check-in, having reserved two rooms, and were informed that only one room was ready. We were asked to wait 20 minutes for the second room. We politely asked if we could be given a different available room type instead, but were told we had to wait. Despite check-in being from 3pm that day — and our having paid for the full night — the staff offered no explanation or alternative. It felt like our concerns weren’t taken seriously. Additionally, the shower water in the deluxe room was cold, which was another letdown. If you're arriving late, we recommend calling ahead to confirm your room is ready to avoid a similar inconvenience.

Нам дали номер 103. Отличный номер, просторный. Емеется душевая зона с горячефй довой. Достаточное количество полотенец. На 7 этаже подается отличный завтрак, и имеется большое общественное пространство и видом на город. Месторасположение очень хорошее.

I will stay here again. I did find that the front desk staff were not eager to accommodate or help. I will absolutely never go to breakfast again. Breakfast is absolutely horrible from slimy eggs to poor choices. The only good thing about the breakfast was the juice bar. Otherwise everything else was horrible. Do not pay for a room with breakfast included and certainly don’t pay the 50PEN that they charge for breakfast absolutely no value to it. Many places around there to get breakfast and there’s an Oxxo around the corner. Where you can find a yogurt and some sweet bread and you’ll be much happier. Rooms are clean cleaning staff is very good. I will stay here again, but I will never eat there again. 

Excellent breakfast, better than a lot of Brunch places. Wonderful mattress, I slept very well. Slightly away from the center of Miraflores. Convinient store 24/7 just downstairs.
